I haven't got the shipment which was dispatched on 18th october 2018 from bangalore to patna. Today is 2nd november still hasn't received the product yet. On tracking the shipment online it has been hold for space constraint for many days. I just want you to kindly ensure delivery as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    Regarding my way bill no [protected].

    The status shows wrong status. It shows "customer requested future delivery: hal". It is wrong. We have been waiting for the packet whole day and no one has come for yhe delivery. No one has called us too.

    There are very important document in it and we need to sort this out urgently.

    Please halp amd look into urgently.

      My waybill no. Is [protected]
      On 31st oct, 2018 at 12:09 am, i receive a sms from blue dart about that my parcel is delivered at 1832 on 30-oct-18 to self. But i didn't receive my parcel yet. I already paid for my parcel. The estimated delivery date was 30th oct. It's 1st nov today, i didn't receive any parcel. What kind of service is this?
      Can you please let me know where is my parcel now?

        The shipment was arrived at blue dart office on 29.10.2018, even after more than one week passed the shipment has not been delivered yet. They are just updating the status "undelivered shipment held at location". When will it get get delivered.# pathetic service!!

        Even the contact no provided by blue-dart in unresponsive and not information has been shared that how one can get his parcel delivered. Even the other parcels got delivered by the same courier agency. But in this case they updated the status

When I complained they said they will recover and come back but didn't do same and now avoiding my calls both delivery person and this area blue dart manager...             Blue dart is unresponsive regarding lost package with tracking number [protected]. They say they could not locate my address but they have never called me. They are also non-responsive to my emails. Package arrived in my town three days ago. It has now been 15 days since product was shipped. Blue dart staff has also lied and indicated that package was picked up on oct. 20, but i have proof that it was picked up on the 17th of october.

            Will file claim of rs. 14, 000 (Product value).

              I had ordered from amazon which was to be delivered by blue dart, package no awb# [protected]. I got a call in the morning 10:18 am from the blue dart's delivery agent (Mobile no - [protected]), saying that package was available in the local courier office. But instead of delivering the order to the mentioned address, the delivery agent arrogantly asked me to pick it up from their office or the delivery will be delayed as they were apparently busy. I conveyed my ability to pick up and said him that i was okay with the delay.

              I then called him again, on the mobile number - [protected], in the afternoon at 4.30 pm regarding the status of my order. He again arrogantly and rudely asked me to pick it up from the office. I told it was his job to deliver and told him i will be waiting for him to deliver.

              Instead at night i received a message from amazon and blue dart that the order was cancelled. This outraged me, as it can be seen that the delivery agent cancelled my order without even attempting to deliver and added that i, the customer, cancelled it. And it can be seen from other complaints that such complaints about delivery agent cancelling order on their own isn't uncommon. As a courier service delivery agent, it's their job to deliver, instead of asking customers to pick up the order. I need a strict action taken against such rude, arrogant and rouge delivery agents causing trouble to customers like me. Please inform me too as what action was taken against such delivery agents (Mobile no - [protected])

                I want to update my land mark for my axis bank debit crd delivery as i m in kolkata... And delivery is in samastipur... And. Also the delivery guy didnt called me by reaching location... I put the waybil no. And i could see... That there is mentioned that unable to held landmark.. But they should atleast call me by reaching there but i didnt got any call... Its an urgent delivery kindly look into it.

                My waybill number [protected]. My hdfc credit card is stil not delievered. Evrytime they put a status address incomplete. It is pathetic more than 3 times my card is sent it back to bank. everytime i got a call from hdfc and take my request to call me on my registeres mobile when the person will get out for the delivery even though i never get a chance to talk with courier person because the courier person never called me. I think blue dart management should have a common sense...that before delivery the person should called up to the person who is responsible for the pickup. And please don't say that it is a policy you can't make calls when it is related to bank related documents...and hence if you do so..the person will never get the bank documents or anything realted to it. Please consider it as a complain. And please make a call before the delivery.

                  Dear sir / madam

                  Today morning i am received 3 sms to my mobile no ([protected]) at 2.51 am, that messages contain your amazon products delivered yesterday at 21.26 hours by self.

                  I am not received any amazon courier yesterday.

                  Way bill no: [protected]

                  I complained to customer care [protected], no proper answer not received, even they are not taken my complained and not given any complained number, then i asked at least give coimbatore office contact number she didn't give.

                  Very poor customer care support i already lose some money for 1860 service, she telling call again tomorrow.

                  Final status : still not received my goods.

                  Kindly take my mail as complaint and do the needful to get my goods.

As so far it was not delivered, i checked the status and was told that it was delivered on 13th october to mr. Rajendra who does not stay in the shipment address.                           मैंने amazon से एक जूता मंगाया था जो मुझे blue dart कूरियर से भेजा गया । कोरियर ने जूता कंपनी को यह कहते हुए वापस कर दिया कि कंसाइनी ने लेने से मना कर दिया जबकि न मेरे पास कोई डिलीवरी करने आया न ही कूरियर द्वारा मुझसे फोन पर कोई संपर्क किया गया । इस मामले में मैंने blue dart कोरियर के कस्टमर केयर सर्विस पर तीन बार मेल करके शिकायत की । तीन बार ही amazon के कस्टमर केयर सर्विस पर फोन करके शिकायत दर्ज कराई । लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं मिला । ब्लू डार्ट ने तो कोई रेस्पॉन्स भी नहीं दिया । मेरा ऑर्डर प्री पेड था । यानी सामान तो मिला नहीं, पैसा भी फंसा । ऐसा नहीं है कि ये पहली बार है । इससे पहले भी कई बार ऐसा हो चुका है । मेरा ब्लू डार्ट वे बिल [protected] है ।

                            Above message is repeated by bluedart in almost all courier shipment by jhansi office on regular basis. Address is perfectly fine and there are no issues whatsoever.
                            It's become a regular habit of bluedart to delay it's product delivery which is seriously shameful.

                              Have mailed in detail to Mr. Baljeet. Issue is, Glass Commitment made by BlueDart people . My shipment no is [protected].

                              I called on 26th on your call centre no, and given correct pincode along with the correct Residential address with landmark which is my secondary address. Commitment made that it will driver in 48 hours, which does not happened.Again call and repeat the same process- again Commitment made that it will driver in 48 hours, which does not happened. Then I mailed the same to Mr. Baljeet and on 29th called your call centre no. again
                              Commitment made that it will driver in 48 hours, which does not happened and after giving complete address with landmark it was not delivered and comment mentioned in tracking information that "Consignee's Location Untraceable"
                              Again call today at least for 6 times they said it is out for delivery will be delivered today. Till 2 pm no delivery so called Ahmedabad call centre, they said do not call us it will deliver today for sure. When not delivered till 5, again called and talked to Mr. Hitesh, he committed that till 6 you will get it and if not call me at 8.
                              I called at 8, some lady was there she promised me that we have urgent delivery for you only you will get it till 9 pm . Still not delivered, and your system it showing the same reason i.e. Consignee's Location Untraceable the time for update of remark was 16:40.

                              How unprofessional behaviour.

As i was on leave at same day but no has come at my delivery address so.. I called on blue dart customer care no[protected] and i checked the staus through airway bill no and it was showing someoen has come at my place around 5.08pm but at this time we all were at home so how they can say door was closed and no one was there at home.

                                    I want to lodge a complaint against blue dart waybill number : [protected]

                                    My hdfc debit card has been couriered thrice and every time the parcel was returned stating that the address was incorrect but the address is absolutely correct. The courier person didn't even attempt to deliver the item and most importantly he didn't even call me once. I am always contactable.

                                    Today itself i received a prepaid parcel from bluedart waybill number for reference is [protected]. Today the courier guy called me and delivered it to my correct address but my debit card is always returned.

                                    I called your customer service person and deepak patil didn't even wanted to take a complaint he was just arguing and saying that he can't take a complaint more importantly i can understand that he was muting the call when i was talking to him. Which shows least interest against customer. Sorry to say but your customer care executive was absolutely unprofessional and was even rude.

                                    I would like a smooth deliver of my debit card asap like todays delivery.

                                      I was expecting my courier which is been sent under courier number mentioned above. But today whole day i didn’t receive. While i check on line status i was shocked to see consigned been shifted from given address.
                                      Kindly need why your delivery person played during the delivery and made remark for shifting my parcel??? Need explaination otherwise will take strong action with the company.
