[Resolved]  Bluedart — Delay as well as no updates on return pick up

Bought an apple laptop that was delivered by bluedart on 06th. it was damaged on receipt. Contacted apple support who agreed to replace it. initially theie email said it will be picked up by 8th and bluedart assigned it to an agent on 9th. He did not pick up and it is simply updated as pickup resecheduled. There is no response to email as well as tweet.
