I was due to receive an cosnginment on 6 sept 2020.
But it is being shown address unlocatable, without even an attempt to deliver or call made. Ths is extremely urgent as i have emergency material inside the package

Hi,
I had ordered a galaxy projector which is also a bluetooth speaker but instead i received a small hair blow dryer. The amount which i have paid is higher for it. I need my money returned or else a correct product which i had ordered....

I ordered a book from amazon, delivered via bluedart awb [protected].

It is showing status as "shipment delivered" but i havent received it, neither did the delivery person call me even once

Please investigate this and get back to me....

The bluedart company failed to deliver my parcel yet it's been 14 days my parcel has not reached yet. I tried to reach bluedart by email and call but there is absolutely no reply from them. The tracking details says " Delayed will impact delivery from last 10 days" this include urgent documents and after so many request the blue dart not responded....

The delivery agent contacted me. His mobile number's [protected]. After that, I received a delivery acknowledgement message but I didn't receive the package....

From Mumbai to Dubai transit through DHL.
Customer support people told me they'll call back me about 5 times when I called them. But received no call back. One person even said they have transferred to DHL. But DHL has no info and have not received the package. Very poor customer service and I'm not able to know the location or what has happened to my package....

Very bad expirance.. My shipment was not delevrd my address..

My shipment has been in Ahmedabad for 4 days, but till now I have not deliver it at my address... No any contact calls have been from delivery boy..

It’s very unfortunate that one of the top courier service is hiring this kind of bad delivery person. The courier of mine was showing status out for delivery today. I was expecting it for the whole day. At night 21:08 the guy gave me a quick missed call and I tried him many times over phone but he didn’t pick up. When I was checking the status of my shipment, It was showing “Need Department name/ extension number”. Very unfortunate...

I did not receive my courier which is booked on 17 august so nearly 12 days ago in tracking it is shown as rejected awb scanned so please consider and send my product asap...
