It has to be delivered at my oracle office.
I m working in oracle office and they kept status im shifted from my place.
There was not even a call from the couried guy.
It is deeply disappointing and inconvenient regarding the courier service.
I did not expect this from a renowned courier service.

As i should have been delivered a credit card from hdfc bank at my work location with order id [protected]. As i will be available from 3.30 pm onwards at my work, the delivery person is not delivering the card, and suggesting me a different address to pickup the delivery, which is not possible as it is away from my work.
So please solve the issue and make the delivery after 3.30pm and help me.

I m from durgapur, west bengal. My mails such as credit card and other come through blue dart.
But blue dart office in durgapur has not delivered my mails to me at home. Last 4 times i had to go to the office and collect my mails. They are just updating in the site as, 'consignee not available'. But i am always present at my resident. They are not calling me at all, but on quiry they tell that call was made.

Awb [protected] is at wrong station. they can not reach to address. i informed to [protected] for service area. customer care told me about delivery will be definitely reach to my shipment address via third party courier provider. but i found there is not any courier station located in last destination.
shipment is comes out for delivery but they only make updates not calling to number in provided in address'.

Dear team,
Blue dart ajmer rajasthan agency, not deliver parcels and deliverables. If customer not track online and it self pick from agency however blue dart ajmer return back to the parcels.
If you audit the update data of deliverables, usually update in system "short address", incomplte address, address not in area and many more objections.

Please sensitize the agency owner for the same.

The captioned courier was not received which was suppose to receive on 17th of this month as per the tracking system. I had tried to reach on the toll-free number but the same seems no response.

Need the satisfactory reply on this and the time frame to receive the pending courier.

I had placed an order through Max and it was supposed to be delivered on 18.09.2018 but due to my poor health condition I was not in the office so I asked the delivery boy named Ronnie (Phn number - [protected]) to please give it to me on the next day i.e. 19.09.2018.

But at night at around 11:30 pm I received a message from Blue Dart stating that the parcel has been delivered to me. Please note that it was a paid parcel.

As it was late night hence I did not call the guy that very moment but I saved his number so that I could take necessary action later on. Today around 10 am I gave him a call and told him to please give the products in the morning.

He came some time back and I asked him that why did he marked the parcel delivered?

He said that he is a sub agent and it was not his fault but the Bhowanipore delivery guy named Partha told him that they can mark the product delivered as it was a Paid order.

I have been ordering items for over Two decades now and have not faced such an issue as the delivery date has always been rescheduled.

I am really dissatisfied and need an explanation along with a compensation for such an act.

Blue Dart is unable to deliver my extremely urgent shipment. Yesterday, the status showed 'Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal ' and now today, it shows 'Undelivered Shipment Held At Location'. This is very urgent and I am very much disappointed with the service. The random status changing is completely unacceptable. Request you to kindly look into this on priority and provide a resolution....

Your order from nykaa with blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered due to address related issues. To reschedule, please call[protected] from 9am-9pm mon-sat.
Kindly pickup the call and respond to the messages left to you to deliver the parcel. If you are unable to reach an address, you could call me to resolve your problem in case of address related issue....

I ordered a product from Amazon . A message came from blue dart that it will be delivered by 18 sept 2018 but it was not delivered. Suddenly after sometime a message came that your address is not clear. Is this the way you should have called me . I would have guided you to my address and this is the 4th time this thing is happening. I therefore request you to please ensure that my delivery should be in time

I was sent a courier from a bank.The delivery guy never even tried to call me even once but still in delivery tracking it was updated as premise closed, customer not reachable etc..for continuous 3 days.Not it says it was unable to be delivered.Guys please dont send time sensitive packages through blue dart.Even the customer care people are not answering properly.

The materials against the subject way bill not delivered till date whereas expected date of delivery was 10.09.2018.
If you could not take care for timely delivery of the goods then why you accept the materials.
I call several times for last four days and every time we have informed that the good will be delivered to-day but when today will come god's known.

I ordered for sarees and chudithar in catavilla. Com owner pratik R sarkariya on 05 sep. He send the dispatch slip on 6septhe bar code no is [protected]in that slip of bluedart courier. But still I didn't get any courier from u. He his blaming u. I have enclosed the slip photo. U check he handover my metrials to you or not. If he is not handover u can take action against him. Becoz he using ur company name for cheating and spoiling ur reputed name. He name is pratik R sarkariya. And his phone no-[protected]

That company owner pratik R sarkariya send the dispatch slip from bluedart courier service.i have many times tracked in ur website but it always showing the incorrect no. That slip bar code no is [protected].he told me he handover my metrials to you and blaming u. Plz check he is handover the metrials or not.. If he is not handover the metrials.. Bluedart courier service take action against him. Because he is trying damage ur reputated name.. This is catalogvilla.com owner ph no [protected]..i have closed the dispatch slip

This is not the right product which they shown in the ad.. As the product is not worth for the amount paid by me. So kindly i request you refund my amount and get your valuable product..

Really i am feeling bad with the product delivered

My humble request don't deliver theses kind of product and this is not even apt for oneplus 6.

Am sure this product is not the right/suitable one for titled product oneplus 6

I didn't expect such irrelevant product really it's barring me...

I was calling the delivery boy for so many time but he is cutting the phone he is not receiving my call at all I called costumer care for check again and they start lying they said the delivery boy called me 8 times n I am not receiving my call seriously unbelievable I will show u the no and I called more than 30times.

Although my address is complete and correct but blue dart Bikaner office is not ready to deliver my debit card and your staff behavior is very rude.worst level of customer service.I want you to send my debit card on address as soon as possible otherwise I will take issue to higher authorities.so do the needful ASAP.
