Your office boy at Mansa handed me a open consignment from the bank, when I wanted to share the pic with bank employee, the office boy pushed me back in the office and pulled the consignment from my hands.is this the service we get.

They are showing me necessary charges pending from consignee, even though they are not contacting me.

Blue Dartvbroke my tv, now they are blaming us for wrong packaging it was wrapped in blanket and bubble wrap and cardboard rolll nicely, They accepted and checked the packing, still if it is wrongly packed why they accepted this, they are professionals so they should guide us and reject the pickup.Before they never asked to pack in its box, now they are saying it was not in its box, blaming us seeing the photo before packing.I want my tv to be repaired at least.

Blue Dart broke our hard earned money tv.I sent from Pune on 17.12.2022 to Jamshedpur.They damaged it so badly, seems someone crushed it 6 or 7 times, it was packed by professionals by blanket and bubble wrap and cardboard roll nicely.They accepted by checking it properly, Now they are refusing to pay any compensation, I'm in immotional trauma as I am addicted to it.I am requesting them at least to repair it.

I have tried some hundred times to get in touch with a person i can speak with at bluedart but to no avail. My waybill no is [protected]. My consignment was supposed to be received on Dec 30, 2022.but i have still not received it. The status shows: consignee shifted from the given address. That is ridiculous. Blue dart has not even called/contacted me once if they had difficulty finding my address. Additionally, All my order are getting delivered in Pune address. Only blue dart is creating problems. Please deliver the consignment asap. This is an extremely important consignment and time sensitive

इस साल जुलाई के महीने में एक फ्रेंचाइजी ने नाशिला पदार्थ बुक किया. जिसके लिए

अपनी दुकान पर कूरियर बुक न करें।दूसरे कंपनी का माल बुक न करें. मैंने कहा कि दूसरे कंपनी का माल बुक करने में क्या दिक्कत है. उसने मेरी फ्रेंचाइजी रद्द कर दी. मुझे भारी आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ. मेरा आपमान हुआ.

I didn't receive my order today although received a message saying " Your order is delivered to SELF" . Please help me with the same... I checked out with everyone at home about order but no one has received any of the order .. so kindly look into the matter

I have not got any call from the courier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called the customer care of the blue dart. But they have not responded properly. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve ur service and get me my package asap. The customers has to suffer a lot because of this kind of behaviour.

I had placed an HP Laptop Order on 21 Dec . It was told in the HP website that I am supposed to recieve it on 24 Dec.

The same thing showed in their partner Delivery website Blue Dart, that I am supposed to recieve it on 24 December.

However till 25 Dec at night, when i did not get, I contacted the HP customer service, they told they will raise a complaint.

So on 26, today, at 4 pm, I got a call from a Blue Dart delivery person Sanjay Macha(Truecaller name) of phone number [protected]. He asked me where I live, and told me he will be coming within 1 hr.

But after 1 hr, i got a 1 sec missed call from another number Swami Sunil A(Truecaller name) phone number [protected] .

I tried calling him again and again, but it seemed that he had blocked my number after calling fastly for 1 sec.

Then now when I am checking the status of my Bluedart, it is saying "consignee not available" .

Just to remind, the laptop is worth more than 1 lakh and a huge amount for a person like me, and I have already paid the full advance in the official website of H.P.

This fishy behaviour reeks of some kind of scam happening within few employees of Blue Dart.

I recently ordered body wash, it was supposed to be delivered by blue dart, the tracking id is [protected], here it shows delivered, but i didn't received my product as well as any notifications.

Last 2-3 days, BlueDart is simply updating the status of my shipment with AWB [protected] as "Consignee not available" without making any attempt to deliver or even contact me. Wrote an email to them about why this is happening, but as usual no response. Their phone line[protected] always gives a message "Network Congestion". The package was sent via Domestic Priority.

Need strict action on such lies by big organizations like BlueDart who are simply flouting all the rules.
