My package was shipped on 26 june but still they haven't delivered that to me, , and they didn't even thought to contact me once. Please see if i can get any help. Its already 13 days and I am waiting for it. Today i tracked my package and found that, they have just kept it with them only since 28 june, quoting wrong address. This is my tracking id. [protected].
I have also attached the screenshot shot.

Dear blue dart team,
I got update in Amazon app like package has been tried to attempt to reach u.

In fact I didn't get a single call either they didn't reach my location to deliver the package .
Simply updating via apps that tried to give package attempt fail is purely wrong..

      They did not deliver my card and keeps updating fake details on their site & on 08/07/2019 they said that i was not available to pick the card, actually they did not call or never visited at my address & on telling the matter to their customer support they just says today card will be deliver before 06:30 pm but it never happen. My card is out for delivery since 05/07/2019, i am taking update daily today also i called them but they just said to wait & wait.

        There is shipment from dubai to india, which is really urgent.
        Since 2 weeks am trying to get information from website still i am not able to get it.

        So reached to my cargo company he gave me below detail.
        But when try to reach the person there in blue drat office
        I got the detail but delivery suppose to deliver on 04/07/19 but unfortunately
        Blue dart agent is not ready to deliver on time.

        Called him more 50 times but he is not peaking my phone.
        Initially he said delivery will done after 10 days.
        So i just keep trying to get information for delivery he never revived my call.

        Therefor i would like to complain about praveen
        He doesn't know how to deal with customer.
        He is having very bad behavior irresponsible.

        I will never suggests to my friends or family to deal with this company ever.

        However, i need correct information about my delivery package

        I need my stuff to be reach perfectly
        Or have to complain to police department about this bad service & bad behavior.

            The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

            The shipment contains my credit card. If it is normal one, i can atleast ignore. But i was charged 1699 before even getting the card at my hand. I found this transaction really suspicious. That makes it very important that this be delivered to me.

              My reference number of the courier is n1470875 (Waybill no [protected]). It is stuck in sakinaka and showing status as 'prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery' for last three days. Please help and deliver it as soon as possible. I am helpless and need it very urgently as i will be out of the station by tomorrow.

              I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer care service. Yesterday from morning to afternoon l called customer care number many times, wrote emails due to urgency, each of them told me item will be delivered by yesterday. But nothing worked out. From bombay to bombay in one hour distance already 4 days passed. No update in status no out of delivery messages, worst help after so many calls.

              I request you please to take action and arrange delivery of my courier by today itself.

                I have ordered some clothing items and haven’t received them from blue dart as expected.

                My shipment was supposed to arrive on 8th july, but the status for tracking now says ‘prohibited area — entry restricted for delivery’.

                I wasn’t contacted or notified via phone or sms and cannot find a way to contact blue dart about this.

                  Hi, my shipment [protected] was suppose to be delivered today by [protected] - vikaschaurasiya. This guy was so irresponsible that he did not even call and as he might be feeling lazy to deliver the product he mentioned wrong address as in his feedback.
                  Despite of him not calling i made him several call but the guyz was still irresponsible to even answer it. Plz take action against such guys.
                  I really needed that product today and this is how you manage customer relations.
                  Please deliver the product asap as it is needed.

                    मैंने 01/07/2019 को mi store delhi से एक product ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर किया था! जिसका waybill no. [protected] है!
                    मैंने इसी waybill number के द्वारा अपना ऑर्डर किया हुआ प्रॉडक्ट track किया तो tracking report में show हुआ कि मेरा product 05/07/2019 तक मेरे पते पर डिलीवर कर दिया जायेगा!
                    मगर आज दिनांक 08/07/2019 तक भी मेरा प्रॉडक्ट मेरे पते पर डिलीवर नहीं किया गया!

                    इस संबंध में मैंने कई बार blue dart के कस्टमर केयर नंबर[protected] पर इसकी शिकायत करने का प्रयास किया मगर उक्त नंबर हर बार incorrect बताया जाता रहा!

                    इसके बाद मैंने एक बार फिर इसी waybill number के द्वारा अपना ऑर्डर किया हुआ प्रॉडक्ट track किया तो tracking report में show हुआ कि मेरा प्रोडक्ट undelivered रहा!

                    जबकि मेरे पास blue dart के किसी भी प्रतिनिधि या डिलिवरी ब्वाय का न तो कोई फोन कॉल आया और न ही कंपनी ने मेरे उक्त प्रॉडक्ट को मेरे पते पर डिलीवर करने का कोई सकारात्म्क प्रयास किया!

                    मेरी शिकायत ये है कि मेरे ऑर्डर किये गये प्रॉडक्ट को मुझ तक डिलीवर करने की अपेक्षा बिना किसी उचित कारण के undelivered दिखा कर वापस किया जा रहा है!

                    कृपया मेरे ऑर्डर किए गये उक्त प्रॉडक्ट को जल्द से जल्द मुझ तक डिलीवर करवाया जाये!

                      status undeliverable despite no delivery attempt made

                      There was no delivery attempt made for the consignment no. [protected] and i didn't receive any call from the delivery person. However, i received a message stating that the delivery of the consignment was unsuccessful due to address related issues. The address has been clearly mentioned, with landmark, and i have been getting deliveries from other couriers. The sms also said to contact [protected] to reschedule, but that number is not valid....

                        They never deliver at home at pin code 146001, & the receptionist often seen calling people from their office to customers to come and pick your courier from their office, and if you dont simply they put status that address is not traceble without calling customer about the address.

                        If you go and ask about the false status, they say courier boy was on leave and thus they have put that remark, but actually they never deliver products

                        Also the behavior of the persons are very rude as if they are doing free service, i think the company should be fined for this type services and whole staff service should be terminated at above mentioned pin code and if this practice is going and is senior person knowledge than strict action should be taken
                        Audit should be done and hefty fine should be imposed and customers should be compensated.

                          My package was supposed to be delivered on 03.07.2019, but it has not been delivered yet, i. E., 08.07.2019, because of a fake reason ("consignee not available" even though, my mother and myself never left the house). I've been unable to contact them via their customer service number, because "the number doesn't exist". No attempts were made to contact me via their side. I've been using their customer care email id to converse with one of their people. Everyday i'm given reassurance that my package would be delivered soon, but alas, they are simply empty promises.

                              This is to inform you that yesterday i got call from blue dart courier boy from ([protected]) this number
                              This man called me and asked me my address which i guided him and it was just 5 minutes away from my place so he told me to come and collect the parcel where he is standing and he will not come to deliver courier to my place and that time i was in office so told him to delivery boy to please deliver the parcel at my place as my entire family is at home and will receive the same
                              But he denied to deliver and disconnected call in very rudely manner.
                              I was tried calling him many time but he was not even bother to answer my call and today also he is disconnecting calls.

I have been waiting for my shipment from last 3 days and one day i have got call from this number ([protected]), his name is (Abhishek) boy then i told to him wait for 30 minuts i would be available on delivery place but he putted the status in tracing detail consignee not available then its ok, but from 2 days 5th and 6th july he is putting the same status in tracking detail consignee not available without attemting a single call, is this delivery service which you provide, i think bluedart is very leading service provider in delivery service, kindly look into the matter and fired these type of employee whose are hempring the service level and company revenue. I am expacting reply from you guys very soon and hoping tou guys take nassecery acction againest the person.

                                    Your customer care people are saying tomorrow we will inform you the status. Not delivering the consignment. Just status.

                                    Till date i have not recd the consignment. No one is responding.

                                    Simply you send a regret mail and your job is over.

                                    Day before yesterday i called your call center and they educated me about turn around time and i waited till now. No use.

                                    Once the customer registers a complaint with blue dart, is it not blue dart responsibility to constantly update the customer till the problem is solved???

                                    Give me you in charge phone number i would like to talk to them.

                                    I wanted to solve this issue immediately.

                                      Hi, my above shipment no i have not received. When your delivery boy is reach my home he told my uncle i don't give you the parcel, i give only roushan jha. Again he comes to my office mira road but i m work in evening shift so i was not there he told the receptionist i can't give you. So i m requesting to you please deliver the documents my address & company address if m not there please deliver. And considered the same in next any delivery of [protected]

                                      Also your delivery boy never calls me when he comes.
