My package is not received yet e-way bill no [protected], i have complained you previously also & i have also went there & asked them to verify my mobile number and then give it to me but they are not giving me how many days you will take for delivery it to the mobile number and land line number is not working condition o[censored]daipur. I sent a package (phone) to Flipkart on 12.10.18 from bidai Bangalore to Chennai through way bill number [protected] the delivery status showed that the phone got delivered on 16.10.18 but when I enquired Flipkart they are saying they did not receive and asking for proof of delivery

    In continuation to our e-mails and speed post letters dated 2nd, 5th, 11th, 16th 24th & 28th october, 2018. I have receipt your e-mail dated 1st november, 2018 stating as mentioned below :

    In your e-mail my reply to your e-mail
    “basis your e-mail we had taken a detailed review of your card account and wish to inform you that the courier claims the door number is wrong and they are unable to deliver the card. However, we confirm that the address shared in your e-mail/letter is correct as per our records. We request you to contact courier and confirm the door number.”

    My reply to your e-mail
    The blue dart courier services is telling you utter lies regarding my door number is wrong.
    [1] the door number which was in your record is correct and the proofs sent to you by e-mails & speed post are same. The door # 39-4-41/1/1/2, is given by the greater visakhapatnam municipal corporation (The local authority).in this regard i have sent you the photocopy of property tax pass book.

    [2] now, the question is how they have delivered the following letters / documents and cards to the me if the door no. 39-4-41/1/1/2, sai srinivasamu is wrong.
    [a] from axis bank ltd. Blue dart courier’s way bill # [protected] dated 18.11.2017.
    [b] from hdfc bank ltd., visakhapatnam blue dart courier’s way bill # [protected] dated 15.12.2017.
    [c] from hdfc bank ltd., visakhapatnam blue dart courier’s way bill # [protected] dated 15.12.2017.
    [d] from hdfc bank ltd., chennai (Form your branch / office debit card) blue dart courier’s way bill # [protected] dated 13.03.2018.

    [3] please let me inform my correct door number if the 39-4-41/1/1/2 is wrong.

    [4] we have already contacted the blue dart courier the answer is “contact your bank”.

    I am surprise to note that you are telling me to contact the blue dart courier to get delivery of hdfc credit card which was sent by you after paying some amount for that services.

    Hi team, worst service your provide, my product was delivered to buledart avi one month, still i didnt received my product. Same delivery boy called me, after one hour no response from him. My references number is [protected].

      I have not received my corporate credit card. But tracking system shows the card is delivered. I have been calling call centres non stop but no body answers the call. I am in bangalore and card too to be delivered in bangalore. 10 days ago blu dart took my correct address but nobody came to deliver it. Tracking system says delivered.
      Can some one take this up seriously and resolve it

        Open pack and re taped courier just now arrived no proper answer replied by courier person, i asked to why this pack opened and re taped with your sticker (Amazon sticker sealed pack opened and re taped with blue dart sticker) so i refused courier package.

        I booked a consignment by bluedart courier on 22.10.18 at 11 AM from Shamli to Bangalore.Regn no. [protected]. the delivery office at bangalore called the consignee on 25.10.18 but delivered the consignment on 27.10.18 afternoon despite various call to him causing humiliation. pl respond the reason of delay, as it took 5 days in delivery.

          My icici credit card courier (Reference no-[protected]) which is send by the bank through blue dart is going to deliver by 3rd november. I am not available on 3rd november
          In trivendrum because my ilp training is over and i m going back to delhi. Either please deliver my courier today i. E on 2nd november
          Itself or please change the address to delhi.

            This is the worst experience I have faced towards delivery of my Shipment. Blue Dart Courier employees and his office staff they are not doing their job seriously, they didn’t call me or message and not even visited at my home. Without intimation they have return my Shipment and this is not happened first time with me.

              Blue dart do not have any customer care to resolve the issue. I have sent two messages none of the messages delivered to them due to their mail box is full and not able to deliver the message. I even send a mail to their delhi office that also not delivered. This is very serious issue and would request to please take up this matter on priority basis.

                My eaybill no [protected], p. O[protected] and i am a regular consignee of blue dart courier. My 5 courier are come in a one month at this address. And your company say consignee's address are incorrect. If address are incorrect and my no also printed on consignment [protected], [protected] your delivery boys first duty would call me and confirm my address. Before these formality how can you say consignee's address is incorrect.

                  I have not received my courier even though it is intimated in tracking as that delivery attempt is made. I have been waiting all day in my home and did not receive my package. It contains my us visa which is very important for me. This have been happening regularly in blue dart delivery. I am a regular customer of blue dart dhl and i am very disappointed as well as irritated on experiencing these kind of services. Please take immediate action to rectify it.

                      Regarding my way bill no [protected].

                      The status shows wrong status. It shows "customer requested future delivery: hal". It is wrong. We have been waiting for the packet whole day and no one has come for yhe delivery. No one has called us too.

                      There are very important document in it and we need to sort this out urgently.

                      Please halp amd look into urgently.

                        On 31st oct, 2018 at 12:09 am, i receive a sms from blue dart about that my parcel is delivered at 1832 on 30-oct-18 to self. But i didn't receive my parcel yet. I already paid for my parcel. The estimated delivery date was 30th oct. It's 1st nov today, i didn't receive any parcel. What kind of service is this?
                        Can you please let me know where is my parcel now?

                          The shipment was arrived at blue dart office on 29.10.2018, even after more than one week passed the shipment has not been delivered yet. They are just updating the status "undelivered shipment held at location". When will it get get delivered.# pathetic service!!

                          Even the contact no provided by blue-dart in unresponsive and not information has been shared that how one can get his parcel delivered. Even the other parcels got delivered by the same courier agency. But in this case they updated the status

                              Blue dart is unresponsive regarding lost package with tracking number [protected]. They say they could not locate my address but they have never called me. They are also non-responsive to my emails. Package arrived in my town three days ago. It has now been 15 days since product was shipped. Blue dart staff has also lied and indicated that package was picked up on oct. 20, but i have proof that it was picked up on the 17th of october.

                              Will file claim of rs. 14, 000 (Product value).

                                I had ordered from amazon which was to be delivered by blue dart, package no awb# [protected]. I got a call in the morning 10:18 am from the blue dart's delivery agent (Mobile no - [protected]), saying that package was available in the local courier office. But instead of delivering the order to the mentioned address, the delivery agent arrogantly asked me to pick it up from their office or the delivery will be delayed as they were apparently busy. I conveyed my ability to pick up and said him that i was okay with the delay.

                                I then called him again, on the mobile number - [protected], in the afternoon at 4.30 pm regarding the status of my order. He again arrogantly and rudely asked me to pick it up from the office. I told it was his job to deliver and told him i will be waiting for him to deliver.

                                Instead at night i received a message from amazon and blue dart that the order was cancelled. This outraged me, as it can be seen that the delivery agent cancelled my order without even attempting to deliver and added that i, the customer, cancelled it. And it can be seen from other complaints that such complaints about delivery agent cancelling order on their own isn't uncommon. As a courier service delivery agent, it's their job to deliver, instead of asking customers to pick up the order. I need a strict action taken against such rude, arrogant and rouge delivery agents causing trouble to customers like me. Please inform me too as what action was taken against such delivery agents (Mobile no - [protected])

                                  I want to update my land mark for my axis bank debit crd delivery as i m in kolkata... And delivery is in samastipur... And. Also the delivery guy didnt called me by reaching location... I put the waybil no. And i could see... That there is mentioned that unable to held landmark.. But they should atleast call me by reaching there but i didnt got any call... Its an urgent delivery kindly look into it.

                                  My waybill number [protected]. My hdfc credit card is stil not delievered. Evrytime they put a status address incomplete. It is pathetic more than 3 times my card is sent it back to bank. everytime i got a call from hdfc and take my request to call me on my registeres mobile when the person will get out for the delivery even though i never get a chance to talk with courier person because the courier person never called me. I think blue dart management should have a common sense...that before delivery the person should called up to the person who is responsible for the pickup. And please don't say that it is a policy you can't make calls when it is related to bank related documents...and hence if you do so..the person will never get the bank documents or anything realted to it. Please consider it as a complain. And please make a call before the delivery.

                                    Dear sir / madam

                                    Today morning i am received 3 sms to my mobile no ([protected]) at 2.51 am, that messages contain your amazon products delivered yesterday at 21.26 hours by self.

                                    I am not received any amazon courier yesterday.

                                    Way bill no: [protected]

                                    I complained to customer care [protected], no proper answer not received, even they are not taken my complained and not given any complained number, then i asked at least give coimbatore office contact number she didn't give.

                                    Very poor customer care support i already lose some money for 1860 service, she telling call again tomorrow.

                                    Final status : still not received my goods.

                                    Kindly take my mail as complaint and do the needful to get my goods.

                                      Hdfc bank was sent me a debit card. I have changed my delivery address and updated in hdfc portal. Because i relocated from that delivery address. But i need that debit card. I can pick the debit card from hyderabad, i[censored] provided the address. I contact hdfc chintal ground floor female employee and she was not responded.
