Hi sir/madam,

This is Md. Shabaz .i was supposed to receive my courier on 9th october, while i did not receive it, i see a wrong claim that "consignee refused to accept".
No body called me regarding the delivery of courier, No body tried to even speak from your end before saying, " Consignee refused to accept ".Can he not place with minimal effort of at least calling me?
Today is 18th october its been 1 week. I need the courier urgebtly. Please do the needful and please deliver my product. Thank u . I am looking forward for the action u take. I am attaching the screen shot of the shipment tracked .

I had purchased a pair of footwear from tata cliq with whom blue dart is logistics partner.
A person named kunal delivered the said product and send me a link for payment. But my transaction failed a couple of times on that link. So i paid him cash. But later i got confirmation for payment from my bank.
So there happened a double payment for said product and now blue dart is not helping at all.
The person kunal number is also switched off since then.

My tracking no is [protected]. The shipment is arrive my location on dated 16.10.2019 but at cuttack office they held my product and not deliver to me. And i also contacted to them they said its more distance. And i will deliver later
So sir kindly inform me if you don't deliver my pin code so why you accept for pick up this product
This product is very important for me. So why you play game like that i know your brand is world famous but i don't see any worker of yours seen that to serve to their customer.

I got a msg that my expected delivery date is 9th october i have complained several times, i wrote to the blue dart but nothing happened today it is 18th october and still it's not delivered. I want to know why? This parcel was very urgent to me. Sir please do help me i am attaching the reference no. Of the order and status as well. Plz help me and deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

Very bad experience recent delivery time not call customer and directly status consignee address unlocated so I visit bludart pimpri office with my original id proof but counter boy says you have short address delivery not done counter boys says sbi shipment customer mobile number not last time my axis credit card shipments time delivery date time your message and delivery boy call me

Responsibility of delivery executive is to delivery the parcel at door step but the delivery executive denied his duty n marked as undelivered. He asked me to come down n collect the parcel since I was held with house hold work n requested him to come to door step but he gave the reason that he is carrying many parcel which he can't leave it n come up. I told him u can tell the ppl in the stores to take care of the parcel then he gave gprs as a reason I DNT know how that came in btw . He just hanged up the call on face. Such irresponsible delivery executive . I DNT know his name but I will share his number [protected]

I'm writing this email just let you know that your service is bad and pathetic. My courier number is [protected]. It has to be delivered by 16oct when I'm checking the status online it show as consignee unidentified address. They didn't contact me and it is happening 3rd time where my parcel went back.

I am suhas bhasarkar, regular customer of blue dart, on 15th oct i sent one urgent document with way bill number [protected] which consist of very important deal document. It was must to reach that document to delhi on 16th oct.. But on 16th document didn't reach to destination. When i talk to customer care pune [protected] they told me it is delayed due to some network issue but they are sending parcel through commercial flight and it will be delivered by 16th oct evening.. Now it 17th oct 2:25 pm still it is not delivered, your pune customer care is not picking up my call since 16th oct evening.. Your contact number [protected] is reachable after 100 attempts.. Only once i could connect to your customer care executive and that call is also disconnected and i have no idea when you are going to deliver it..
Due to this delay i could not submit my claims and commercial documents on time and now i will loose rs 30000/- due to this delay.. You charge double than any other courier company but till now i have not faced such kind of worst service from any provider.. Now for me blue dart is not trusted company anymore. I'll share this experience on social media as well... How will you compensate my loss now.. Need answer..

I didnt get any call or Email by the Delivery guy, i called him he didnt picked the call. I didit get the delivery till.
Am in need of that parcel urjently.

[protected], mere product ki delivery date 07/10/19 thi, par aaj 17/10/19 ho gya hai par abhi tak meri deliver mujhe nahi mila, ek din aap ke delivery boy ka call aaya bhi to usne bola ki aapki delivery aap ko khud aa ke pick karna padega, us bande ki recording bhi mere pas hai... Mujhe aap se ye jaanna hai ki ki aap ki service home delivery btate hai par baad me aap ke baandhe kahte hai ki aap ko khud hi aa ke aapna parcel le jaana padega.

I was at home which is my delivery address the whole time neither I got any call or any contact no. Of the delivery guy. Now I checked the website to track my order and it shows consignee was not available this is such a nonsense delivery service! First u don't update a person about the contact no. Of the delivery guy getting the package then u people don't even attempt a delivery and then update the delivery status saying the consignee was unavailable. Bluedart is useless at delivering packages this has never happened to me before with any other delivery company.

I ordered a shirt online and its been sent through blue dart courier service its been a week I still dint received it i checked through tracking number it showed it has been delivered but I still dint get my shirt the address was correct and i even added the phone number its been delivered wrongly very disappointed

No Executive has come to deliver a product at my house address. And Showing as consignee has Shifted from a given address. Kindly Do in proper way contact before visiting at least or call to phone to get exactly a receiver address and take quick action to avoid such giving status priorly

I'd a courier sent on 28 september 2019. It shows as delivered on 29 september 2019 in my name, but was never delivered. Blue dart awb# [protected] not received.

Also, bluedart has not provided a normal customer service number for addressing such issues, but a premium number, which means if i have an issue or complaint and need to call, blue dart will make money through all such calls regarding the complaint.

Unfortunately for them and me, my current plan doesn't allow me to call them. Hope they take this delivery problem seriously.

On 4 october i order handbag from amazon. The estimate delivery time is on 12 october but on 12 october blue dart man call me and says his van is puncture and he cannot deliver parcel to my location so i tell him to delivery parcel on next day he says ok but the next day the i got message that says your provide wrong shipping address but i provide write address. This is so wrong i need my parcel as soon as possible. I am providing my shipping address and tracking i'd of order.

I'm Vivek from chennai ( present airway bill no is :[protected]) past two days my shipment is out for delivery but at the end of the day status is incomplete address. Today almost called three times to customers care but they are helpless.. Specially mangadu branch one of the worst branch they are lazy and spoiling your reputation and also I have another airway bill no [protected].its is also same bluedart shipment received from bluedart then how now my address is incomplete? .
I have received aadhaar card from indian post, flipkart and amazon deliveries, xpress bee, delhivery couriers but for bluedart exceptional? If they are difficult to find is this bluedart won't spend even one call to reach customer ? Today I was made 3 calls totally waste of time and patience.

I have placed a delivery in amazon. And the delivery is through blue dart services. It says delivery attempted tried contacting the person. But didn't receive any call. Its happening since 2 days and still not received my delivery yet.

Is there any way to contact the delivery executive? How am i supposed the contact the person to get my delivery?

I need my delivery today? Can you please look into the issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

This is a compliant against agent is not responded even after tried to call him for multiple times. His behavior is no good and not acceptable. Because he is not at all responded even after calling multiple times.

Please find this guy provide him good treatment.

The above-mentioned shipment was not delivered by the field staff which was i booked in mi flash sale.

They are informing me that they lost the shipment so take our apologize and by same we are marking this as delivered. Still, i didn't get the shipment, please process for the delivery asap.

And finally, this is not the first time happening there i already had the same type of experience before.
