Hi. I ordered A PRODUCT IN FLIPKART ON 13/10/2018 AND FLIPKART GIVEN BLUEDART ONLINE LINK FOR MY PRODUCT TRACKING AND BLUEDART PERSONS TAKEN TO DELIVERY THE PRODUCT TO OUR ADDRESS ITS AROUND 11 DAYS. DELIVERY PERSON WAS IRRESPONSIBLE .22/10/2018 DELIVERY BOY WAS CAME to deliver point AND CALLED ME I told wait 5 minutes I came to searched him but He went without information. I collect the product after the 2 days late. bluedart service very very bad

    The product( mark card) bearing the airway bill number Blue Dart Awb# [protected] by the British Council was delivered in a crushed way. The delivery person did not give a proper answer to the question about this state of the product. This shows the irresponsibility of the delivery team and the quality of the brand is questioned.

    It's was clearly mentioned on the sides of the cover of that it must not be bended .

    Very poor delivery service.My order is returned back just because I didn't get sms prior to delivery about the same and didnt receive any information about delivery person prior to delivery.And now they will attempt that after 2days and again with not any prior sms.How one can be available for 24hrs.Secondly now I don't trust blue dart.

      Hi this is SRINIVASAN and I work with Accenture.Actually my office was in bellandur till last week.While I applied for credit card they said that it will be delivered in 3 to 4working days.Unfortunately it didnt and the delivery guy is not delivering to my current working location.

      The message which I got is "Dear HDFC Bank Card Member, Your Credit Card despatched through Blue dart courier vide Awb - [protected] on 23/10/2018 is pending for delivery".

      I dont know what to do next So kindly make arrangements to deliver my card to ACCENTURE BDC3
      TOWER-A(BANNERGHATA).

        My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 26th october but still it has been not been delivered either because either "consignee's address incomplete/landmark" (Even though blue dart has my correct address details as they confirmed on phone) or now on the tracking page, the latest update is "undelivered shipment held at location". Please get this resolved asap.

        Your siwan branch (Bihar) 841226 is the worst one, I have never seen in the matter of delivery and customer relation.
        I have ordered from titan site with order tracking id https://www.bluedart.com/?[protected] .
        They didn't deliver it for 4 days and neither phoned .
        Even no response on calling and the official are very bad at interaction.

When i call them thay always say tbey will deliver it today but nothing happend.                   Docket no [protected] sent on 26/10. Assured delivery on 27/10. Passport was sent. Flight missed because of non receipt. My son lost admission in the university, because he was not able to travel. Lost close to rs.50000/- and also mental agony and his dream of studying in a foreign university was shattered. Neither your staff nor the call centre was able to give a clear reason for non delivery. Who is to bare the loss?

                      . I as well the message from you was received to me, throughout the day i was in home but no fellow come to deliver product. When tracked in the web site of bluedart i was shocked to see that the status was consignee not available at home. Being very good courier service provider i was not expecting to be like this, i am very disappointed, stupid people of bluedart

                        I was told by hdfc bank that the delivery boy will call me before delivering to confirm the address but he did not. He told me he will deliver my package on saturday which he did not. On top of it he misbehaved and told me to go and pick up my documents myself from the blue dart office, is this why we choose blue dart and make the delivery ourselves?

                          I had sent a courier from bangalore to nagercoil on 22 oct i have give a correct pin code after two days i checked that was given as wrong puncode so that i called customer service and said that it was correct one after that they said it will wet delivered in next two days but today 28 oct still my courier did not moved from bangalore such a porr service it was a very urgent courier i have ever seen such a very poor service ever in my life it should get delivered to there before 30 but i don't know when it will get delivered do some action and pls make my courier to deliver before 30 oct its a humble request take necessary action or else i have planned to book a case in consumer court because if the product is not delivered on 30 oct i am getting a loss in my business. Hope you understand

                              I had placed an order in nykka order #nyk[protected]. A part of it was send through blue dart courier with awb# [protected].in the morning i recieved a message that the order would be delivered by 7pm. I had to cancell all my evening plans to receive the order but at around 11 30 pm i receive a message again saying i have cancelled the order. Why would i cancell the order when i need it so urgently and how could they decide without even contacting me. And why does bluedart take consignments when they cant deliver. I called the complaint number given on the message [protected] at 11 28pm and waited to be connected to a call centre executive but they just took away a part of my balance without even connectinh. Pathetic service of bluedart. I want my order delivered by 29th which was the scheduled delivery date😡😡😡😡

                                Complaint against non-delivery of letters/atm card - today i have to receive atm card from axis bank ltd with track number: [protected]. I was tracking the same since morning - at 3.27 pm (Dt.27/10/2018) the letter was out for delivery. To my astonishment at 4.45 p. M the delivery man posted a statement that delivery attempted - recipient not at home - never made attempt my house nor telephoned to me about the letter or no message or paper kept to intimation of attempt made by him. Whole day i am at home to receive the letter, hence wasted my time. Instruct your manager/delivery man/dealing staff to deliver the letter to me immediately through contact no.[protected]/[protected]. My mail address madan. [protected]@gov.in

                                    This is such a disgusting with the team you are having in bluedart office in tirupathi as the people are not aware of the addresses of the customers and they are simply returning the courier stating that the consignee is not available and this is such a ridiculous behaviour with you tirupathi team and more over i will never and ever recommend this courier service

                                    Mainly the delivery person mr devendra is not at all delivering the couriers he is simply returning the couriers without handing over to customers

                                      The customer care is so careless calling up endlessly still they don't realize the importance of service... Since morning i was calling to get connected with the rider but none of the customer care person followed up or helped me... They had a lethargic attitude... As it was my need i had to find my own solution.. Like seriously there is no such thing like service... Even taking after so many follow up they didn't resolve my issue

                                        This is regarding my recent experience with blue dart is not good as axis bank sent my cheque book via blue dart. Some lady from blue dart nashik office called me to collect that cheque book. I want to ask you that if you are not able to provide services in rural area why accept such orders? My place is 12 km from nashik cbs.
                                        It my kind suggestion to you is that you should not accept such order. Or you should complete your service according to the order. My earlier experience with blue dart is same. I hope you will consider my suggestion.
                                        Any ways i need to go to your to collect that cheque book.
                                        Because i m needy.
