Dear Sir/Madam,

Just wanted to check the status of my shipment number [protected] which was supposed to be delivered yesterday only. Moreover, I got a call from delivery representative about the delivery but it had not been delivered on mentioned addressed by the time I'm writing the mail.

When did I dial today to Blue Dart customer care I have been told that shipment had been delivered yesterday only on mentioned address which is making me really worried as shipment holds highly confidential documents. How come the status had been updated without its delivery.

Today, also I got a call from another guys he is asking me to come and collect from approximately 5 KM far from mentioned address. don't know who is carrying the shipment and asking me to come and collect instead of delivering on the mentioned address. It is really leads to case of serious concern.

You are requested to please take a appropriate action and ensure the delivery on the mentioned address. Kindly do call me in case of concern. I'm reachable on +[protected]

My ICICI ATM card shipped via bluedart is marked as delivered to someone named "Saumya" but not received by me. Delivery guy did not called me on my number and delivered parcel to wrong person. Kindly take appropriate action against delivery person as it was such a sensitive document and deliver the package to me by earliest.

I was supposed to receive the courier on 13 of Jan and got a call where the person asked me that where to deliver? . i told him at the given address ofcourse. the same day online status was updated that consignee out of town. then i called next day he said employees where on leave so we updated that. i said will you deliver today, he said its difficult and then updated online refused by consignee.WHY HAVE YOU EMPLOYED SUCH WORTHLESS AND ILLETRATE PEOPLE? SEE THE GOOGLE RATINGS OF BLUEDART SOLAN. LESS THAN 2.3. WHAT A BUNCH OF DISHONEST STUIPID EMPLOYEES HERE . WHEN WILL I GET MY PARCEL?

I'm writing this complaint on the bad delivery service of the well known Bluedart courier service, i have a order a Bluetooth headphones from Amazon and Bluedart is delivering it.The product has reached at the their hub nearest to me and its been 3-4 days.first two days they said delivery schedule for the next working day and then when i called in their office they said it is out for delivery and now its been two days and today they said "consignee out of station"
Im tired of their reasons.plz resolve my problem.

This is to bring in your kind attention that my package delivery date was 12th January 2021 however its been 13th January and i have not received my order till now this is the third time when i'm experiencing late service from Blue dart.

Status shows hat they will deliver my parcel on 7 jan 2021.Today is 11 jan 2021 but still status shows that the parcel is in transient.

Scheduled for return pick up by Amazon for several days but Bluedart cancelled my pick up without any attempt. I waited for almost two weeks and no one came to pick up the item. After two weeks it is marked as cancelled on attempt by customer. We have cameras at the gate and no one came to pick up the item on the date it shows cancelled by shipper.

Please rectify this mistake and...

My Paytm fastag courier was to delivered on 8th Jan 2021. Status shows delivered to some Chandrakant but I have not recieved the order. Got no calls, no messages, nothing. How can you deliver such important doc to somebody without checking name or adress or verifying any I'd.
This is disgusting.
I tried calling customer care but no help.

This is regarding the order number [protected] made through paytm.
AWB number is [protected]. the courier was supposed to deliver the courier on 8th of dec but instead of delivering the courier to me, the agent simply updated the status as delivery attempted. the delivery agent didn't even made an effort to make a simple phone call to get the location from me. Really disappointed with service provided with the Blue dart.

Pls change my delivery adress to Hassan from harohalli

Im in out of station so that I have given my OTP to my father and ask to get the delivery the behaviour of the person who deliver the courier was it's a bad attitude and he received the OTP but not the delivered the parcel it's really very bad impression to the blue dart service, my shipping number [protected]

Bluedart office pendurthy providing some fake updates for name sake regarding shipment tracking. Person working in office itself agreed that they need to update something for name sake. Even after the delivery date is crossed, they are waiting for some other shipments to be added to deliver in the same area. They won't deliver my shipment on time as there are no other deliveries in my area. Then what is the point of giving expected delivery date. How many days they are going to delay if no other shipment related to my area is present.

Parcel marked as delivered on 6th January 2021 but has not reached my location yet. I'm unable to connect on any platform with blue dart. I request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible

I am or not my family member order any product but i have revived product and COD amount is 1699 rupees. i will call the seller number but all number is out of service.
please refund my amount and get this product.

Shipment no is [protected]. I had sent multiple packages from amazon. All packages are received except this one with tracking no [protected]. It says they couldn't find the address mentioned. All the rest of the 5 boxes came in time. Why this alone couldn't find the address and I have no way to communicate to the courier guy on what their confusion on address is. Please do the needful to get this package delivered.
