Yesterday, i received a call through a m. N. [protected] to received my consignment at your delivery boy convenience and choice places. I refused that i am unable to receive at any places. This is mutual agreement between me and xiaomi to deliver the consignment at my door step, and you have also accept the same with xiaomi. Earlier, i called your coustmer care no. [protected] but this is not working, i have also call to your delhi branch no. [protected] but couldn't responding by your official, then i mail to xiaomi.
This is fact, and you also accept that your services are very poor, due to inefficient staff line.
If, you want, you may easily access that i have paid in advance for my consignment, there is no reason to refuse, your staff line telling lie and cheating to you. The poor services may also access of your bhabhua branch through tracking record.
At last i may say this is breach of agreement.
