In tracking page it shows shipment delivered on 23rd march 2020 when i haven't received a single call from their delivery agent and also it shows signed by self, i have not got the package still, what kind of fraud these people are doing instead of delivering the package on time they put it as delivered in their tracking page just after two hours from their out for delivery status.
Still haven't got any package from them and still mailing them but to no avail.

Some person (He said he is talking from blue dart office of bangalore) called me telling that i have to pay an amount of rs.3 for updating my address with regard to the delivery of a courier from blue dart which is lying in the office as the address to deliver is inaccurate. Later they had send me a link to update the address and pay the amount of rs.3 and click on submit.
I did the same i updated the address & paid the money through...

I haven't received my package yet... It has been misplaced and i rather received someone else's package in my name.

After calling repeatedly you guys haven't given me any exact confirmation yet!

My shipment is not delivered with message premise is lock. Iis my home address. I was present at the premise. On same date 21 st march 2020. No one called me and even came. Product from cubelelo - undelivered.
No calls/ no attempt to deliver.
We inquired at kalyan ngr branch and it is with your employee named "parthiban".

Early this week - a parcel from lifestyle was irresponsibly delivered to the security at the gate. By the same person. I had to follow up with lifestyle/ bluedart & raised complaints. Finally he handed over after 24hrs of receiving delivered msg.

The 1st instance occurred about a month ago, with a package from amazon - he never came nor delivered for 2 days - even after i received a delivered message. Had to raise a complaint and cancelled product.

Frustrated with your services.

My awb # [protected] has not been delivered. Yet i received a msg from bluedart saying it has been delivered & received by someone i dont even know. This is ridiculous.
I also received a msg from the merchant saying items delivered but noone from bluedart has visited my address or society.
The merchant is nykaa, the peoduct was cosmetics and the company who goofed up is bluedart courier services.

I am a student and studies in mody university lakshmamgarh i called blue dart to know details of my prepaid parcel so i called bluedart office some random guys put my cal on conferemce with the other guys and the asked me for the details and my account details so i gave them and then they cut the call and now they are not answering my call i am sure they cheated on my and i want you to take actions againts them otherwise legal action will be taken by me againt the bluedart

I have sensitive package been sent by hdfc bank to me which is very crucial for me to get it. But the package wasn't delivered to me and instead status was changed to "c'nee shifted from the given address" without being contacted me on my phone number or email address by the delivery person. Please contact me asap so that you can deliver the package to given address.

Accidentally i ordered for blinge pouch sheetmasks and neutrogena face wash which i previously added in my cart. I really don't need any of them,, unfortunately i have ordered the same products previously in nykaa so they were saved in my cart so accidentally i ordered them once again which are really not in need that too i can't afford huge money for the same product in the little span of time

I ordered several products from smytten on the 7th but today 20th my product has not arrived yet so i emailed them that my products have not arrived yet. It is reported that delivery will take place within 48 hours but today it is over 48 hours i do not know what products are or the reason why my products are not coming... But opening those apps shows that my products have been delivered but i have not found any products.

Blue dart notified me yesterday that my order was out for delivery and that it will be arrived yesterday, but the package have not been delivered yet and when i tried to track my order, it was written there that my order got delayed.
Please fix this and deliver my order asap.

Even after complaining they tried to re-deliver the order but they didn't contact me. When i checked the status again it says "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery" i don't understand what that status means and also why they aren't at least trying to contact me. I'm really disappointed with service of this delivery team. Could you please let me know why the courier didn't reach me yet.

Time slot has been asked by me with date. I mentioned from 12 to 3 on 14.03.20. However no communication has been received to me regarding my parcel. Further more, the delivery guy never calls before reaching to the mentioned address so that i will be there or i will arrange someone to deliver the parcel as i am in a job where mostly field work is there. Who is responsible for wasting my time of 3 hours.

The blue dart people haven't delivered me the courier nor call me ever. The status on their tracking site is as delivered (To some sanjit). I don't know any person with such name. They should have call me before handing over to unknown guy, the parcel is pure confidential.
The waybill no. Of the courier is [protected].

Please kindly take the necessary actions required.

It is supposed to be delivered 12 march 2020.
Its been dispatched but not delivered and mentioned that its located in gbl-service center hyderabad.
