    My courier is not delivered to me and i have checked the status and it is "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery".

    I was not contacted via phone, email or by any medium. And the status is mentioned like it. This is not the honest and professional behavior.

    Please check and do the needful on urgent basis.

    There was no initiative taken by the company even after I have lodged the complaint in this form. I was trying to contact them but there customer care number was also chargeable 2 Rs per minute. it was totally useless to get the help from them. I had another courier scheduled from bluedart and by chance I asked that delivery boy regarding this hold courier and asked the solution. He gave his number and told me that he will check with his team and will share the information. then after regular followup with him, they finally delivered my packet after 3 days. I recommend never to use bluedart courier services. Very Very poor services by blue dart. Thanks, Ajay Mangal

      I was going to receive parcel on 28th october but i didn't receive it because it says the address given is not sufficient. I always receive parcels from other companies properly without any issues. Only bad and corrupt blue dart is having problems. Resolve this asap.
      They don't log the complaints also saying data is insufficient. Apart from waybill number what else is needed to track the package?

        My awb number is ev[protected] and it was my sbi credit card and when it was out for delivery i was not on my address but when everything is mentioned on my docket including landmark delivery executive marked as incomplete address kindly tell me blue dart ceo or any concern person is this your services as your delivery executive don't manner that how he behave with customers i will lodged a complain in consumer forum against all of you guys disgusting services

          This is not my first experience with the blue dart and same issue. I have an important parcel and since 1 november everyday morning status was out for delivery and at evening status is consignee's address unlocatable/landmark. And except this courier others are easily delivered parcel more than 100 times. Only this courier have problem everytime to find anyones address. I can understand they even not tried, never called. And without contacting they are changing status. I am not the single person complaining for the first time. This is intentional and a serious harassment for customers. Why you guys harassing customers like this. Even your customer care number is always busy most of the time call disconnect.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I chosed blue dart services to transfer my luggages from kolkata to bangalore on 22/10/19 which reached bangalore on 29/10/19 in a pathetic condition where handles of 2 bags were broken along with that the whole wheel section of the trolley was broken. I'm very disappointed as i knew it's one of the best moreover i had insurance on this. So kindly refund the money for the damage section of my luggages. Take an action asap.

                This is in respect to an order placed by me on 25th october from watches24.in which was cash on delivery.
                The order was delivered to me on november 1st 2019. When i checked the order, it was not as per the description mentioned on the package delivered.
                I request you to hold the payment to be remitted to the person who delivered the package as this is a fraud company where the return policy exists but the contact number provided is not valid.
                I request you humbly, to support this and stand tall against the same to fight against this type of fraud.
                Kindly revert back quickly so that i can request the local office for the same and proceed further.

                  The shipment should have delivered by october 29, 2019, the package was with delivery agent for 2 days on october 31st, 2019 he claims he tried to deliver and couldn't find the address as per the tracking, the delivery agent didn't even tried to call to locate the address, the address is totally correct as confirmed on call with the customer service of bluedart, still the package is not delivered today is november 1st, 2019, on the same address the previous shipment waybill no. [protected] was delivered but again delayed delivery but no such issue was faced of address location. Pathetic service, needs to take some serious action against this.

                      I have ordered a mobile through amazon and the product is shipped through bluedart courier. The product is received by bluedart courier palladam two days back, without delivering the product they just updated like attempted. I'm waiting for this product for last 3 days. Worst service ever i faced. If you able to service then why are giving courier service.
                      I need resolution for my query.

                        Yesterday it was shown that parcel out for delivery. Today when i checked tracking status it showed consignee not available through i was available through out the day... If they were having problem in reaching to me then u should have called me mobile number is given to you for that purpose only. Its very urgent parcel and you are doing such unprofessional thing.. Please deliver soon and when arrived hope so you will call me if any problem regarding address is there..

                          I have purchased a book from amazon with tracking id [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 31 october. It is showing that it has reached the courier office from where delivery would take place on 29 oct. However since the last 2 days there is no update and now it is showing that it ll be delivered by 6 nov. It is supposed to be a gift nd now because of their absouletly worthless service i couldnt gift it. Atleast they should have a coutesy to inform in prior that the delivery would be late.

                                My shipment is not delivered to me and delivery boy not even call me, i received the msg from bluedart saying shipment will be delivered today i was waiting for delivery boy's call but then i received the "delivered" msg at 14:54, 31/10/2019 on my phone ([protected]) saying shipment is delivered to parminder kaur,
                                At that time i was not even at home, and i don't know to whom they delivered my shipment, how could they simply deliver the product to anyone and the delivery boy's number also not there in that msg to contact him.
                                Please resolve my issue as soon as possible as my shipment contains my marksheet of ielts result, which is very important document.

                                  I ordered from amazon which is shipped from mumbai to delhi by bluedart and should be delivered by 29 oct. But now it's 31 oct and bluedart is just giving excuses like "no consignee available at the given address" and their delivery agent is not even trying to contact me while out for delivery. Bluedart just do not want to delivery my order to me. I already ordered with amazon and others at the same address but with outher shipping companies out there and never had any problem before but now with bluedart, they simply do not willing to deliver my package to me. Their customer helpline number is always busy or some times not recheable. Somewhat i blamed amazon as well for this experience. Please do not use bluedart, they simply won, t deliver your order to the required address.
                                  Please avoid bluedart.

                                    My product is reached at bluedart guindy office at oct 25 2019, they didn't call me or came to my address but they are updated the status like customer can;t able to reach out. Anyhow i myself reachout to guindy office on oct 29 2019 for pick up, they not even respond with me and told like we need check the shipment because it was packed with other stuff so they asked to come on next day. I gone to next day also but they said same answer only we can't able to find the shipment so they asked me to come after 1 hour. Anyhow i want my product so i gone after one hour, but they don't even search the product. After a long wait they gave me.

                                      My credit card was sent by bank through Blue Dart and was stated to arrive latest by 25th October 2019. However 5 days later, i have not recieved package. My waybill number is [protected]. Since it is a credit card i have to activate OTP within a limited time of issue of card. Their tollfree number is useless and the mobile number is not responding.

                                        Order Place for product on 23rd October 2019. The order by the seller was dispatched on 23rd October 2019 - tracking number [protected].

                                        Received message on 23rd October 2019 at 12:52 pm that the product is given to Blue Dart.

                                        Received message on 24th October 2019 at 8:23 pm that the product will be delivered on 26th October 2019.

                                        Product still shows in Transit.

                                        The product was gift and the sweets to be given to customers. The sweets in the office has got spoiled and the entire purpose of the Diwali Gift has lost its essence.

                                        Get a call at 3:00pm that we shall deliver the gifts before 4-4:30 pm. It is 5:15pm and yet there is no update.

                                        It is we who have to call to make an enquiry.

                                        I would seek an compensation for lacuna. Local couriers are seeming to do a far better job than you.
