With deep regret i would like to submit a few facts towards your consideration-
1. I was supposed to receive a package from amazon, which showed out for delivery in your tracking id. I also got a mail regarding item regarding the same. The ref id is [protected]

2. I called up multiple times in the land line number of your local office which went unanswered. At last when the call was picked up the guy asked me about the ref id and responded me to pay additional amount for delivery of the item. The contact no is appended is[protected].

3. These instances create a bad image for a credible brand in the locality.

4. It is therefore requested that necessary action may be initiated at your end to resolve the grievance at the earliest.

    My item with awb no. [protected] was suppose to deliver on 08/07/2019 but simply giving some reason on their website and not delivering my item. The pin code which are mention in address are 100% ok. As per government of india data but some time they simply update it is wrong. Wrong is with blu-dart not with any other. The item was dispatched on 07/07/2019 from gurgaon, haryana india. First way bill no. [protected]

    your person not coming to give my item simply they are telling, what they want in past they have delivered number of item, on 14th may 2018 i got item delivered by bluedart (waybill no.[protected]) and in march 2019 (Waybill no. [protected]) and last time [protected]/[protected],

    PLEASE TELL YOUR PERSON TO CALL ME AND DELIVERED THE SAME AWB#[protected] or [protected]

    I NOT HAVE RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM YOUR DELIVERY PERSON, THEN HOW HE UPDATED THE STATUS, ACTUALLY YOUR PERSON NOT WANT TO come

      Service experience was very frustrating to me. I got my highly confidential documents in already opened parcel with delayed by 6 days. Your service is highly insecure and that makes me more anxious. Its very unprofessional.
      I will not recommend to other to send your highly secure confidential data with Blue Dart. Even now onward I am going to motivate others not to use your service.

        Bluedart cancelled my delivery of axisbank credit card. The shipment has every requirement that policy holds. Bluedart said "department and extension number missing". When personal number of recipient is available why blue dart needs something other.
        Ask blue dart to deliver my shipment with in 24 hours.

        When i approached the nearest branch, officials are pointing out to some random offices.

          My credit card is shipped from mumbai to bangalore on 7 and it was supposed to be delivered as on 10july2019 but the courier boy is denied to give parcel to me and i did not call from blue dart. There is no customer service, if i try to customer service number there is no response, they may do fraud transation on my credit card please take action against this is want my credit card on a urgent basis.

          They have sent message saying that courier is delivered at 1.40 pmon 10thjul2019 to umpathi, but i dont no who is uma pathi and i did not recived credt card yet.

            My friend Arshdeep Singh bought A1 smart watch from Blue Dart / DHL quality of which was not upto the mark and he wishes to Return the product.
            Blue Dart Customer care is not picking up.

I didn't even received call from the boy, I am trying to call this guy but he is not attending my call, same thing happened with another order also. Please send my courier

                  I have got a message that product will deliver by 6th july 2019 5pm n till now i haven't recieved the product.. N if i check the status it's saying nobody is there at the provided address.. Almost everyone is there at home i dono how u people are saying this. Please i request you to deliver soon as possible as i have my friend birthday n i need to gift.

                    Delivery boy not able to find my address and he also didn't make any call for address. Just update at the status online. I find many numbers online through google and call at all numbers but all is invalid. At one number when i call then phone is ringing but no pick my call and i call three times again and again. It is the worst courier service in this city.

                        My package was shipped on 26 june but still they haven't delivered that to me, , and they didn't even thought to contact me once. Please see if i can get any help. Its already 13 days and I am waiting for it. Today i tracked my package and found that, they have just kept it with them only since 28 june, quoting wrong address. This is my tracking id.                         I got update in Amazon app like package has been tried to attempt to reach u.

                        In fact I didn't get a single call either they didn't reach my location to deliver the package .
                        Simply updating via apps that tried to give package attempt fail is purely wrong..

                            They did not deliver my card and keeps updating fake details on their site & on 08/07/2019 they said that i was not available to pick the card, actually they did not call or never visited at my address & on telling the matter to their customer support they just says today card will be deliver before 06:30 pm but it never happen. My card is out for delivery since 05/07/2019, i am taking update daily today also i called them but they just said to wait & wait.

                              There is shipment from dubai to india, which is really urgent.
                              Since 2 weeks am trying to get information from website still i am not able to get it.

                              So reached to my cargo company he gave me below detail.
                              But when try to reach the person there in blue drat office
                              I got the detail but delivery suppose to deliver on 04/07/19 but unfortunately
                              Blue dart agent is not ready to deliver on time.

                              Called him more 50 times but he is not peaking my phone.
                              Initially he said delivery will done after 10 days.
                              So i just keep trying to get information for delivery he never revived my call.

                              Therefor i would like to complain about praveen
                              He doesn't know how to deal with customer.
                              He is having very bad behavior irresponsible.

                              I will never suggests to my friends or family to deal with this company ever.

                              I need my stuff to be reach perfectly
                              Or have to complain to police department about this bad service & bad behavior.

                                  The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

                                  The shipment contains my credit card. If it is normal one, i can atleast ignore. But i was charged 1699 before even getting the card at my hand. I found this transaction really suspicious. That makes it very important that this be delivered to me.

                                    My reference number of the courier is n1470875 (Waybill no [protected]). It is stuck in sakinaka and showing status as 'prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery' for last three days. Please help and deliver it as soon as possible. I am helpless and need it very urgently as i will be out of the station by tomorrow.

                                    I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer care service. Yesterday from morning to afternoon l called customer care number many times, wrote emails due to urgency, each of them told me item will be delivered by yesterday. But nothing worked out. From bombay to bombay in one hour distance already 4 days passed. No update in status no out of delivery messages, worst help after so many calls.

                                    I request you please to take action and arrange delivery of my courier by today itself.

                                      I have ordered some clothing items and haven’t received them from blue dart as expected.

                                      My shipment was supposed to arrive on 8th july, but the status for tracking now says ‘prohibited area — entry restricted for delivery’.

                                      I wasn’t contacted or notified via phone or sms and cannot find a way to contact blue dart about this.
