    Today i was going to receive my debit card from my bank through blue dart express. They call me at 12:06 pm but i was at my institute. I was in my class so i was not able to pick the call. Then i call him back after an hour at 1:05 pm. I call 3 times but he didn't pick up my call. This type of behavior is not acceptable. I have received many orders successfully through blue dart at the same address. Please help me to resolve it.

    Now they are showing Undelivered Shipment Held At Location. This time they didn't even Call me. This is ridiculous.

      I am so disappointed with their courier services.. Their courier guys are extremely rude and have no manners at all.. I have never complained about any courier services before i have never seen anyone this much disrespectful.. I got a message from flipkart that my products will be delivered via blue dart.. They never deliver it on time.. They will just prank call you and when you call back they will simply say they couldn't find my address.. Are you kidding me.. Like seriously.. I don't live in jungle that you couldn't find my address.. He said he will not deliver it today not on sunday he will deliver it on monday.. They talk like we owe them something.. They are doing a charity by delivering us our products free of cost... Worst services and worst guys

        I have ordered some stuff from zara which i wanted to return. Your delivery boy came to my house and pressed the door bell continuously. My mother asked him to press the bell only once from next time as nobody is sitting at his/her door. To which he misbehaved with my mother very badly and didn't even took the return package.

        This is a matter of high concern for the reputation of your company. I am going to write to zara as well. Moreover, i highly condemn this act from your side and i need an apology letter in the name of my mother.

          Dear ms. Bluedart,

          Self deepak from kottayam, kerala. I had ordered on product form seniority, when the time of booking seniority site shows that the product have on spot delivery at kumarakom (Pin 686 563) through blue dart courier service. But i’m shame full to say blue dart can'nt deliver the product to the mentioned address (Pin 686 563). I got a call from blue dart, kottayam office saying that they do not have service in kumarakom area and if i need product i have to go and collect from their kottayam office.
          If bluedart can’t deliver the thing to the correct address why don’t they confirm that thay have serice in the mentioned pin code??

            I'm really disappoint with the blue dart courier service. My order was supposed to be delivered by 17th july and it always shows out for delivery but i haven't received my orders yet. It been five days. I have been waiting for so long. I tried contacting blue dart customer care the no which they have shown is wrong no.. They are just fooling around the innocent people.
            Plz kindly look into my problems. And deliver me the parcel as soon as possible

                  I ordered shirt from bombay shirt company. They are not delivering the product for past 4 days. They are giving reasons entry prohibited, i checked with security guard they say they never stopped anyone. The customer care is not at all responsive and giving same reasons again and again. I receive the courier on the same day and same address everyday. Blue dart is not giving my parcel.

                    I’ve got a call from bluedart delivery guy on a week day about my parcel, but i was in office so asked him if he could leave it at the reception but he didn’t. Then the status showed no consignee at the registered address for few days. I’ve called customer service and scheduled a delivery the next day, took a day off and stayed at my residence but i didn’t get any call and the status showed it was delivered in koramangala. I’ve been trying to contact the customer service and bluedart koramangala office but none was helpful.

                      We are having account with blue dart. Our account no. Is 15746.

                      I had sent parcel to bangalore on july 13, 2019. Docket no. Of the shipment is [protected].

                      The parcel got damage. I have attached photograph for your reference. We had pasted label of “fragile” on it. But still it gets damaged because of mishandling.

                      I had registered a complaint on july 16, 2019 and asked to waive off freight charges and credit at least 50% amount of the item.

                      Today i received an email from customer care that there is no damage to shipment. I had a word with mr. Agastya and i received a feedback that they have investigated the problem and they found that packing box does not get damaged.

                      Let me know one thing, if there is any breakable item in packing box, how packing box will get damage??? Mr. Agastya is saying that there is no remark on pod for damage of piece. How can the concern person know that the contents of the package are damage without seeing any visible indications of damage on the covering portion?

                      Now mr. Agastya is urging me to close the complaint without giving exact reason for damage along with reimbursement of freight charges. I will not close the case as we all can see that the mistake is completely of blue dart. I will not pay freight charges since the item is damaged. I am not asking to credit item value but at least you can waive off freight charges of damaged item.

                      I request you to please look into the matter and take action on it. We are waiting for positive reply from you.

                        When the courier came at that time in in office, i have told them for so many times that please redirected to secondary adders, no one is listen, when i call customer care they saying that checking please hold no use no update, didn't receive till now, now i am regarding that why i have ordered that card. Its more than 2 weeks i have call them 5 times, what else can i do other than that, # customer care even they didn't update anything in portal, customer agent saying that nothing is update here, why this process is such a worst and negligence about the customer, i am getting to much angry about blue dart. Please do needful help.

                              I have purchased an item from flipkart and the same has been sent to my address via blue dart. Yesterday (17 Jul 19) I had received an SMS from Blue dart that item will be delivered today (18 Jul 19) and when I tracked the progress at around 8pm on 18 Jul 19, got an confirmation of delivery asking feedback of the same. It says item delivered by Mr Sanjay Ramdas Zade and delivery add as educational institution. But I have not received any calls from the individual nor the item (I had checked with security at the gate too).

                              Please check and confirm me the where about of my item and tell me why it was not delivered??

                                Status was changed to "consumer requested future delivery" while i didn't even get a call or intimation about it. And arrogance when i ask about it!
                                If the company cannot deliver on a certain date, it shouldn't promise delivery on that date. I set aside my work just to take delivery today, and instead i hear "the status was mistakenly changed, we will deliver it tomorrow or whenever you're free".

                                  My shipment tracking is wrong updated as premises closed despite of being at my home. This is highly regretting and unprofessional. The tracking details should not be wrong ly updated at any case.
                                  I have been waiting entire day for my courier to arrive.
                                  I request you to look into the matter as early as possible and have my courier delivered today itself before any legal action is taken.

                                    I ordered my phone on 16 July 2019 and until yesterday it was showing to be in transit and was due to be delivered today i.e. 18 July 2019(AWB: [protected]). Today morning i.e. 18 July 2019, the online tracking is displaying the status as "Delay caused beyond control". I tried reaching out to the customer care people but to no avail. That's such a poor logistic service by Blue Dart. I would be travelling from Saturday onwards and won't be back until a month. There won't be anyone to receive the product. Would file a complaint with the seller company not to dispatch products through Blue cart couriers.

                                        Hi sir so many times i'm facing the problem waybill number -[protected] still not delivered.. Delivery boy called my mobile on[protected] morning today that he busy tomorrow i he will deliver my courrierr like that he told i told k sir.. Yesterday morning[protected] i called to his mobile he told some other will deliver your courrier within evening he told still not delivered. Today morning i called to his mobile he told near ur home gate but now 2hrs over still not delivered... It's very urgent courrier and i'm feeling too much about this poor service... Pls help me. And while tracking waybill it's status showing consignee out of station why putting false statements...
