I ordered an product from traya which was to be delivered through blue dart on 28th jan of 2023 while the delivery agent asked me to collect it from him because he said he won't be coming to my area just for one package. On denying to collect he started rude behaviour and refused to deliver. On the subsequent days I complaint to blue dart and traya both but even after than delivery agent didn't deliver the package and he put the reason for non-delivery that address was incorrect and I refused to show Id. while the delivery agent never showed up to address. My Order number is #400229 from traya and AWB number is [protected]

        This is nagireddy
        My courier waybill no.[protected].
        The delivery boy called me to deliver but he won't come to my address as per courier address, he said he don't have an delivery service to my address,

        but he updated the status as consignee not avaiable.

        Last month I got my courier for same address through bluedart,

          Hi,

          Bluedart delivary boy saying they dont have an delivary service as per courier adress, then why bluedart accepted this order.
          2months back i got courier for same adress thorugh bludart only
          why this time the bloody del.boy behavving like this.

            My expected delivery date was 25 feb 2023, didn't recieved any call or mail from blue dart regarding my package delivery, yet they marked my delivery status as consignee not found and asked me to reschedule my delivery to 27 feb 2022. I don't have any issue with the delayed delivery date but atleast don't provide any fake status of 'consignee not available'
            It is very unprofessional behaviour from a delivery express like blue dart

              I had received a message from ICICI regarding waybill on 15 Feb mentioning it reaches in 4 days. Later on 17 th I received a message from bluedart that they attempted the delivered and missed to complete on 17.

              Now on 20, when I see the tracking, it shows some address incomplete, this couldn't be reason as address and road and my contact were clear with ICICI organization and earlier received other documents with the similar address.

              Seems the bluedart is skipping g in delivering products without any confirmation or verification with customer.
              By the way I tried calling the chargeable blue dart number and it's IVRS never forwarding call to executive to report issue. This is another looting from customer without a proper customer care navigation.

                      Hi Team,
                      I am writing this complaint to inform you that I had recently made a. Courier with the above courier number through blue dart which was to Andamans.They had retuned by courier due to the administrative decision of the Island.
                      Since they did not get the courier to the destination I am suppose to get full refund on the said courier.No one in blue dart is interested to even hear me out.Could anyone look into this matter and revert.

                                      I received m message from bluedart on 4th February with a tracking I'd [protected] and i received a call regarding the delivery on 7th February.

                                      I was not available on 7th February so i requested delivery person to come in the evening around 6:30pm and he refused and said he will come on 8th February. His name is afroz khan([protected]) and he is not picking up calls from 8th February.

                                      Nobody contacted me but they were mentioning that consignee is not available and consignee is out of station. I don't understand without calling a customer how they can update it like that.

                                      I want my delivery as early as possible or else I'll register a complaint in consumer form also.
