I was suppose to receive my new debit card from hdfc bank. The consignment was dispatched from chennai on 22nd oct and no calls yet by the delivery guy and i receive this message"waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues. Pls contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days"

I mean they did not inform me about the delivery and without contacting me how can they say address related issues in a city like bangalore... Just imagine the service in rural areas.. Pathetic

I was suppose to receive my new debit card from hdfc bank. The consignment was dispatched from chennai on 17th oct and on 25th oct i got the tracking no. Which showed that consignment is sent back.

I mean they did not informed me about the delivery and without contacting me it is sent back. This is the second time sucj incident has happened. The awb no. [protected].

This is pathetic,, one order done on 9th oct, is yet to be delivered..

Worst service i have ever seen with any online shopping, provided we are living in metro city.

So there was one attempt for delivery - when i was not available.

No attempt was done post that, even though i got a message 2-3 times in last week, but no one came to deliver, no one attempt to call.

How bad it can be...???

Pls cancel the order, raise thw refund with penalty. Since i waited for almost 13days to get a package delivered..

My courier with awb number : [protected] is with blue dart and they are not ready to deliver it to me.
They came to deliver it on 17th october 2018. And i was unavailable. So i asked the person to come on monday.
Now if i call the person, he is telling he will not deliver it. Later on he is not even ready to pick my call..
I tried contacting blue dart but they phone number is not valid. Also i sent a mail for which i got no response from them.
Blue dart is a fraud

Hello blue dart i am amazed by the service provided by you people in hyderabad this consignment has not been delivered for last 6 days now. This is my credit card, and yes of course it is not important.. I mean c'mon who needs a credit card right? Bank related documents and cards are never important hence i like your protocol of not delivering it to the concerned person instead wait for them to reach out to your office and collect it.. Justifying the actual purpose of courier right? This has not happened for the first time.. Last time i almost missed my flight because i had to go and collect my documents from your office where your team "works" so hard.

By mistake while placing an order from a website i entered the wrong address which was supposed to be delivered by bluedart on 24th Oct.Since i got a message of address incorrect from bluedart i want to change the shipping address.
Kindly change the shipping address of the order with Awb# [protected] which is by mistake entered wrong.

I have already mailed you the correct address on customer care mail id of yours.

Kindly contact [protected] in case of any query.Please do the same as it is very urgent

My parcel is not delivered to me and delivery man said that landmard not locateable or landmark needed. He doesnot call me or contact me to ask address if not know about area... This is not first time they do this type of mistakes many time. Please give me way to delivered my parcel at door. How i collect my parcel. Hdfc bank sent the courier for my address on before 10 days. But yet not receive that courier. I was communicate with your aruppukottai courier office. They told no one in the address also phone is in not reachable. But am in the same address also phone is available. Not responsiable answer also poor service from your end. I was tracking my consignment number. Now returned that cover also is in salem branch. Kindly resend that courier.

I have booked a phone cover on 11/10/2018 and was shown out of delivery from 20/10 onwards but havent reached my home.
On popping the amazon site and tracking bluedart it was shown that it was reached kochi, kerala, india.in the amazon track order popup it was shown that the item was on hold because of difficult adress in amazon. But many other items i have purchased reached on time. But now i'm totally dissatisfied with bluedart. You guys were brilliant once. Kindly keep up the prestige you had by improving services and please help me receive the parcel

I ordered a earphone from flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered to my work address which i provided on 22nd oct.
But i could see the delivery status as delivered in the tracking status on 20th oct.
I can see the product has been delivered to new thippasandra but the delivery address was informatica, bagmane tech park, cv ramanager and not new thippasandra.

Ill tried call many times to your tollfree number but its getting continously buzy also 1 time connected to them on 23/10/2018 i requested to call center people to delivered my persal as soon as possible early but they promised to me delivered on today (24/10/2018) but still i did not recieved any call from your blue dart team.
I requested why because its very important to me and i have to go out of station immediately on today morning only but yesturday i already booked flights on today morning again i cancelled the tickets because if your worst service. And also yesturday i found madinaguda blue dart office adress and i went to direct madinaguda blue dart office to my pickupperasal is there with them but they refused to give my persal by hand again they promised to me to delivered my persal on today but still now i didnot recieved any response from your service, this is what you people giving worst service to the customers,
Today ni8 again i booked flight tickets, i hope you people delivered my persal today below 6pm.
If i didnot receive my persal i raised a complaint in total social media & also who giving bussiness to you

Flipkart package was delayed due to worst service of blue dart. Despite getting any call or messages from blue dart, i got a message at the end of the day saying "my order is undelivered since you weren't available". Provided customer care number was also not working. I haven't even received any contact number of the respective delivery person. They're not even concerned to deliver the courier to the respective person. They're just giving to the security guard and leaving. Highly unacceptable service from a courier service.

My product has been sent via bluedart on 11 oct from manipal to hamirpur, uttar pradesh. When i track my product it shows product reached in my city on 17 oct and consignee not available or consignee address not available. No one come to my home to deliver. My waybill no is [protected]. Please help how i got my product. Could you send mobile or street address of your branch / office in hamirpur, uttar pradesh?

I have ordered in mi website with delivery location pincode. At time of ordering site shown that delivery is available in my location with pincode 686564.
Courier is handled by blue dart and can see update in tracking site with waybill [protected] with status undelivered shipment held at location. I got call from blue dart local office saying they have too many parcels to deliver and home delivery not possible. If customer has to collect from courier office (Which is different pin code) why its not mentioned at time of ordering or informed by courier to xiomi mi. I have ordered earlier in this portal and received home delivery in pin code 686564. Please help on this.

This is regarding waybill # [protected]. Courier is held at hinjewadi hub from 1 week. Guy who called 1st time for delivery when i was away from home is not responding call properly when i am calling him on same number (He says to call morning, evening, tomorrow, 2-3 hours or don't know current status of courier like stuff).

Same courier didn't delivered earlier also with different waybill # and returned back and it is shipped for the 2nd time.
