A bank package was to be delivered to my home address in jodhpur (Waybill number - [protected]). It was an important package but the bluedart agent mentioned address in restricted area and never contacted me on phone. All delivery agents call up the customer. Despite informing bluedart office in jodhpur and giving them phone number, while they gave assurance that the delivery man will contact; there was no delivery and now the package has been returned back without contacting customer. Extremely poor service. Request resolve

      Dear blue dart,
      I'm chethan, my ordered product was delivery through blue dart, i have receiver the info regarding the delivery of my product and the delivery person has call me. The person is demanding to go to him to collect the product. As i'm not in the house i asked him to climb to 2nd floor and deliver the product, for that he ask to mention the floor of my address to located the house as he is down stair of my house.
      His duty is to deliver the product at door steps, not to ask the customer to go to him to collect the product.
      This behavior is strange from the delivery person to demand us to collect the product.

      This kind of behavior is not good with the customers. Please look into it and guide and train him to deliver the product to the give address with polite behavior.

          I am unable to track and contact also to you my shipment is showing the status that it is shifted from the given address it is very important for me to receive that shipment kindly look into it i am in jodhpur right now and it is showing that it is held here please help me to get this, it will be helpful to get me my parcel as soon as possible and do not send it back to company i need it anyhow if possible please get me this as soon as possible.

            With reference to above subject i didn't received the courier of my credit card which was dispatched on 31 jan 2019 and i got a message of delivery on 1 feb 2019. When i inquired the nearest blue dart courier service providers in tumkur they were unable to locate and didn't respond well. Today is 12 feb 2019 still i didn't receive the courier of my credit card.

                  My name is yashwantrao patil, living in silvassa, dadra and nagar haveli. Hereby, i wanted to register a complain of false delivery report by blue dart to sender of my package. Here, i have mentioned all the details.

                  On 15th january 2019, i got a message from my hdfc bank that they have dispatched my credit card through blue dart services having number - [protected]. On 1st of february, i got a message from hdfc bank that your card is returned to us (Hdfc bank).
                  Here, do mark that no communication was done by blue dart regarding sending or delivering of package also most importantly, delivery was not taken place.

                  On 8th february 2019, i got a message from blue dart (Thankfully) that my hdfc shipment (Same credit card that was not delivered by you) will be attempted by blue dart today having number - [protected]. So, i tracked my shipment online on which i found this message "consignee not available." but none came to my address to deliver it or not even a call given by your delivery boy. So, on 9th february, i personally visited your blue dart courier services, tokarkhada, silvassa and talked to your employee. I asked about delivery boy for this false message. I got an reply that i can't found it as my server is not working properly right now. Then i urged him to find my package in their office and luckily they found it.

                  I wanted to register a complain over there but i didn't find any 'complain box"or"complain register".
                  Please take necessary actions regarding it so your service's reliability can be increased and you can be more trust able courier services.

                  I hope you will come up with some kind of solutions for this.

                      As per your message and my tracking id it is reflect that the item is dispatch but i haven't receive the item nor any call from your delivery office. Instead i called your delivery counter and inquired regarding my package and they said it will be delivered on 8 feb 19, after that i call to delivery office and they done misbehave with me and cancelled my order without my permission i think this kind of delivery will grow bad impact to every customer. It is very discouraging to be your customer.

                        Today i received my courier through this service, at the time of delivery i checked the item in front of delivery person and found it broken.. I requested him to take that product back because it was damaged but he refused.. Nd say that's non of his business.. I'm attaching the bill for further investigation.. And hoping for positive response.. Thank you

                            A courier enclosed with a certificate urgently required at trivandrum was couriered through your firm blue dart vide courier despatch no. [protected] on 23/1/2019 from pune. The consignee address comes within the municipal area very close to trivandrum it park. When other agencies are delivering the courier within 2 to 3 days with cheaper rates, this certificate was send by your firm for amount rs 450/- due to extreme urgency and with the intention that, the item will deliver more faster and will be more accountable.

                            Your agency at trivandrum has just handed over the courier to the security guard at the gate on 2/2/2019 after a period of 11 days. Your agency has not even shown the decency to handover the courier to the addressee. Due to the above delay, the respondent could not produce the certificate to the appropriate authority.

                            Request for necessary action in this regard to make good the loss.

It is different and not the JBL speaker it's a local company products not such Price that the company was shows.Now I want to return it by same processor and want to refund.

                                No response on message for delivery slot and no way to get the courier collected. There should be some way to have get our courier and the courier tries to deliver on his convenient time and usually on weekdays, so should someone sit back leave his work to collect his courier and plan his weekdays and you don't even have a way to get in touch and schedule a different delivery slot except message but they don't even respond

                                  Dispatched message not sent to my number also delivery person not even waiting for 10 minutes.. And the delivery person did not contact me through his number.. He called me through my apartment security number. Please provide me a solution since it is very urgent. Please try to contact me as soon as possible. Without tracking number i am not able to track my application and also not able to register any complaint

                                    I would like to bring your attention to an issue which I faced with Blue Dart service. The first time I ignored it however, this has repeated a second time, as a result I am really angry with how the service was not delivered.

                                    Now the issue was with regard to my package not being delivered stating that "Consignee address unlocatable/landmark needed". This was despite the fact that I had completely mentioned my address and other posts have had no problem locating my address so far.

                                    The shocking thing is when I told others of this they were surprised as well as to how would Blue Dart do like this. Even when I went for the pick up at the Gandhari Angankovil Road Blue Dart office, near Secretariat South gate in Trivandrum city, I was told by the desk personnel shamelessly that the issue was not with my address but lack of delivery persons towards my area. I am like seriously, as my location comes under urban area and not in some remote location. I had to waste the whole day just waiting for this delivery. One would wonder why run a courier service if there are shortage of delivery personals.

                                    My experience with Blue Dart has thus cautioned me to avoid this service in the future. I am attaching some files for you to verify my claims. In the files you can see instead of mentioning pickup, he mentioned out for delivery and delivered within 4 mins. You can also check my address details to see if it's really lacking any information for it to be unlocatable.

                                      The courier that should be delivered to my hdfc home branch was delivered to chennai hdfc branch for some unknown reason.

                                      My debit card was about to be deliver to my home location thane, however my home was locked as we were out of town and the delivery boy siad me that the card will be sent to my home branch and i agreed for the same.

                                      Fyi - my home branch is vashi sector 17 and the courier was sent to chennai branch, not sure for what reason.

                                      Please consider this as my complaint and deliver the card to my home address in thane.
