Your order from British Council with Blue Dart Awb# [protected] is undelivered for more than 4 days even after arriving at the location. Customer service is worst they always tell it will be delivered tomorrow everytime you call them they will give new reasons for not delivering the product.
I needs this product very urgently.

My name is dipak gohel, i ordered the samsung wireless bluthooth from online by your couriour no [protected]. As same the right time i said for check my product but your employee said he has no time for check the product and status mention as delivered. With the mention no.

As same when i go for blue dark office in veraval 362265 bus stand branch he said he does not send the couriour which i opened but it's wrong delivered and in 5 min i reached the blue dark office.

As same i lost my money as he take 1750 for wrong product which is really cheap the cost of 200 rs.

Blue dart delivery service is so worst.I ordered something on 23rd august.today was the delivery date.my waybill number is [protected].i saw the status as out for delivery.but the delivery person didn't called me and now the status is "Consignee's address is incomplete" though i have given all the information about my address.i called customer care service.but they told me that there is no order in this waybill number.my order is prepaid.if you all can't handle something properly, why don't you leave the responsibily of this business?this is my 2nd time of disappointment with this service with same issue.if the delivery person don't call us, how will we able to know that they are at my address?what is the purpose of taking contact information if they don't call us?i gave all the information about my address and other curier sevices are giving all my orders in this same address.so what is special about this bloody blue dart service? I will never order anything from this service next time

My packet delivery date is 26/08/19 but still i'm not receiving my parcel. I called toll free 4 times in a day they only said your parcel arrived upto 6:30 pm. They won't give me any contact information. This is a worst service ever. I'm not recommended any person to this agency. I hope this company work on it.

Hi, my shipment which was due to arrive on 24th aug now shows the status wrong pincode will impact delivery.
Why are these false statuses being updated for my waybill no?
It's disappointing that you guys can't deliver a courier on time when it is just 2 kms away from me.
Yes, i contacted blue dart service and they claim that the pincode might be wrong.
But after confirming the pincode with american express, i see...

I have ordered a trimmer "new flawless body".
In the instruction blade it is mentioned that replaceable blades are inside the pack, but inside the box i found no extra blade.
Also one of the section inside the box is empty., which means blades were provided initially but now there are no blades inside. So i want to return the product and i want my 2000 rs back as soon as possible.

Hi, i am leaving in aone nagar, fatehwadi, behind canal, today i received courier from blue dart person but he said that he didn't come to my house he is complaining about the road while everyone comes through that road daily, i was on bed because of highly fever not able to walk and nobody is there to go to take courier everytime he doesn't come to our area my husband goes and receives from him because of the same reason so when they ordered to deliver at house why they are doing these much nuisance. He threatened to my wife that from next time nobody will deliver courier to my house like this blue dart trained to it's delivery boy? I need answered from blue dart company...

Inspite of my address being in bluedart service area (Pin code 635110) the courier people are denying to deliver product to home. Instead they are asking us to travel approx 12 to 15 km to collect the delivery.
Tracking number: [protected] & [protected].

Also they have wrongly updated it saying that 'no such consignee at given address'. Which is incorrect, the address and names are valid.

I would like to bring to your kind notice. This occurrence happening in second time which was earlier credit card has not dispatch my address, even though the courier person has not called me before the delivery, simply update the status is change of address (Or) person not available. After tried to reach them i got very poor response the person was used unparliament words.
Please take appropriate action.

I have ordered few products from an online site, my awb #[protected], which according to them was supposed to be delivered by aug 20, 2019, infact i got a call from bluedart, thiruvalla, on august 19 telling that my product has reached and my location was told to them, told will deliver products by august 20, which they failed to deliver, again i called them on aug 21, told will deliver by aug 21 evening.. But didn't deliver on 21 st also... Even after explaining whole location details to them... All call details are recorded in my phone. Never seen such an irresponsible mode of delivery system.

I was waiting for delivery since 19.08.2019. My awb number is.. [protected]. No one contacted me. And i definitely stay at my address and was waiting for many days for the package to arrive. There is something wrong with the delivery system. And it is happening a lot at beltola cod. Somewhere something went wrong and i wiah bluedart would resolve the issue because you can see the complaints as proof.

My order is not delivered from your side to my address so please check my order and why it is not delivered to me and i am very disappointed from your service because i get message from your side that my order will get in 48 hours but i can not get my order in 48 hours. Waybill no [protected] - this was supposed to be delivered on monday 19th aug but it wasn't delivered until eod. Upon checking the status, it said consignee not available, whereas i neither got a call nor anyone came at my doorstep to deliver the product.
Day 2 - 20th aug, i call the call center at 5.30 pm and they say it will be delivered by 6.30 pm. 6.40 pm i get a call from delivery agent, asks for my address and promises he will be there in 30 mins. Waited until 8.30 pm and he does not arrive. I call him on his cell no at least 10 times and he doesn't answer. When i called call center, they say that the update shows that they have tried to call me and i did not answer the call..
Really??? What a pathetic service by you guys..

The shipment was supposed to be delivered on 10 aug 19. However due to the casual attitude of the delivery guy and indifferent customer care representative it is still lying there in the office.in spite of so many calls to help the delivery guy in guiding him to the mentioned location he is not coming. So many excuses have been give so far. Like, due to restrictions, due to rain, due to unavoidable reasons etc. He never bothered to call once that he is not able to deliver the said item. Please look into this matter and take action accordingly. Otherwise don't claim to be the best and fastest service provider.
