Blue dart awb no. [protected] dispatched from indusind bank, mumbai dated 29/10/2018 not delivered till date though the mail packet has arrived at the delivery place. The blue dart website is showing delivery delayed from 1st of sept. 2018.
Further please also note that i was making complain to the customer care & the blue dart website & by e-mail to customer services but nothing has been done till date.
Kindly look into the matter so that my mail packet can be delivered as soon as possible.

    Writing this complain is to make you understand and needed some important facts to come to notice which i have been experienced through your company.
    On 28 june 2018 i had make life insurance for senior citizen policy the payments was successfully done with my debit card on 28 june 2018 as i was promised as soon my payments is done my policy documents will be displaced next day with blue dart courier service. Pid no: ([protected])

    As per now, i didn't received any single documents from or any response with blue dart courier service. I had call so many times to your company. But sorry to say as a existing customer i lost faith and trust and really not appreciated with your service and not willing to continue relationship with you in future.

    I assume that this complain would definitely make you take some corrective actions against the team member and couriers.

      Hi,
      May i know the reason why my shipment is not delivered?

      Yesterday full day i was at home waiting for my shipment and when i checked the status i saw a foolish message need department name/extention number.
      Its a small apartment and what department name you want?
      And when i tried calling your customer care no one is attending, they are disconnecting the call.

      This is not the first time, evereytime we are facing the same issue.

        Hello team,

        Regarding the shipment [protected], it was not delivered and i can see that the status has been updated as "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark" in your tracking system.

        Earlier today i had got a message to my mobile that, it will be delivered today (10/5) and there was no call i received from bluedart delivery person.
        There is are so many other shipment has been delivered by blue dart team to my address and i was at home waiting for this to be delivered.
        Not sure how this can be be tagged to "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark"... Please help resolve at the earliest.

          Docket picked up on 2nd nov.@ mumbai. Delivery at department of space colony, bangalore.

          While tracking the shipment - it reflected that the it had arrived and was on the way for delivery, i had postponed all my plans and waited till 6pm on 3rd october, finally a got a surprise in the tracking, that delivery attempted - premises closed. On cross verifying with our security gate register it was found that no one from blue dart and entered our colony, thereafter i started following with cc, with no proper response/ answer and there continued to support the delivery team saying that we were not at home. Finally the shipment arrived at 5.25 on 5th nov, the delivery boy was so arogant which was not expected. This is not the service/ behavior of blue dart that we have expected.

          Dear team I will recieve a parcel bt ur agent can't deliver my parcel from last 5 days . I recieve a call on daily basis and they called we deliver ur parcel tomorrow bt they don't deliver my awb no is [protected]

            Last month i got courier from blue dart of hdfc card waybill is [protected], delivery guy delivered at night 7:30 pm he asked my family member to come to mainroad not did door delivery, i didn't escalate this because he is also employee like me, who will give guarantee of security of my family lady at night, anyway my house owner helped us to collect parcel, now your great delivery guys forgot my address within a weeks time, even if new delivery guy is trying to deliver too, no body from blue dart tried to contact me by phone for guidance on finding address, i don't want to work with your delivery guys, please help me with how to find my courier from your hub, this is not entertainment product, it's bank related one i will have commitments, any way you guys can't understand seriousness, new way bill - [protected]

            Blue dart is worst service. And their employees are on the heaven. They will not respond and deliver products to the doorstep. We have to go and collect in between the way. Pathetic

Pathetic very hope less service. when i called Blue dart customer care he was told me you collect your parcel from your branch. and some days before my parcel is deliver to same address and now their employees update the status Consignees address incomplete. actual he's man was not came to door and update the wrong details. this is very ridicules.

              I was trying to contact regarding my shipment since 4 days the shipment is to be delivered in prime location of nims, pujagutta, hyderabad.
              But thet called me once saying it is not in his scope.. And they will send the shipment by other person.. I was c9ntinously trying to reachout to thr same number i received call from he is directly igboring my call.. And i even tried to call the office where the shipment is held.. I even found response from the location. If they return the product. I will go for high level enquiry on this..

                My order is not delvered yet from 5days my order is in my city but order is not deligered every day it shows that our courier partner unable to locate the address
                Very poor service, not picking the calls, very arrogant attitude of workers, all are liars
                I sent a parcel medicine on top priority with waybill [protected] on 23 Oct 2018 but till date on 27 Oct 2018 it’s not delivered. Very very poor services by Blue Dart. This is my last time and will never use your services.

                  Last month blue dart delivered hdfc card to my current address, they delivered ang night 7:30 pm night awb [protected] on oct last fy18 and they didn't do door delivery and been rude with me saying that he has other works and can't wait for my family members go to main road, he was literally rude, thought not escalate thinking about i am also employee, hr asked my family members come out of home at night in the dark, now to the same address with month a gap hdfc tried to send another courier awb [protected] now blue dart is telling unable to locate my address within a month they forgot my address or they performance went down worst yo very worst,. They didn't even make one call to my number to address guidance, i don't want to work with blue dart delivery guys, please help me how to get it from local hub i will go and collect it. This is not a entertainment product, it's bank card i will have serious commitments, i am sending the same yo hdfc nodel officer too

                    I had couriered a packet from new delhi to mangalore on 30 october, 2018 via blue dart vide their receipt number [protected]. Since it contained original certificates (And a weight of 180 grams), i was told that it would go as critical mail and would be delivered the next day.

                    I paid a high amount of rs. 580/- because i was told it would be delivered the next day.

                    Till the courier was delivered on 02 november, 2018 evening, it was a nightmare, no reply and anxiety.

                    Worst experience, ever.

                      I have called bluedart customer care several times and got token number several times for a courier pickup but till now no one has come for the pickup. I have to send a wrist watch for repair to fossil india pvt ltd in bengalure (Pin 560008). I want to send it from my place bhilai (Pin 490009). Fossil company had asked me to quote their account number 112276 for courier pickup. Despite getting token numbers so many times, no one has come...

                      Blue dart tracking site is showing the delivery date of my parcel is 03/nov/18 but i didn't get my parcel yet... Why my parcel is not delivered yet... N you are showing wrong information in the site thats totally worng.
                      Please deliver my parcel tomorrow any how.
                      And also since two days i am calling in blue dart costomer care no. Neven after picking uo the call no one is responding... Thats really really bad... Pls slove this soon n i want my parcel tomorrow.

                        I mailed them like this:

                        Hi bluedart team,

                        #1.
                        Last month, i have placed an order through mi.com. The tracking id: [protected]. My address pin code: 721625. The delivery agent didn't contacted with me even 1 time also. On 15th oct, i got a mail that your product is out-for-delivery without agent's contact number.in the evening, they have updated that address not found where they already delivered products before that. And on 22nd oct, they again updated that i refused to take the product even i didn't receive any single call from bluedart. Without contacting with customer, they are updating miscellaneous status.
                        I have already attached the screenshot of the tracking details.

                        One return request i have raised through amazon. Amazon return request no:[protected]. The bluedart agent called me for pick up and told me to go his mentioned place and give the product to him. When i refused to go his mentioned place and told him that it's not bluedart's policies, he used many abuses words to me and told me that "keep your product with you, i won't take your product". Agent name : biplab das (As he mentioned me on call).
                        Still my product not picked up yet.

                        One more product is coming to the same pin code from amazon. Tracking id: [protected]. Will i get the product or this time also bluedart agent returned my product without deliver to me? Today i got massage that address not found like as usual.

                        May bluedart team will taking any quick actions regarding this kind of misbehaves or we have to take any other actions to give the proper reply for this kind of behaviors from the delivery agent?

                        I hope, i'll get a reply from you regarding this.

                          Hi,

                          I have been facing issues for the delivery of this particular shipment. Customer executives has been sharing false commitment that the order will be delivered, however it is not happening.

                          Amazon has shipped this consignment on 29th oct 2018. Since then there is no response from blue dart. Delivery agent has not not called to us a single time since then, however wrong information is been updated in their records stating customer phone is not reachable, customer address requires more information.

                          I am pretty much unhappy on this particular shipment. I had called more than 10 times to blue dart customer services but no actions has been taken on this yet.

                          I want to highlight names of the bluedart delivery agents & customer executive. This information was shared to me by one of bluedart custoemr agent.

                          1. Vanita (Customer service executive)
                          2. Dev raj (Delivery agent)
                          3. Subramnaian (Delivery agent)

                          There is one more delivery agent. But i could not remember his name.

                          This is for bangalore location

                          Blue dart is worst service provider ever.Even after so much of followup and calls, still i have nit received my order.Bluedart is good in making fake commitments.

                          Please terminate your customer executive named Usha & Vanita from Bangalore location .These 2 Ladies are good in making fake commitments.

                          Along with that, terminate field delivery agent named Devraj & Subramaniam since they are continously updating wrong infornation in portal stating customer is not reachable and customer is not available at location.

                          I have already filed a case against Bluedart.Bluedart MD will be receiving a notice shortly.

                            So this is the very first time when I was supposed to receive an order from bluedart. I've been tracking the order since I placed it, and though the order exceeded the prescribed time limit but it's okay. And suddenly today the update from BlueDart shows that the consignee was not available. I mean seriously I did not receive a single call from bluedart regarding my order. This is seriously pathetic. I either want the product or I want my money back!

                              I had got a call from a blue dart agent (Nalbari, assam) on last saturday that i had a consignment for me. I said that as i was in chennai, i shall collect it on monday. He was such irresponsible that he did not even searched for my address for delivering it. On monday (Today), when i sent my brother to collect it, they said that my consignment had returned back. Even in the morning, i called them that i will collect it today. Still they did not keep it.

                              People use bluedart service for sending some important documents and the bluedart personnels should show some responsibility.

                              I would never use bluedart afterwards.

                                My waybill no is [protected] where i have to collect my debit card from your delivery boy but my shift timings are rotational due to which i am not able to collect my card by my own and when i told him to hand over my card to my cousin brother or my aunty than he totally denied to hanover to them and my cousin name is sanam ahmad khan and my name is usman arif beg so he told me he cannot be my cousin than i told him ok i will collect you from any nearest place than he told me i will handover your card to you once i will see you coming out of your home gate this totally unlogical and i have checked the status where they mentioned that i have changed my address thats why they are returning the card this is not the right approach. Please review my concern and deliver my card to available person on my malling address.

                                  Return reason: product is totally different in design and colour.
                                  Shirts are very bad colours and quality.

                                    From past 6 days the status at the tracking site is "undelivered shipment held at location".
                                    Waybill no : [protected] reference no : [protected]

                                    Please let me know when it will be delivered. It has already been 1 week. Why it is not being delivered?

                                    The customer care number is not reachable.
                                    The status was "shipment out for delivery" on 30th october, but nobody came to deliver it.
                                    Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    What kind of service is this, I don't understand. No one is bothered. Please deliver my package. It is very important.

                                      My tracking id [protected]. And i already got the shipment.

                                      If you can not deliver at door step. Why are you promising someone that you would?

                                      The worst service ever.
                                      I called and they told, if only my village has more number of parcels, they could deliver it to my home. And i had to travel 16 km to collect the box.

                                      This is very unprofessional
