But the status it shows as it is delivered to someone else without contacting me.
Could you please check how and why it was delivered to someone else.

    I received message that my courier is out of delivery and i even didn't receive any call and i'm in the current address but status is like no such consignee at the current address. So can u resolve the problem asap. As i need the courier urgent please give me some feedback as soon as possible. If we miss the courier where should we visit to collect the couriers. Please resolve the issue in the earliest possible amd get back to me

      network issue, will impact delivery - no eta provided

      Tracking no. [protected].
      Delivery date was stated as 23rd of july. But on that day the status changed to, network issue, will impact delivery' and when i am contacting customer care they are unable to provide any eta. They ignore my call max times.

      May i know when this issue will be solved and the product which was supposed to get delivered to me within two days of order instead of taking 6+ days will be delivered....

      I have ordered a product through flipkart on 17th july 2019. Which delivery assigned to blue dart, estimated delivery date of the product was 19th july 2019 my product reach to nearest blue dart hub on 19th july which is 30 kms away from my address which is given on the parcel on the 19th july delivery agent called me and said that you have to collect your parcel from our office we will not deliver it at your location and also said if you will not come we will return it after 7 days till now i didn't receive the parcel and in order status they marked fake order and fake address instead of this my address and contact details are correct i have received orders on this location by flipkart or amazon how can they make my address fake.

      Blue dart does not deliver my package and simply changes the status from “Out for delivery” to “Consignee’S Address Unlocatable/Landmark”. Also when I try to reach the delivery boy, he keeps disconnecting the call.

        The delivery people from blue dart called me once yesterday and i was unable to answer. After that my family and me have been trying to call them relentlessly the whole day to get them to answer and explain the address/location but the number is constantly busy.

        The status today again changed to "attempt to deliver" and i did not even receive a call from the delivery person yet and they changed the status to address unlocatable.

        This is the third time i'm facing the same issue with bluedart courier service. I don't know why banks especially hdfc prefer to use this service at all.

        Such kind of service is not acceptable.

          Its been 5 days and status shows:

          Undelivered shipment held at location : blue dart.

          I am trying to call the customer care but i am not able to get any response.
          Moreover, there is no call/message from blue dart if there is anything i need to do.

          In addition, their is no address issue as i have received one part of my courier from same address from blue dart.
          Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I got an different product, and i need to return it back and need the money...please do return my money...its not an small amount..how can u people cheat too this extent...please do take the product and give back my amount
          My IELTS TRF did not deliver at my home.. I think it has misplaced ..so plz give me reference number of my TRF..m worry about my TRF
          Expecting at least call or message from delivery person, I did not received any call but delivery person saying called me, and he's response is very rude.

            The shipment was arrived at blue dart mannargudi office on 19 jul 2019, even after more than four days passed the shipment has not been delivered yet. They are just updating the status "undelivered shippment held at location". When will it get get delivered.# pathetic service. Even the contact no provided by bluedart in unresponsive and not information has been shared that how one can get his parcel delivered. Even the other parcels got delivered by the same courier agency. But in this case they updated the status "out of delivery area". N one contact me.

            I have received A portable air coditioner throu your office video in voice no. 3DOM/31290 date 26.06.2019 but in totally damaged condition. Kindly make ne essary action to get the item replaced. Thanking you

                  Today i was going to receive my debit card from my bank through blue dart express. They call me at 12:06 pm but i was at my institute. I was in my class so i was not able to pick the call. Then i call him back after an hour at 1:05 pm. I call 3 times but he didn't pick up my call. This type of behavior is not acceptable. I have received many orders successfully through blue dart at the same address. Please help me to resolve it.

                    I am so disappointed with their courier services.. Their courier guys are extremely rude and have no manners at all.. I have never complained about any courier services before i have never seen anyone this much disrespectful.. I got a message from flipkart that my products will be delivered via blue dart.. They never deliver it on time.. They will just prank call you and when you call back they will simply say they couldn't find my address.. Are you kidding me.. Like seriously.. I don't live in jungle that you couldn't find my address.. He said he will not deliver it today not on sunday he will deliver it on monday.. They talk like we owe them something.. They are doing a charity by delivering us our products free of cost... Worst services and worst guys

                      I have ordered some stuff from zara which i wanted to return. Your delivery boy came to my house and pressed the door bell continuously. My mother asked him to press the bell only once from next time as nobody is sitting at his/her door. To which he misbehaved with my mother very badly and didn't even took the return package.

                      This is a matter of high concern for the reputation of your company. I am going to write to zara as well. Moreover, i highly condemn this act from your side and i need an apology letter in the name of my mother.

                        Self deepak from kottayam, kerala. I had ordered on product form seniority, when the time of booking seniority site shows that the product have on spot delivery at kumarakom (Pin 686 563) through blue dart courier service. But i’m shame full to say blue dart can'nt deliver the product to the mentioned address (Pin 686 563). I got a call from blue dart, kottayam office saying that they do not have service in kumarakom area and if i need product i have to go and collect from their kottayam office.
                        If bluedart can’t deliver the thing to the correct address why don’t they confirm that thay have serice in the mentioned pin code??

My order was supposed to be delivered by 17th july and it always shows out for delivery but i haven't received my orders yet. It been five days. I have been waiting for so long.                                 I ordered shirt from bombay shirt company. They are not delivering the product for past 4 days. They are giving reasons entry prohibited, i checked with security guard they say they never stopped anyone. The customer care is not at all responsive and giving same reasons again and again. I receive the courier on the same day and same address everyday. Blue dart is not giving my parcel.

                                  I’ve got a call from bluedart delivery guy on a week day about my parcel, but i was in office so asked him if he could leave it at the reception but he didn’t. Then the status showed no consignee at the registered address for few days. I’ve called customer service and scheduled a delivery the next day, took a day off and stayed at my residence but i didn’t get any call and the status showed it was delivered in koramangala. I’ve been trying to contact the customer service and bluedart koramangala office but none was helpful.

                                    We are having account with blue dart. Our account no. Is 15746.

                                    I had sent parcel to bangalore on july 13, 2019. Docket no. Of the shipment is [protected].

                                    The parcel got damage. I have attached photograph for your reference. We had pasted label of “fragile” on it. But still it gets damaged because of mishandling.

                                    I had registered a complaint on july 16, 2019 and asked to waive off freight charges and credit at least 50% amount of the item.

                                    Today i received an email from customer care that there is no damage to shipment. I had a word with mr. Agastya and i received a feedback that they have investigated the problem and they found that packing box does not get damaged.

                                    Let me know one thing, if there is any breakable item in packing box, how packing box will get damage??? Mr. Agastya is saying that there is no remark on pod for damage of piece. How can the concern person know that the contents of the package are damage without seeing any visible indications of damage on the covering portion?

                                    Now mr. Agastya is urging me to close the complaint without giving exact reason for damage along with reimbursement of freight charges. I will not close the case as we all can see that the mistake is completely of blue dart. I will not pay freight charges since the item is damaged. I am not asking to credit item value but at least you can waive off freight charges of damaged item.

                                    I request you to please look into the matter and take action on it. We are waiting for positive reply from you.

                                      When the courier came at that time in in office, i have told them for so many times that please redirected to secondary adders, no one is listen, when i call customer care they saying that checking please hold no use no update, didn't receive till now, now i am regarding that why i have ordered that card. Its more than 2 weeks i have call them 5 times, what else can i do other than that, # customer care even they didn't update anything in portal, customer agent saying that nothing is update here, why this process is such a worst and negligence about the customer, i am getting to much angry about blue dart. Please do needful help.
