I have been waiting all day for the delivery and checking updates on bluedart.com
But I wasn't even called and in the evening the site updated the status as "Consignee Not Available".
Please respond and help me in receiving my package....

Blue dart courier service not delivered my address parsal sevisece...

I have ordered dumbbells product in flipkart on june 11th and it is shipped through bluedart courier on june 15th but till now it is not delivered to me and since july 16th in tracking it is showing delay caused beyond control and no one from flipkart or bluedart are responding regarding this please help me i have paid the money also on june 111th itself so please help me....

I have not received my courier from sri sir tattva. Airway bill number - [protected]. It shows that prohibited area - entry restricted for delivery. It has my medicines inside. I get all my couriers in this area. Why blue dart has not delivered or not called for delivery.

This awb no kit is with you and almost going to be a year,
Today when i contact the company they said its returned and with courier office and gave the above tracking id.
Now as its very essential and financial kit i have to file a fraud case against your company why and on what basis he hold the kit so long.
Sort withing 24 hrs or else on 25th hr you will receive a case wit 1 crore compensation.

I have received text from sender "please track your courier dispatched through blue dart courier" i have track first and notice that "consignee out of station"... I have verified that everybody at home and no courier received by them.. Again checking status then it's showing "undelivered shipment held at location"...

My product not received for within the date. Status shown as "prohibited area-entry restricted for" but that area is allowed for everyone in chennai. We daily came to office on that area. So please provide my product as soon as possible....

I raised a complaint and also informed to Blue Dart Express against the fraud seller Zareen NX from Surat and also FB seller Jai Prakash Jsl regarding wrong very cheap product instead of I asked. They spoke to me well in my language Tamil. After two hours I was not able to contact them to know about the status. And I could not reach Customer care executive to ask, and only voice message telling that you can contact via website. Via website...

I'm supposed to receive my package yesterday, which I haven't received yet. On calling customer service, they inform that it's out of delivery area through automated queries. Then why in the first place the pickup was accepted? And if it's out of delivery area why do you keep sending messages that it will be delivered today. If it's not deliverable, aren't you supposed to inform about it?
And even in the status why is it mentioned...

The status is showing prohibited area - area restricted for delivery. The excepted date was 10th july but i still haven't received my product....

I have provided the right pincode but still it showed wrong pincode and shippment redirected...

I have not received my shipment sent vide airway no. [protected] being shown on your site as delivered on 13-7-20 to vijay panchal. For your information there is no security guard by the name vijay panchal at our gate and further there was no call received from your person who came to deliver the shipment....

I would like to receive my package as soon as possible. I have also tried calling customer care number but there was no response. I even e-mailed in the customercare e-mail but still...
