My Credit card was sent through Blue dart with AWB [protected], since last 10 days the delivery was not attempted to my address, whenver i check the online status it shows as "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery"
I tried contacting customer care numbers but some numbers were not reachable while some numbers had no response.
I mailed them with my complain but they simply responded saying "we would like to inform you that will check with concerned service center and arrange delivery on priority"
still no delivery was attempted, when i sent the follow-up mail i received the reply as "We regret to inform you that the package is erroneously returned to the origin"
There was no attempt to deliver the package or any call from delivery executive. Grossly aggrieved by the service deficiency by the company.

    I ordered a refrigerator on Amazon they give me estimate of delivery on 14 June.
    But blue dart show me and send msg me last 3days that your order is out of delivery but not deliver my order.also they send me wrong name recipient last night that I am receiving the product.can you please find my order.and resolve my issue.

      Kotak mahindra bank sent me my replacement ATM card by your service AWB No. [protected].
      Out for delivery on 13/6/19 No body came or called me and when I check the status the remark is " incorrect address" . I personally visited your office at Subhash Marg, lucknow. A guy met their I told him and show him that the address is correct and hardly 500-600 mtrs away from your branch then he promised me that they will deliver it by tomorrow. Now today 14/6/19 out for delivery and again "incorrect address". Now you guys prove me how my address is incorrect ?
      And why you are not delivering by parcel ?
      I need reply ASAP.
      Is this the way of working ?

        Abhishek Mali an arrogant and stubborn employee of blue dart ...poor service and unreasonable people...just a cheque book to be delivered took into an ugly argument by ur staff...he first couldn't find the address...I get a call from him and ask him to deliver it to the address on the envelope..to which he refuses citing company policies.. I agree...I reach my building in 5mins show him my adhaar card as I'd proof he still refuses to give me the letter...on speaking to his senior mr santosh ...who at first didn't help...I had to raise my voice...take the guy to the building secretary ...show adhaar card again and then he gave in ...an irresponsible behavior...not expected this out of blue dart...disappointing

        Still cant get over the abhishek mali episode...he and his senior mr Santosh who I spoke to over the phone are talking about company policy...i need to know from blue dart...what policies are these...that harrass regular people like me for a mere cheque book delivery...
        1..u call the customer to check on address...and still not wish to deliver the article.
        2.u do not give the envelope to the security or any other person present at the given address...so does blue dart expect us to leave our jobs and work and be present personally for collecting every letter.
        3.then on being present personally at the address, showing Id proof of Adhaar still being refused by ur employee to hand over the letter is ridiculous behavior..
        4.abhishek mali had the audacity to argue with the building secretary saying that he needs to check every floor of the 4 storey building so as to no other person lives there by the same name..when I'm standing in front of him holding the adhaar ..
        Shut down your company please if your employees give such horrid reasons and waste people s precious time and energy.

          I had sent through fast delivery and it had food items. They just kept sending it over to and fro between bangalore and gurgaon but din not get delivered for 5 days. Two days back they called me since it came back. And today they say that it is gonna delivered to the recipient. What a mess is this. I need someone to call me back. The awb number is [protected]

            I ordered my products through goqii app and it was prepaid and i was not present to took the order delivery, i said i will tell someone to pick the order but delivery executive said he returned the order but i haven't got my payment and its status is showing that it is delivered my order number is [protected]. either they should deliver my product or give my money back

              I had booked a courier with blue drat on 11/06/19 on urgent basis they charged Rs550 and given commitment that it will be delivered on 13/06/19 during working hours. The address was clearly mentioned on it with pincode but still their team has miss routed my courier to other village and it wasn't delivered on time. I was very angry since it was an important parcel to reach on time and I tried contacting blue drat customer care no response then immediately i reached to their vashi(Navi Mumbai) office still they don't have proper response. The only answer is sorry sir mistake happened from our end we put up request for it, but their sorry can't slove my problem. Such an high level of cheating customers openly, the customer care person asked me to drop mail to their regional manager to mail I'd [protected]@bluedrat.com and I dropped mail after an hour I got failure notice of mail by saying incorrect mail I'd, I asked repeatedly that the mail I'd is proper r not she with so confidently told drop a mail to that mail I'd. The other thing she told I will get call from their team in an hour but I didn't got any call. Such an useless service just only interested in charging more on the basis o[censored]rgent requirement but not able to deliver on time nor proper responsive from customer care services. So it's a huge example for all urgent delivery basis courier. IAM writing this because at least it may useful to some one for not trusting blue drat for their urgent basis couriers.

                As it is the second time I am seeing this just an update is provided like need extension and department. It seems a person is not visiting the place. There is not a department and extension needed to deliver my product. I don't even get a call before delivering.

                  The Product is not getting delivered to me. I was in mu house today from 9.50 in the morning as soon as I checked the status on tracking. Since 5.30 I have called 6 times in[protected] and everytime I am told that to stay at home as the product ia getting delivered. I even got a call from the mobile number [protected] around 5.30 pm and was told that a person has left with the product for delivery. I called him up several timea in rhe last one hour and nobody is picking up the phone. to my diamay, I now log into blue dart tracking and saw the status « consignee not available » . This is utter rubbish the delivery boys are upto and who are lying and deceiving the Company with false information. Please look into the matter and ensure my product is delivered first thing in the morning tomorrow without fail .                     I used to get the courier on Friday i.e 7th June . I received call on Friday that door is locked (time 5PM). I clearly mentioned that to get the courier before 3PM. After that day i didn't received call from him . Again I received call from costumer care and asked me whether i received the courier and reply no response.
                    This is the 3rd time i am facing issue with blue dart

                      there is my shipment via bluedart with reference numberAWB[protected] from ICICI Bank.Without visited to my home the excutives at malviya nagar jaipur office said that address is incomplete. i contected to your contect number but no solution is provided to me .
                      everytime this problem comes when shipment arrives at malviya nagar jaipur.How can be my address is incomplete when two shipment from same company was delieverd .when i visited to malviya nagar office then the guys at office ABUSEd with me and misbehaved .i am totally mentally harrased by how you guys approched to me.if you guys cant able to deliever they why you take order for this pincode .Are you guys are making money with delievering package to us .I am metally hassed and abused by your employes at transit point at malviya nagat jaipur and now with all these recording which i kept in my mobile i will sue these guys at consumer court at jaipur fistrict soon if my proble is not resolved ASAP.

                          It is regarding my Indian passport supposed to deliver from US Embassy, Mumbai to Surat. 2 days left in my return flight was from India to US and this guys still didn't deliver my passport. It is pathetic. The last status shows '"Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal". Now that what the hell it means??? I never called or requested to change the deliver date. Does Blue Dart people imagine on it's own that i have called? Stupid. Can't they...

                          I have very Imp parcel to come. When I checked it was show as Out for delivery but there is no delivery Boy number.

                          When in evening I checked the status, it shows me "Consignee Refused To Accept"

                          But no one called me or no one came to my home. When i call the nearest Blue dart office, they told they called me but when i told i have not received any call.

                          They were very rude. I have asked that can i come to office to pick my own parcel or share delivery boy number so that I can track or pick.

                          But they refuse to tell that also.

                          Very Pathetic service. No importance of customer.

                          Why they have courier company if they cant deliver and talk to customer properly.

                                I had 2 couriers from SBI cards and estimated delivery date was[protected] but the items still not received. When I tracked courier, status shown as address is not locatable. My phone number was with the address but they didnt contacted me. If they cannot delivery the address, I have an another address for delivery. Pathetic service from Blue dart.

                                The courier incl cheques provided by SBI credit cards for balance transfer facility and payment date is[protected]. Because of delay in shipment, my card bills became overdue

                                  WB No. [protected], was out for delivery on June 11, 2019 at 16:49 and I was waiting at my residence to collect it. Later at 21:22 PM I got a SMS that the shippment was tried to deliver and it was unsuccessful for want of Department name and require Extension number. How Can a residence have these details. First of all no one called me or attempted to deliver the courier and status was updated with false details. I am fan of Blue dart and its services, however this kind of inefficient services of some individuals wil impact market credibility of Blue dart. Need stern action against the erring staff / Unit. Expecting a revert will details of action taken.

                                    My consignment [protected] was to be delivered today by [protected] - ALIM ULLA/Blue Dart
                                    He called me in the morning on 11 Jun and said he'll deliver the package today. I have been at home all day. No delivery attempt was made, he did not pick up my calls and marked it as consignee not available at 8:47PM.
                                    I am leaving Bangalore tomorrow at 7AM and now I have to ask a friend to pick it up and send it to me.
                                    This is completely unprofessional and I am not going to get anything delivered by blue dart again.

                                    I would like that the delivery is made first thing tomorrow morning and the package is given to the guard so that my friend can send it to me by DTDC tomorrow itself.
