I purchased the new item in the market smart wearable ring delivered by the company bluedart. Now today only i received the product and had no idea that how this will be compatible with my device.
I didn't had any idea of how to use it now i don't have any compatible device for this ring.
I want to return it as soon as possible with refund please!!

Tracking says the shipment stayed at local courier facility since 26th feb to 4th march but no attempts were made to deliver... Finally it was returned to origin and the courier incharge mr pradeep says as he is not having manpower he could nt deliver the parcel... What should i do sir... The status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, where as i am at that address only and i have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now i am calling them and i am not getting any response... What should i do?

It shows that customer future delivery:hal. Will it be deliverd at the expected delivery date? If it is not delivered what do i do with the order? I have not requested future delivery and it is my first experience about the delivery issues. This caused me a bit of problem. Should i call the bluedart courier at my region? The order already reached my region and the delivery status has been change.

Hello... I want to register a complaint about blue dart courier office at city charkhi dadri... Pin 127306... My awb number for tracking is [protected]... The are not delivering my courier... And they fill the wrong status... That is your delivery address is incorrect... But i give my real and full address with house number... They waste my time... I am waiting from last 6 days... So you take action against them... Otherwise i register a complaint in shipping ministry of india...

I was expecting my courier ay hyderabad from sbi bank on 1-march-2017 but status was showing "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed";
I have already provided detailed address but the status was repeated 3 times till 04-mar-2019 & now on 06-oct-2017 status is showing "undelivered shipment held at location"but it continuously saying "sorry the network in congested" i also tried to contact the blue dart. The no is showing on their web site for customer care of chakan hub but the no. Is not in service.

I haven't seen the worst service of courier before; please improve your service quality

Blue dart courier boy came inside the house without calling me and house is not locked and he makes phone call to me inside house. I told him before entering into the house you should call me. He asked me what's wrong and why not i enter into house without informing. I told him in future before enter into house make a call for that he is shouting out at house and he spoke bad word related to human body parts and he is threatening if you book order next time then i will see you. Courier boy name is vellingri and he is working in blue dart express ltd, paga towers coimbatore. I have complaint to blue dart still now i didn't get any proof regarding action taken. He is working under this person name manoj and his mobile no [protected] and my transaction id for product (Awb) [protected]. And he is not giving details regarding delivery person and i am going to give police complaint and my name is harish

Delivery from bluedart is getting worse day by day. I had applied for an credit card and delivery has to be done by bluedart. The delivery executive didn't even try to deliver the courier and the delivery got cancelled.

Delivery executive is sending messages to come here and there giving locations rather than delivering courier by hand

"hi this is blue dart courier, i have some credit cards, and i am waiting.. Please come to collect...in 12:00to1:00am..."

This is the message he had sent from this number-[protected].

When i'm trying to reach him he is not lifting call. Very shame on bluedart.

After sometime i got this message

"dear customer, blue dart were unable to deliver shipment... From icici bank. To update your address, please call icici bank customer care"

And unable to connect to bluedart customer care also.

Yesterday 28/Feb I got a message that my parcel is out of delivery... I didn't receive any call or message from bluedart.. now when I track my order it shows Prohibited area entry restricted for delivery... I need my parcel as soon as possible... Please look at this matter as soon as possible... Pathetic service...

But now i called them because it's 8pm and they informed me that they attempted to deliver it at 11 am but i was not there... I am a student and my mother is a house wife... She is alwaysa at home and they didn't attempted. Also it shows out for delivery at 5 pm... What a lie... Only a illiterate one can lie like this... My awb code is [protected].

My courier has been delayed by bluedart jamshedpur for 4 days, today on 28.2.19 the courier person who even didn’t arrived at my house, just called me once, after i enquired him that if he came to my house, at first he lied to him, and then foul mouthed me and later told me to pick up the courier from office as he is not interested to deliver it to my home. Furthermore he added that i can also lodge a complaint against him, as he doesn’t care.
