I have ordered rose bouquet from bloomsvilla they placed the order and took the money through online transaction and after taking the order they send me a mail which they have mentioned that my place where I want the the bouquet to be delivered is out of their service..they must have mentioned it earlier after deduction of money they send me the mail which is very unprofessional if they won't give any reply to my mail they I will raise complaint against them in court as I am an advocate.
