Its showing location untracable.
The product was ordered from zoomin.
Delivery date was initially 12 april
then it changed to 17 april.
Still not delivered.

Dispatched on10 april .Till delivery is not done. And today I got a msg for the return shipment. So poor service. Not a call for the delivery .How it could return without permission. So bad service ever i have got.

My parcel (Awb-[protected]) is still not delivered but it is in calcutta hub and my status is showing that "consignee is out of station" when i am not out of station and they didn't come to deliver even. I dont know on which address they are hoin to deliver my parcel home or office but till now i was not informed vua phone call for the delivery.

I dont know why there is so much negligency by your employees. Please look into the matter. I dont want my parcel to return back.

They Are Not Responsive.
They Got My ATM Card From Kotak Bank But Didn't Deliver It To Me, When I Called Them They Told Me You Have To Come To Our Office To Get It In One Hour.
When I Went There They Rudely Told Me That They Returned It.

I had a parcel but after showing in status that it was out for delivery then showed consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed. And not delivered yet. Can you please deliver it as soon as possible.

When ever my parcel come from blue dart, that never deliver to my home most of the time we have to collect that from office and some time my parcel got return just because i was not informed by blue dart office.

If your blue dart office tanda urmar not able to deliver parcel to customer then no need to was money to have office in that location. Or ask your dealer or employee to take action on this matter to resolve this issue.

Everytime I order to my villege pincode which is actually 504304. But my parcel goes to another pincode 504106 .and they are neglecting the order by not contacting customer they will send back...such a waste blue dart...please send parcels to ordered pincode ...don't send to bluedot... courier services are also irr respective

I was informed last week that i would receive my passport on 19th april. But i haven't received any call for the delivery. To add to this, when i tracked shipment on their site, it says that it has been received by 'lolith' about whom i have no idea. I am trying to reach out their customer service since then but looks like their call center department doesn't work. This is driving me nuts since this is my passport we are talking about here, and without which i will have to cancel my travel to abroad.

Delivery boy called me at 2.45 to get my debit card from him. I was not there and so Informed my friend to collect on behalf of me. I said the same with delivery boy and called him back after 15 mins as my friend was waiting at the pick-up point to collect my Citi bank debit card. The delivery man didn't attend my call and he keep on disconnecting. It is disgusting. Frustrated by blue dart service. Even customer care number also not working. Worst service.

A person from blue dart (Ref no ev[protected]) is came to delivered the credit card. He was asking to mother come in parking and collect it. But my mother could not came in the parking. Then he refused to delivered it and badly talked to me. Finally he didn't delivered it. Please take action against him.
This happen on date 22nd april 2019.

First of all i didn't even got single call from blue dart and they directly mentioned adress is incorrect in the last day of the package to be delivered this is not acceptable from brand like blue dart.

Bluedart employee aslam mannur (Mobile:[protected]) of bluedart delivery center at teacher's colony, did not deliver the package and also upon calling his number he lied that he will deliver it in 1 hour, still he did not show up and i had to collect it from the bluedart delivery center at teacher's colony personally on 20th april.
This is a very pathetic experience please take necessary action against him.
