My credit card from kotak bank was sent to this quorier office, from this office 3 agents called me for delivery, frst day I was asked to send the delivery boy to my home address but they arrived at my office address and then they told that they will visit my home address by next day, they called only once at evening but I was unable to attend the call after few minutes I called the same number but they didn't respond, again today also the same case happend, now they have put status as no consignee in the address.. Very worst experience on bluedart..

I am totally fed up with this service. I have paid Rs 36, 000 and I have not received the ordered product I have the proofs for package opening and the time of receiving I have asked the delivery person to check before paying the money. But he was strictly notified that after the payment only the product will be able to open.

Hello Team, (Awb - 59661883632) This is Fayaz here and I was struggled from last 3 weeks because of received fake product from sender delivered by blue dart but on the same day I have raised a complaint in blue dart stating that I was cornered by a sender from Mumbai, I spoke with Ms Kumari she was phenomenon and did her level best. She helped a lot, regular follow- up on this complaint even she replied to me very genuinely and finally she resolved my issue and from sender (Bigfoot) finally I have received the refund amount Rs.36.000/- only, so much happy for your valuable service and support and it's been delayed to appreciate you guys if I left anyone to mention their names who supported me I apologize. Note : Hereafter I will be more conscious and I request you, people, to ignore this kind on cheating senders please don't allow them in future check and sort it out because am a tech guy so I found on spot itself I have received a fake product initiated a complaint & I got my amount back but other customers will definitely affect. I want to know what is going on with the items. And you should be responsible for such unprofessional act on your part. If it's delayed you should let the customers know. But here i am, checking my items and it is said it awaits delivery yesterday but i have not received anything. Do something about it and get back to me asap.

My credit card sent via bluedart way bill no [protected] was not delivered to me and was not attended as well and status updated as premises closed and this updated status is fake, the courier partner/delivery boy of bluedart is doing illegal things.

Also i want to mention here that there was one delivery eway bill no [protected] which was updated as delivered but the same was not delivered to me hence it means bluedart delivery boy is doing fraud.

This is very serious and i am doing the police complaint and also file a complaint with consumer care for this issue.

Below is the address of bluedart, please check/verify once with eway bill no.

I had ordered a product from my glamm. At the time stated above the bell started ringing continuously. We went out and told the delivery boy that it takes time to reach the gate and he should not keep ringing the bell. He refused to hand over my product and instead drove away saying that he will return the order and kar lo jo karna hai. On checking my track order i found he had entered, the consignee refused to accept.
He insisted that a message had been sent. The message came at 7:59 p. M.
My order should be delivered asap. The delivery boy should be taught to be polite.
