Please refer the conversation between my phone [protected] and your company phone [protected] on 15 oct 18. I was at office during the courier boy visit and when he called for delivery, i told him to just wait for 5 minutes till i reach my place. He rudely said he will not wait and after some persuasion he said he will take off as soon as 5th minute ends. When my friend reached the place 2-3 minutes later he was not there. After when i called him he teased me by saying he waited 10 minutes and 15 seconds. After that he asked me to come and wait at another place which was unknown to me and when i asked him explain the way he simply cut my call. I being a defence personnel certainly know the importance of time as that what matters to us, but seeing such heartless person at your helm it will be good that you deploy robots for delivery as they would be proper time complient. Because a human can adjust to some circumstances as in this case where he could not wait for another 2-3 minutes. His unwavering mannerless behaviour is another gem. Hope you look into this matter please.

                the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, and from 4 days they are updating the status o[censored]ndelivered Shipment Held At Location, where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response...what should I do?

                    Very bad experience from them, dont use this courier company bad experience from thrissur service centre. courier send from chennai 09th october 2018 and reached in TCR 10th October and these staffs didn't contact on phone 5 days untill 15/10/2018 we approach them with tracking. realy Baddart. there was phone number on the parcel and never contact!

                      Despite of providing my complete detailed address witj a landmark. .your track details show "consignee not available" the paradox is I was and I am at my place the whole day!!!...I was supposed to receive my order today. .after 5 days of delay...I contacted h&m customer service once again and they told me the entire problem is because of your delivery services. Your contact no. Is always busy coz I tried calling multiple times..it's so so not professional . Disappointed.

                          I have placed order for shampoo, and rejuvina through nykaa.com which was a prepaid order.Item was sent via blue dart courier . But the product was not delivered to me though in their website it was shown as delivered to me.Kindly help.

                              Hi,

                              I have order an item in paytm and paytm did the courier by bluedart.
                              Since 9th oct daily i am facing issue with this.

                              On 9th i got the call from blue dart stating that please come to ground floor and the courier boy disconnected the call after that word and i went to ground floor and waited for more than 30 mins and made no of calls to that guy but no response.

                              And the same thing on 11th. So i tried to call customer care but the number provided is not working.

                                  I had placed an order with h&m dated 10/10/18 using your service as the delivery method. Today it has been 5 days of my order being placed and still I haven't received it. Your message dated 13/10/18 read that "consignee not available", which can't be possible because I was very much at my place..fully awake!!. Thoigh I had provided my complete address details you have some address related issues regarding a landmark near my place..still I called h&m customer service to inform you about the same as your customer care no. was not reacheable and still not is.                                     I'm writing to you in connection to the package i had to get delivered by 10th october'18.

                                    There has been a serious delay in the package i need to be delivered.
                                    The comment in the tracker says, my phone was not reachable hence it is delayed. This reason could be accepted if it was delayed for a day or two. But i have been getting calls from bluedart and all other delivery partners for other packages i had ordered. Only this delivery has been prolonged to be delivered. I neither received any calls from you nor have i got any messages about my delivery date.
