I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Bloomsvilla regarding my order (Order Number: BV[protected] for wild orchids, which I placed on [insert order date]. I paid a total of Rs. 1349 for this order.
The following issues have arisen:
Order Cancellation and Refund: The next day, I received an email stating the flowers were unavailable and was offered red roses instead. I requested to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. However, Bloomsvilla has refused to provide a full refund, insisting on a cancellation fee of Rs. 200.
Customer Service: I have attempted to reach their customer care multiple times, but the number provided is consistently unresponsive. I have also requested a callback, which has not been arranged.
This experience has been very frustrating, and I believe that my rights as a consumer have been violated. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and facilitating a full refund of my payment.
