I had a delivery from bluedart and it was about to get delivered today that is 17/09, 2020. It was 4:30pm when the executive camed to deliver the assignment, but unfortunely my old mother was sleeping and she cannot hear the ring of the bell, so the executive has told many unwanted and abusive words to her and rejected the delivery. It was a important thing of my bank that was getting delivered. I am too much upset that bluedart being a reputated company is hiring such people who doesn't respect people. I will put it as a review in website also. The reference number is [protected]. If immediate action is not taken. The blue dart courier tracking number is [protected].

    Waybill no #[protected]
    The parcel was supposed to delivered on 16-sept-2020. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

    Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

    Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

    Please help!!!

    Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

      Hi
      On 11th sept i got an order from bluedart shipment#[protected] today.
      I paid twice by razorpay as your person kept saying he dint get any money.
      After dat i paid with paytm he was ok with dat.
      I kept following up saying i got debited twice.
      He said ur money will be reversed in 5 days.
      I dint get money debited from my account twice to razorpay.
      Can u pls help me out?
      I am v upset.

        I wanted to seek your help in the following issue.

        I transferred my computer monitor from bangalore to kolkata through bluedart. I received the damaged item on 22nd august, 2020 in kolkata. You can find the attached snapshot of the damaged monitor. Accordingly i informed the bluedart team with the details about it. But since 22nd august, almost everyday, i am sending mails to the bluedart to get the insurance amount for the damaged item. But everytime, i am getting a reply with a message that "investigation is going on. Will update you with a positive outcome". As i did not get any "positive outcome" yet, hence wanted to understand if this is the way bluedart works, or i made a wrong decision by choosing bluedart to transfer my belongings. I should say this is my worst experience with bluedart and if this continues, then i will never be opting for bluedart again.

          The blue dart service looks like very poor, with out reaching and with out contacting customer they are updating status like "c'nee shifted from the given address".

          You guys at least come to location and give a call, so that i can come and collect.

          Regarding the same i sent out an email to "[protected]@bluedart.com", but no use, no update from them.

          Bank is charging more than 100 rupees for delivery charges, why don't you give transparent service, at least you should provide courier/delivery person number and name, so that at least we will do followup with them.

          Call center number[protected] also for name sake only... Not all responding.

          If this is the case we never use blue dart going forward.

            blue dart express prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

            This is highly frustrating to see that bluedart first delayed the delivery and then after 2 day delay when the delivery guy took it out for delivery, without even coming to my place, mentioned my place to be – “prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery”.
            First of all my area is not a quarantined zone, second your delivery guy did not even try to contact me on my phone, so he call tell me the issue.

            Hi,
            I purchased a product from mi.com on 08-sep-2020.
            The product is not delivered yet saying incorrect t pin.
            Since 11-sep-2020, i am in continuous follow-up with blue dart, but problem is not solved.
            The blue dart staff is playing same story incorrect pin code is entered at shipment (Not by me or from mi.com) and we will correct and deliver.
            Since last friday (11-sep-2020), there is no change in status of shipment. The shipment is in gandhinagar, gujarat.
            I am done with blue dart. “i am looking for my options to handle blue dart”.

              My parcel is with you having AWB no. [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered today 13th September 2020. Your delivery person came but didn't deliver it showing restricted entry but I checked with security guard and waiting constantly. I have flight on 14th September 2020 and I need my parcel urgently. Please deliver it today or provide his contact number or your office address.

                Hello sir / madam
                i was apply credit card on hdfc bank, They was sent it thorugh your bluedot,
                but its not received, .but sms and tracking detailes shows its recevied.
                NO one delivery person call me and not get the OTP . please reslove my problems

                  My Kotak Mahindra bank sent me a courier through bluedart and a message from bluedart arrived me of getting my courier delivered today as of 11/09/2020. But when I went on to check the status of my courier as it was not delivered to me today I saw the status as address is incomplete or incorrect.
                  How can it be so. Full detail was provided to my bank.
                  If they cannot find it they should have contacted me as they have my number as they are delivering me a message.
                  Better they should contact me.

                  My courier with bluedart was from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar.

                    My shipment (Awb# [protected]) is still not delivered. The courier mention that the delivery restricted due to the prohibited area. But my address is still not prohibited. Other courier services like ecom, ekart is also delivering theproduct. I don't know why they are not delivering it and putting false information on order status. Bluedart agent in my area is very annoying and complaining. Very disappointing experience. I don't know why bluedart employs such kind of persons to serve. Please resolve the issue with the courier and send me the asap. i am attaching some of the recent deliveries from other courier service for proof.

It was delivered to me by blue dart at 14.33 hrs by your courier man carrying having mobile number +91 [protected]. He collected rs. 1, 300, cod and delivered a package and vanished. I tried to call him. He is not taking phone. The item supplied to me is a complete fake item, not even worth rs. 10/. It is a plastic toy. It does not fit nor work. I did ask him that i would make google payment, as advised by you in the sms sent to me at 13.57 hrs to entertain only digital payment. He insisted on cash only and vanished. I want to return it.                                 Hi,
                                I had ordered a galaxy projector which is also a bluetooth speaker but instead i received a small hair blow dryer. The amount which i have paid is higher for it. I need my money returned or else a correct product which i had ordered.
