Please refer the conversation between my phone [protected] and your company phone [protected] on 15 oct 18. I was at office during the courier boy visit and when he called for delivery, i told him to just wait for 5 minutes till i reach my place. He rudely said he will not wait and after some persuasion he said he will take off as soon as 5th minute ends. When my friend reached the place 2-3 minutes later he was not there. After when i called him he teased me by saying he waited 10 minutes and 15 seconds. After that he asked me to come and wait at another place which was unknown to me and when i asked him explain the way he simply cut my call. I being a defence personnel certainly know the importance of time as that what matters to us, but seeing such heartless person at your helm it will be good that you deploy robots for delivery as they would be proper time complient. Because a human can adjust to some circumstances as in this case where he could not wait for another 2-3 minutes. His unwavering mannerless behaviour is another gem. Hope you look into this matter please.

Your team did not called me before delivery and updated that my address is wrong.. What the # you guys are providing services like this if your delivery boy did not want to work so please fired him this not the first time every time i found that blue diet services is very poor

Sir the reason for sending this complaint to you is that i have orderd a ear phone from amazon and entered the adress but the dilevery didn't reached to that adress. We have to take that dilevery 5 km away from that adress. Sir if we are paying the charges that why the delivery is not given to that adress. I Didn't get any delivery.that your product will be delivered today SMS from blue dart.evey time I cope and paste my order I'd and paste on blue dart site to check delivery status but atlast I saw today it will be delivered but I was waiting hole day for the delivery but I got angry on that delivery boy but at 6:48pm I got SMS from Lenskart we aren't Able to deliver your product after that I got a Call from them but I keep it out but no one...

Regarding not delivering the parcel at given address and he told to collect the parcel from your office situated at akluj tal - malshiras, dist - solapur.
The delivery address is at malshiras, which is a taluka place even though he is not able to deliver the parcel at specified address.
He is arrogantly, he told to to collect parcel from akluj office.

The order contains cell lines for research purpose which requires special care and if it will be get destroyed within four to five days. Last time order number [protected] gone back because it was not delivered on time same is repeating second time.
Even your customer care number not working.
Unexpected service from blue dart.
Please deliver my order as early as possible otherwise order containing cell line will get destroyed.

the status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, and from 4 days they are updating the status o[censored]ndelivered Shipment Held At Location, where as I am at that address only and I have been calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now I am calling them and i am not getting any response...what should I do?

Very bad experience from them, dont use this courier company bad experience from thrissur service centre. courier send from chennai 09th october 2018 and reached in TCR 10th October and these staffs didn't contact on phone 5 days untill 15/10/2018 we approach them with tracking. realy Baddart. there was phone number on the parcel and never contact!

Despite of providing my complete detailed address witj a landmark. .your track details show "consignee not available" the paradox is I was and I am at my place the whole day!!!...I was supposed to receive my order today. .after 5 days of delay...I contacted h&m customer service once again and they told me the entire problem is because of your delivery services. Your contact no. Is always busy coz I tried calling multiple times..it's so so not professional . Disappointed.

Blue dart express limited — consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed waybill no.[protected].
I didnt get any call from the delivery boy or any msg also. My company sender one courier to me on september 1st week 2018, on september 18 blue dart people called and tell me that, they don't have vehicle to deliver the consignment so you should come and collect the item. I have order an item in paytm and paytm did the courier by bluedart.
Since 9th oct daily i am facing issue with this.

On 9th i got the call from blue dart stating that please come to ground floor and the courier boy disconnected the call after that word and i went to ground floor and waited for more than 30 mins and made no of calls to that guy but no response.

And the same thing on 11th. So i tried to call customer care but the number provided is not working.

I had placed an order with h&m dated 10/10/18 using your service as the delivery method. Today it has been 5 days of my order being placed and still I haven't received it. Your message dated 13/10/18 read that "consignee not available", which can't be possible because I was very much at my place..fully awake!!. Thoigh I had provided my complete address details you have some address related issues regarding a landmark near my place..still I called h&m customer service to inform you about the same as your customer care no. was not reacheable and still not is. I want the update regarding my order and want itto be delivered asap. Also I mailed you regarding the same but have not received any reply yet!!

I'm writing to you in connection to the package i had to get delivered by 10th october'18.

There has been a serious delay in the package i need to be delivered.
The comment in the tracker says, my phone was not reachable hence it is delayed. This reason could be accepted if it was delayed for a day or two. But i have been getting calls from bluedart and all other delivery partners for other packages i had ordered. Only this delivery has been prolonged to be delivered. I neither received any calls from you nor have i got any messages about my delivery date.
This package is important to me for today (15th oct).
Can you please expedite this request and manage to get it delivered today before noon?

Nearly one month is going to be completed, but my way bill no [protected] has not yet been delivered. May i know the reason? When the same will be delivered? From september 28th it is due to be delivered.in tracking some other type of message is coming. I have also contacted mobile no [protected], who told me that my parcel would be delivered today. But there is no progress. No body from blue dart is telephoning me. It is quite astonishing. Please resolve the issue.
