I have not received my shipment sent vide airway no. [protected] being shown on your site as delivered on 13-7-20 to vijay panchal. For your information there is no security guard by the name vijay panchal at our gate and further there was no call received from your person who came to deliver the shipment.

    Your status of shipment bearing no.[protected] shown as delivered on 13-jul-20 to recipient vijay panchal is incorrect as there is no person by the name vijay panchal at our security gate and this shipment has not been received by me.

      My shipment has yet not arrived. I received the message stating it will be received today i. E. 13-july-2020. On tracking my order it says consignees' address incomplete/incorrect.
      In the past i have received orders from bluedart on same address.
      I would like to receive my package as soon as possible. I have also tried calling customer care number but there was no response. I even e-mailed in the customercare e-mail but still there is no response.
      Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I would like to receive my package as soon as possible. I have also tried calling customer care number but there was no response. I even e-mailed in the customer care e-mail of mivi.in from where I bought the product but there is no response.

          The consignment was "Out for Delivery" on 10th July 2020 at 12:36pm and status was changed to "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" on 10th July, 2020 at 4:00pm.

          I called up customer care and provided Landmark Details and Contact number.

          I also lodged a complaint in BlueDart website with the same details and received an email that it has been shared with the nearest delivering Bluedart office.

          The consignment was again "Out for Delivery" on 13th July 2020 at 11:35am and suddenly status was changed to "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" on 13th July, 2020 at 2:52pm.

          There was no phone call received by us from the delivery person during this period, however when I again called up customer care, they informed that the delivery boy tried contacting me, but couldn't.

          There should be a limit of giving excuses and telling lies on the part of Bluedart.

              It should be delivered on[protected]
              I got a call from blue dart courrier office on[protected] to deliver the parcel. They told that the courtier would be delivered on[protected]. I accepted to take the parcel on[protected].
              Today i. E[protected]. I haven't received the parcel till now.
              I have called to the courrier office. They have neglected my call & answered to come to the office to take courrier.
              I don't know where to ask & where to complaint about my parcel.
              If it is not possible to home delivery, then why are you taking the parcels.
              Your service is very poor in khammam.
              I have to receive 1 more parcel from bluedart service.
              After that i won't recommend your courrier service
              Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest

                My package is need to deliver in kanpur and the date was 8ty july 2020. I have checked on website it's showing its reached kanpur but not delivered yet for unknown reason.
                I called them multiple times but they are not pickup up calls now, once they picked the call they gives false hope which is not acceptable.

                  Bluedart waybill no: [protected]

                  The parcel was supposed to delivered on 11-jul-2020. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery. My area is not in restricted zone as many other courier services from other e-commerce sites are delivering products in my area everyday. Also there is no corona cases in my area so area is not even prohibited.

                  Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

                  Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

                  Desired resolution: want product to be delivered asap.

                    As i have buying a product from the company dominant dials and the blue dart is the service courier of that product, after which i have found that it is a fake company so i just freeze my money calling to blue dart head office delhi, they take it serius and mailed that they will show this product undeleiver and will return my money in my paytm that account where i have done payment, i have done payment to blue dart with paytm.
                    After one day there service provider comes and i have give him my the dominant dial watch with packing, but now around 10 days are going from the return but they did not return my money.
                    Kindly please take some action against them and i have mailed them also but they are saying things are in progress, please help me on this.

                                I ordered my product from zestpics, they sent my parcel in blue dart shipping id [protected]. But my parcel got misplace somewhere by your delivery boy in your office located in mallapur, hyderabad. Your manager is telling about refund of payment.
                                Plz kindly look in to it and do the needful as soon as possible. Otheriwse i hve to take legal action because my product will be misuse

                                  I booked my phone repair request at one plus care app on 17 march 2020 & my phone was collected by your executive at 19 march 2020 then after 21 march lockdown was started
                                  After that on 3 july blue dart said that your phone is delivered to one plus care &then they repaired my phone &they called me to pay my repairing charges & i paid that
                                  Then blue dart executive collected my phone from one plus care on 7 july 2020 to handover to me but on 9 july blue dart executive came to me & handovered wrong parcel
                                  I told him that my phone had to come from one plus
                                  I didn't excepted the parcel
                                  So please blue dart should trace about my parcel

                                        From today morning this guys were telling me that I was gonna recieve my products and now when I checked in their website and it showed that they couldn't locate my address without even trying to contact me ? Is this how customers are supposed to be treated ? I wish we could choose the delivery company when ordering things from you guys.
