I am not receiving any of the shipments. When i tried to ask for the reason, they were giving me the answer as flat number is not available. However i am staying in an individual house and address is sufficient. My house itself is a landmark as there is a reknowned play school at our area. And i am residing above the play school. I had booked a speaker from www.myspeakerdeals.com. i have received a fake speaker from blue dart for rs.2000. The website is a fake one which dupes people and it is not expected from a reputed company like blue dart to aid in such fraudulent activities. I had paid the money as cash on delivery and hence it is the responsibilty of blue dart to resolve this matter. Kindly contact me asap for the issue. I hope i am not made to take the matter...

A company send me some documents through bluedart when i check through tracking number i found on your website the parcel was delivered later i contact mr. Vikram on below email
[protected]@bluedart.com and he reply me that he look the matter but still responding my emails. Please let me know what i do. Otherwise i complaint in court....

I m attaching the scrnshot of waybill no. 7 day before my courier reached to patna and till date no one has visit to deliver and no any call. When i contact with mr pankaj([protected]) they always say it will be deliver by EOD but at evening they even dont rcv the call..very rude behaviour on phone. Plz look at this and stop harrasing....

AWB-[protected]. The documents were to be delivered at Kolkata by 25 april morning as I paid express charges. However, the documents have not reached even at end of day today. It's more than 48 hours and Blue Dart can't get a package delivered from Hyderabad to Kolkata. I am told it's gone to hooghly by the customer care and it will be delivered on 27 April. Without making delivery attempt they put my order was shown undelivered reasoning address not found if the delivery was made than why the didn't call me. My place is one of the most known commercial place in the area. And i called to their customer service number no one is picking the call.
I am very disapointed about service of this company. Kindly help to resolve the issues permanantly....

My courier was attempted for delivery 23 march 2019, awb: [protected].

1. Outsiders are not allowed in our society. The delivery boy did not even bother to call me and just returned.

2. I did not receive any notification upon the failed delivery attempt and realized it only today upon tracking.

3. No notification received on the dispatch of courier or when it was out for delivery. I had to track it...

I had to receive a a parcel of perishables on 19th of march. Parceled date is 15th march. It is shown that the parcel has arrived at the blue dart office a week ago, yet there has been no intrest shown to dispatxh it to the destination.

Bluedart representative Siraj([protected]) took my phone on 2018 Raksha Bandan day as his phone was smashed and he badly needed a phone for delivering the packages. I helped him and let him use my spare phone to complete his delivery service but he has never returned my phone and ignoring my calls now.
