This is serious concern in relation to delivery of a product, which was about to be delivered to me on 5th november, since then i haven't received any call from bluedart. I called up customer service and have requested ample number of times to atleast convey the delivery executive to contact me. I am in real need of the deliverable and cannot wait any longer. Would require your urgent assistance or else i need to raise this to public forum.

      Till now I have not received my courier already I had paid for that.After inquiring about that tracking ID I found to know that shipment delivered how it can possible sir?my waybill no is [protected] and reference no is D7HNtl10Y.so kindly deliver the product as soon as possible to my ordered address otherwise I will take further step.Screenshot of the shipment page I have also attached.kindly resolved the matter as soon as possible.is this is the service given my blue dart?

      It's been 2 days no body give me any information regarding MY order.If your customer service is that much poor then IWii file a police complaint against my tracking order.

        Hi, Am Anoop, from Bangalore, i was supposed to get my SBI Credit card before a week, with the Reference #EV[protected], i have not got any response from you, after my package has come to Bangalore nor have your delivery person contacted me. I contacted your Customer service and your person was so rude on me saying a stupid reasons, he was not ready to help me. and how can you return my package without even informing me. if i face issue with. am going to the consumer court of Law and file a complaint against you. for faking me and doing fraud works to its customers.
        i need necessary action on this and need response for this within 24 hrs with resolution.

          Please note that my courier tracking number is [protected]. Blue dart courier company always update wrong information on there website stating that courier out for delivery but actualy they deliver courier after 2-3 days after updating courier out for delivery.
          No one in office pikup phone in ludhiana office. Kindly resolve issue asap.
          Every time we face this issue. No one in courier office take serious action. Some time we have to go personally and collect the courier which is full of hassal. Below i am attaching the screen shot stating that courier out for delivery but when i went to office they said they havnt enter the courier detail in computer yet so they can not deliver it today.

            Hi, my name is skrishna reddy. When i made the order on amazon at 01/11/2018. It's already paid, they send the product through the bluedart. It's been reached at 08/11/2018 at my nearest hub and yesterday (08/11/2018) at 03:19pm, my product was out for delivery. But it's still not delivered to me. When i check the track number again it shows your product will be delivered within 24 hours, they're updating the status like that. So when i reached to the courier location and asking my product, they told my product was out for delivery. It will be delivered your registered address like that. It's been 12 hours, but still not received. When i made the call to the customer care regarding to this, they simply told "your product will be delivered within 24 hours. Thank you" like that they end up the call. If i'm again made the call, other customer care representative told "u are already talked regarding to this issue, they clearly mentioned, if you need further information ask me like that", i don't know why the people are behaving such a rude manner. Even though they didn't apologize for late delivery. I'm unhappy with that courier. My product way bill number: [protected]. Thank you.

              My shipment is undelivered due to address related issues, i have been mailing my courier company the updated address since then, there is no proper reply for the mails and when i went to the company to pick my packaga they made me wait for 45 minutes and the reply was wait for extra 30 minutes or come again tomorrow. I have postponed all my works for that package and all i got was nothing. My waybill no is [protected]

                Very much disappointed from blue dart services

                We have booked almost 200 shipments from mr. Aslam ji of esa code e00232, pu code : 108403 but in the past 3 months multiple shipments has been damaged and we are regularly informing cs team to process it and atlest reimburse 5000/- as clearly written on docket and reminded during booking of shipments. Even reminded cs team more than 10 times but still not processed and we are waiting since last 2-3 months.

                But now can't tolerate any more. Please reimburse it at the earliest without any delay.

                  There was no delivery attempt made for the consignment [protected] and i didn't receive any call from the delivery person however i received a message stating that undelivered due to address related concerns. Address has been clearly mentioned with landmark and easily identifiable.. This is the second time facing issue with same consignment with chromepet branch.. Worst service and front desk person in chromepet branch is arrogant and never picks customer call and doesn't respond properly.. This is a very important consignment and i need to receive it at the earliest.

                  BlueDart is a WORST example of courier service provider in Patna. All customers must avoid Blue dart courier service especially in Patna.

                  I agree they don't listen to customer complaints and no proper response from them. Worst service... Delivery executive pass wrong statement and talk irrespectively

Your delivery boy called both o[censored]s for route clarification on 2/11/18, but delivered only one consignment., and now he is not attending the call. Pls do the needful.

                          My debit card package is delivered from blue dart.
                          When package came to my address at that time i have changed my address. When delivery boy came to deliver my old address.. I have informed him to return to the bank because currently i am not available to the address. Still now they haven't delivered to the bank.

                          Once again bank send package to my new address.
                          I have received the message like we have tied to deliver to your address but house is locked. Please send the time slot to deliver the courier but
                          Delivery boy haven't called me to deliver the courier.

                          Shipment start date: 17 oct 2018 to 08 nov 2018. - still not delivered

                            I am akem. I placed an order on 21 october,
                            2018 for gravity wrist watch on paytm mall. But other company's watch was delivered to me on october 23, 2018 due to which i returned that product and your servant picked it from me on october 26, 2018. But i have not received refund yet. I want you to solve this issue. Otherwise a strict action will have to be taken. Thanking you.

                              At the first attempt of the delivery, i didn’t get any call from the company’s delivery boy and later at the same day status was updated as consignee not available. I tried calling to the company’s customer care number ([protected]) which is as pathetic as the company’s delivery service. First of all i have to try for atleast 30 mins to just connect to the phone line which is by the way always busy, secondly when i press 9 to talk to their customer executive the call service hangs me up. Now the status of the parcel is undelivered shipment held at the location from past 2-3 days. How am i supposed to get this parcel delivered to me now???

                                Delivery boy just calling me and not making an attempt to deliver the parcel to me.i waited for an hour and he did not come where he told that he would come in 10 min . He again called in the evening at 8pm and did not lifting my call(not properly responding)

                                      I had ordered archies products and it was supposed to be diwali gift but this third class courier messed it up, courier was supposed to be delivered today but it was attempted yesterday and during office time when none is at home. I need a strict action against this courier company to make the example out of them so that going forward people fear to do this mishap. I am also going to sue them under certain other sections but for now need compensation from them on this mess.

                                      Need damaging charges worth rs 10000 as this was diwali gift and they messed it up.

                                        It has been found that for a long period of time this company is not opening the shop at arecode branchmalappuram district and it has obeseved many people from different places are not getting their goods parasel in their and when they come to the shop. The shop is locked all the time. And iam waiting for my parcel from 3weeks and i came to the shop 3times for the same till now. I haven't got any information from them and i had faced a loss in my business a minimum of rs 50000 loss because ofthe unavailability of my good on time and i am giveing this complain for the company to take legal action aginst this misconduct and iam kindly requesting for my compensation according to law and consumer protection act 1986 for loss caused by the dhl company
