Fansee deals, 176/1, front side first floor, inou road, behind shopping market, delhi: 110068 has delivered the subject item to me against order number eb# 2401, which is fake. It was delivered to me by blue dart at 14.33 hrs by your courier man carrying having mobile number +91 [protected]. He collected rs. 1, 300, cod and delivered a package and vanished. I tried to call him. He is not taking phone. The item supplied to me is a complete fake item, not even worth rs. 10/. It is a plastic toy. It does not fit nor work. I did ask him that i would make google payment, as advised by you in the sms sent to me at 13.57 hrs to entertain only digital payment. He insisted on cash only and vanished. I want to return it. I want to return it and get cash back. What is the procedure? There is no procedure explained. The phone number given is[protected], which is also fake. Adisheshan, [protected], bangalore. I had given the money to shahid shaikh your delivery boy and checked the parcel and i found wrong item received to me so i asked him to give me the money back but he refuse to do the same please look into the matter and refund my money immediately and take the material return. I was due to receive an cosnginment on 6 sept 2020.
But it is being shown address unlocatable, without even an attempt to deliver or call made. Ths is extremely urgent as i have emergency material inside the package

Hi,
I had ordered a galaxy projector which is also a bluetooth speaker but instead i received a small hair blow dryer. The amount which i have paid is higher for it. I need my money returned or else a correct product which i had ordered.

I ordered a book from amazon, delivered via bluedart awb [protected].

It is showing status as "shipment delivered" but i havent received it, neither did the delivery person call me even once

Please investigate this and get back to me.

Why my parcel returned back to shipper.

The bluedart company failed to deliver my parcel yet it's been 14 days my parcel has not reached yet. I tried to reach bluedart by email and call but there is absolutely no reply from them. The tracking details says " Delayed will impact delivery from last 10 days" this include urgent documents and after so many request the blue dart not responded.

The delivery agent contacted me. His mobile number's [protected]. After that, I received a delivery acknowledgement message but I didn't receive the package.

From Mumbai to Dubai transit through DHL.
Customer support people told me they'll call back me about 5 times when I called them. But received no call back. One person even said they have transferred to DHL. But DHL has no info and have not received the package. Very poor customer service and I'm not able to know the location or what has happened to my package.

Very bad expirance.. My shipment was not delevrd my address..

It’s very unfortunate that one of the top courier service is hiring this kind of bad delivery person. The courier of mine was showing status out for delivery today. I was expecting it for the whole day. At night 21:08 the guy gave me a quick missed call and I tried him many times over phone but he didn’t pick up. When I was checking the status of my shipment, It was showing “Need Department name/ extension number”. Very unfortunate experience. Please kindly look in to this immediately.

Sir/ ma'am my shipment order AWB no [protected] in blue dart. My shippment book from Nagpur to Guwahati A r roadways, transport. My shippment recd but my items found broken pl resolve my problem. My contact no [protected].

One of my consignment ([protected]) is not delivered to me. The status is showing "There is no such consign at the given address" however I am present at the address.
The currier delivery person didn't even call me for direction or any confusion on the location.
This is only happen when the shipment charges is already paid. Just 2 days back I had received one consignment ([protected]) from blue dart, the only difference is that was cash on delivery and the current consignment is paid already.
How could they do this.
Such a worst currier service I have ever seen.
Please check with the delivery system and resolve the issue ASAP.
