      My parcel with way bill no. [protected] supposed to deliver on 05/10/2020. But the delivery boy (mob. [protected] ) called me and ask my address. After noted my location he refused to deliver the parcel at my doorstep and asked me to collect my package from their hub which is almost 3 kms. from my home. Then he cancelled my order without any prior information. I also lodged many complains telephonic-ally to customer care of Blue Dart but the issue has't been resolved and not taking any action. My parcel still not delivered by the courier service and held in their custody. I have been suffering great lose due to the issue. This is very much inconvenient. At this point I have noting to do but file a complaint. Kindly see the issue as urgent and deliver my package ASAP.

        Delivery delayed with no proper customer service

        Blue dart Waybill number [protected] was shipped from Gurgaon on 6th Oct and expected date of delivery 8th Oct, according to the latest update the shipment reached Delhi on 7th Oct and Calcutta on 8th Oct

        Today is 9th Oct with the current status of shipment reached Air hub at BBW and no further information. They update the status once in a day with reaching one city at a time which is a pathetic service if you compare other...

        Address: Cunningham Road, Bangalore

        The agency was charging Rs.6745 to ship the laptop from Bangalore to Gurgaon. One asking them to return the shipment, they denied returning the shipment. We had to finally visit the partner office on cunningham road and forecefully get the laptop. They have opened the box and have stolen the charger. very rude and unprofessional behaviour.

          When i called bluedart online phone number i got a message saying my order was not delivered due to "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery"... I didn't recieve any call or message regarding this. My waybill number is [protected]... I want my order asap... Kindly look into this matter and you can call me up on [protected]

            Dear bluedart,

            My way bill no:[protected],
            It's status is "consignee's address un locatable/landmark needed".
            But my address was very clear & i gave my phone no. As well, i did not receive any call from your delivery boy.

            With attempting delivery mentioning the remarks is very bad. It is shameful.

            Please do the needful to deliver my product on time & focus on your delivery staff.

              Without even calling, status marked as 'prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery' but the area is not at all restricted as we receive non-essential items everyday from various services like amazon, flipkart etc. Please intervene & expedite, packages are being received at security entrance with proper procedure, i live in a well maintained society. Waybill - [protected]
              Worst service, still no one from bluedart cared to resolve the issue.

                Dear Madam,

                I am annoyed with your service.My consiment came to berhampore 04/10/2020 and 05/10/2020 They didn't come to my house to give consiment or call me but said customer will take later.
                Today 06/10/2020 No one came to my house but updated online I am out of station but I am at my house.
                This is what false update does without calling me or coming to my house.
                I can't think of a blue dart courier that gives false updates.
                Berhampore franchise don't get along well with me before bluedart couriour comes up with some things.
                Take a look at the matter and arrange my product delivery.

                  Pin code 413310 is under embargo by blue dart since past 20 days. They are not resuming there services to this pin code. Please resume services to pin code 413310.

                      Hello Team,

                      I have ordered medicine from ORDERME application and it was couriered through Bluedart for which waybill no. is AWB-[protected]. I have not received the order but status is showing as delivered. I am not sure how this has happened. I hope my courier is not handed to wrong person and not been used by that person. Request you to please investigate and get my order delivered to me only. If you have any concern with my address thrn please contact me at [protected].                       Thank you for raising concern with Bluedart but please note that still issue is outstanding with no resolution on it. I am very upset with bad experience on my order delivery. Appreciate your help in resolving my issue.

                          Address: BT Road Blue dart office

                          I got message for delivery of my HDFC credit card with a tracking number but that day no delivery has been made but it is showing that the delivery has successfully completed.
                          As per new policy the person should receive OTP. But I did not receive any OTP or call from them neither any package delivered to the given address. This is very much confidential yet they showed very much irresponsibility and also the text showed successful delivery provided my spelling of my name wrong.
                          Kindly help with this important issue.

                                  Poor service... Such a pathetic service, not informing us after the material reached the office, we tracked for the status they informed thst the consignment came but wont deliver and need to come and collect the material, as we dont have time and travel distance is another issue and two three days pending consignment to sort out. We paid for the delivery already and the lady staff approach is pathetic. Bluedart should not keep just unprofessional staffs. Its been many years their approach is same as you can see in reviews

                                    Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

                                    Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.
