I have ordered a trimmer "new flawless body".
In the instruction blade it is mentioned that replaceable blades are inside the pack, but inside the box i found no extra blade.
Also one of the section inside the box is empty., which means blades were provided initially but now there are no blades inside. So i want to return the product and i want my 2000 rs back as soon as possible.

This website should be banned so that people won't be able to purchase anything from that website and stay away from this kind of fraud.

Hi, i am leaving in aone nagar, fatehwadi, behind canal, today i received courier from blue dart person but he said that he didn't come to my house he is complaining about the road while everyone comes through that road daily, i was on bed because of highly fever not able to walk and nobody is there to go to take courier everytime he doesn't come to our area my husband goes and receives from him because of the same reason so when they ordered to deliver at house why they are doing these much nuisance. He threatened to my wife that from next time nobody will deliver courier to my house like this blue dart trained to it's delivery boy? I need answered from blue dart company...

Inspite of my address being in bluedart service area (Pin code 635110) the courier people are denying to deliver product to home. Instead they are asking us to travel approx 12 to 15 km to collect the delivery.

Also they have wrongly updated it saying that 'no such consignee at given address'. Which is incorrect, the address and names are valid.

I have ordered few products from an online site, my awb #[protected], which according to them was supposed to be delivered by aug 20, 2019, infact i got a call from bluedart, thiruvalla, on august 19 telling that my product has reached and my location was told to them, told will deliver products by august 20, which they failed to deliver, again i called them on aug 21, told will deliver by aug 21 evening.. But didn't deliver on 21 st also... Even after explaining whole location details to them... All call details are recorded in my phone. Never seen such an irresponsible mode of delivery system.

There is something wrong with the delivery system. And it is happening a lot at beltola cod. Somewhere something went wrong and i wiah bluedart would resolve the issue because you can see the complaints as proof.

Waybill no [protected] - this was supposed to be delivered on monday 19th aug but it wasn't delivered until eod. Upon checking the status, it said consignee not available, whereas i neither got a call nor anyone came at my doorstep to deliver the product.
Day 2 - 20th aug, i call the call center at 5.30 pm and they say it will be delivered by 6.30 pm. 6.40 pm i get a call from delivery agent, asks for my address and promises he will be there in 30 mins. Waited until 8.30 pm and he does not arrive. I call him on his cell no at least 10 times and he doesn't answer. When i called call center, they say that the update shows that they have tried to call me and i did not answer the call..
Really??? What a pathetic service by you guys..

The shipment was supposed to be delivered on 10 aug 19. However due to the casual attitude of the delivery guy and indifferent customer care representative it is still lying there in the office.in spite of so many calls to help the delivery guy in guiding him to the mentioned location he is not coming. So many excuses have been give so far. Like, due to restrictions, due to rain, due to unavoidable reasons etc. He never bothered to call once that he is not able to deliver the said item. Please look into this matter and take action accordingly. Otherwise don't claim to be the best and fastest service provider.

So kindly look into and solve my problem at the earliest. As this is an important issue and my credit card could be misused by anybody.

Due to some urgency, i had requested icici bank cheque book online on 11.08.19 at my hometown address (Karnal haryana). On tracking the status of service request, it was understood that icici had dispatched the cheque book through bluedart courier (Awb no. [protected]) on 13.08.19 itself from delhi branch and cheque was reached to blue dart office of my home town on 14.08.19.

However despite calling blue dart local office (Mr. Vikash - [protected]), more than 10 times on 16th /17th / 18th & 19th aug, we did not receive the parcel, which has ruined our urgent plans.

We are very much disappointed with the services and response received from blue dart on this matter. I will personally never prefer to go with blue dart again for any of my official or personal work.

Updated by sunilkumar221 it is also intimated that on Blue Dart it is shown that Consignee not available however this update had come after we had made 3-4 calls to Mr. Vikas from Blue Dart. It is very much sure that no delivery attempt was made, just status was changed on website to avoid any question on their working.
