No response on message for delivery slot and no way to get the courier collected. There should be some way to have get our courier and the courier tries to deliver on his convenient time and usually on weekdays, so should someone sit back leave his work to collect his courier and plan his weekdays and you don't even have a way to get in touch and schedule a different delivery slot except message but they don't even respond...

Dispatched message not sent to my number also delivery person not even waiting for 10 minutes.. And the delivery person did not contact me through his number..
