I had ordered whey protein 2.5kg*2 from MyProtein. Today i got a message that i will receive my shipment from blue dart courier service. But didn't receive any call from delivery agent and nobody came. i got a message from blue dart that my item was delivered by 2:40PM, but nobody came to deliver. I asked the customer care executive about the same but he didn't paid attention towards it and said you will get response in 24hr. My airway bill no. Is [protected]. Kindly see to it.

    Seems while checking the item by bluedart team they have damage completely. Later on bluedart tape are wraparound it.
    This is highly non-professional of handling. Kindly reimburse the amount on priority. Please check the video for details.

      I ordered a bluetooth speaker (Jbl-go 2 grab & go) through sbi rewardz on[protected] using 9776 sbi rewardz points. Consignment was send through blue dart (Consignment tracking id: [protected], way bill no: [protected], dated:[protected]. Consignment was not delivered to the consignee, however it is showing delivered. This is to inform that consignment was send back to bhiwandi, and received by kumar on[protected]. Therefore it is requested to look into the matter and do the needful, so that i shall receive my bluetooth speaker.

        I get confirmation from bluedart service that the shipment will be delivered by EOD. Waited for 6 hours to pickup since the item is bank card.
        No the status is changed to "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address".
        I haven't received any call or message. This is quiet disturbing.

          The parcel was supposed to delivered on 25.01.2020. Instead the status changed to held at mahadevapura industrial area with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

          Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

          Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

          Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

                I am aryan mishra i ordered one item from beyoung and another from smytten both the order were supposed to be delivered by blue dart but i have not received both the item and it is showing that product is delivered by them. The cost of both the product was around 600.

                It is showing both the products are delivered at the same time. I called customer care also but i got no response from them,

                I orederd product on 20 jan and other is on 17 jan 2020, both the order were out for delivery on 23 jan and showing delivered at 3:27 pm. But i have received any of them...

                I want my product as soon as possible. Do it fast otherwise i will file a case against blue dart

                  I order THOR 5 PRO smartwatch but it was swapped with another watch that is very cheap and not what I ordered and has no features that I paid for and
                  now when I want to return the order the website is displaying to login and when I do so it's showing that there is no order placed by me and thus I am not being able to return it and I've got my money struck hence I wanted to return it back.

                    I have parcel which is undelivered.. I have mentioned right address in parcel but still courier boy is updating as location not found also 3 times attemp he didnt even bother to call me. Also i have called customer care and told them to tell delivery boy to call if he is unable to locate the address but no resolution now that parcel has been redirected to my offc address and same behaviour by the delivery guy here also. I have mentioned to call me i[censored]nable to locate but no one is bothered to call

                      Hi team,

                      My order had to be delivered today i was waiting for the call.

                      The delivery guy called me and said i am coming keep the documents ready
                      I said okay and then he said he can't come inside the street come to road.

                      After going to road and after waiting for almost 1hr 30mins

                      I just receive txt saying the order can not be delivered as i was not available at my place. And the delivery guy was rude

                      And this was the 7th time which happened with me.

                      I called almost 100 times to blue dart team regarding this and they just had to say sorry and did nothing apart from that.

                      Worst worst service ever i got

                      And i wish and pray this blue dart company get closed asap.

                            My product with waybill no.[protected] is not delivered yet and the expected delivery date is 18 january 2020. And today its 19 january 2020. Blue dart has not contacted me not even once and without informing me anything nor contacting me, they showed the status as"no such consignee at the given address" what a nonsense way of service. I tried contacting them and they say their lines are congested and so no response. I visited the courier centre and they said they know nothing about my order and that have not received anything such. Are they gone mad their own website is showing me the status that my receivable product is in the airport of my location and what the hell they are saying me. I am totally disappointed and angry. I will wait for 3 days and after that am gonna sue or file a case again the company. Its a serious issue and my product is too important for me. I am really gonna take the help of law if the status remains the same.

                                I bought a fast tag from kotak bank and it was shipped through blue dart [protected]. On tracking, it says the fast tag was delivered on jan 14th but i had not received it and the recipient name is given as some one else. I contacted blue dart via twitter and email and they said they will look into it but no response for 4 days even after mentioning it's urgent as fast tag is now mandatory. Also their toll free no[protected] always says the network is congested. Such a lousy service for a premium brand. Local couriers are better.

                                  The shipment is delivered to wrong or unknown person. There was no attempt to communicate to me if there was any clarification required. Nor i was given the delivery agent details to contact.

                                  Since the package contains sensitive information, i would highly appreciate if this package is delivered to me. There is no point of contact for these kind of scenarios where the package is not delivered but we get a notification saying that the package is delivered already to the person who don't know. It's very surprising that how can a sensitive information package which is intended to deliver directly to the recipient on the package gets delivered to someone unknown. It's really a poor service and immature of the way the process is working. There was no attempt made to contact the recipient nor the package was tried to attempt the delivery. Changing the status to delivered and marking it as a milestone is not a great achievement when the package is not even reached the valid recipient. It's not a old age postal system which gets missed or lost, in the era of technology and with the existing systems these kind of mistakes is not at all acceptable since the valuable things or information in the package can be misused.

                                    I have ordered 3 shirts of worth rs.1098 and after the delivery i got only 2 shirts which is of total variation in the colors and in the quality as well which is shown in the picture shown to me on the page. So i want to return this product as soon as possible. I haven't expected this from blue dart service. If you are providing such type of service of this type of qualities and all then you should not expect the best feedback form the customers
