Blue Dart Express — about not providing home delivery and asks to visit its office for parcel.

Home delivery option is available in my home town but still blue dart courier service which is responsible for amazon's parcel delivery in my town, doesn't go for home delivery instead call over it's respective customer and ask them to pick up their parcel from courier office. It's been happening for long time.
My sister couriered rakhi from jamnagar to my home town barpeta road, yesterday they called me up and asked to pick up my parcel but as i was out of station i couldn't turn back to the office for my parcel, and today is sunday, office is close, tomorrow is raksha bandhan but still i have not received my parcel.

Updated by Choyon Roy As i know and concerned that home delivery facility is available in my home town but still any product ordered from amazon, where blue dart courier is the authorised responsible company for home delivery, don't show any kind of ought towards it's customer. Every time when a parcel comes it just call over phone and ask to pick up the parcel from it's office and if the person don't to go pick up the parcel for any reason they just mail out that the given address is not valid.
My sister couriered rakhi for me but was out of station. They called me and asked to pick up the parcel but i got late to return and couldn't turn to the office parcel. Today is sunday and the office is clouse but tomorrow is raksha bandhan but still i have not received my rakhi.

From Last three days My package is being held at office for no reason and after calling them they responded with very rude behaviour.

The courier person had not even rang the door bell in the house and the person is in house.just seeing the door is closed.he has closed it with comment " door closed".when we tried to call the branch office no one is bothered to pick the call.

I am living in Indirapuram Ghaziabad (UP). Blue Dart person neither comes nor calls for delivery and put a false comment that premises close. I have to put a mail and call customer care for action, They have taken this location for granted

I ve received a message from Blue dart for delivery. After tht i am waiting for card. But they updated Landmark is not available updated in status and when i tried to reach them, i cannot able to reach them.

Worst Experience in Blue dart for this.
