I would like to file a complaint regarding an online purchase that I paid for in full, but the company has failed to deliver the ordered product. Order Details: Order Number: BV24243310 Product: Pretty Red Roses Bouquet × 1 Amount Paid: Rs. 1, 062.00 Payment Status: Paid in full online Issue: The order has not been delivered. Despite making the full online payment, I have not received the product. I request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken against the company if any violation or fraudulent activity is established. I am also requesting a refund of the full amount of Rs. 1, 062.00 I can provide the order confirmation, payment transaction details, screenshots of communications, website details, and any other supporting evidence required for the investigation.
