The consignment was "Out for Delivery" on 10th July 2020 at 12:36pm and status was changed to "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" on 10th July, 2020 at 4:00pm.
I called up customer care and provided Landmark Details and Contact number.
I also lodged a complaint in BlueDart website with the same details and received an email that it has been shared with the nearest delivering Bluedart office.
The consignment was again "Out for Delivery" on 13th July 2020 at 11:35am and suddenly status was changed to "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" on 13th July, 2020 at 2:52pm.
There was no phone call received by us from the delivery person during this period, however when I again called up customer care, they informed that the delivery boy tried contacting me, but couldn't.
There should be a limit of giving excuses and telling lies on the part of Bluedart.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In the past i have received orders from other platforms on same address.
I would like to receive my package as soon as possible. I have also tried calling customer care number but there was no response. I even e-mailed in the customer care e-mail of mivi.in from where I bought the product but there is no response.
