Customer ID with IDFC Bank - [protected], Last 4 digits of credit card- 4039. Registered Mobile Number - [protected]. The whole complaint is about the Bluedart courier. My Credit card from IDFC Bank was dispatched on 2nd December 2022 via Bluedart. Tracking ID - [protected]. On 3rd December the shipment was on ' Out for delivery '. But I wasn't at home so I asked him to reschedule for 6th December. On the 6th of December, the product was on ' Out for delivery ' again. I was at my office so I asked the courier boy to go to my address (the original address given for delivery) and deliver the product to my brother. The Courier boy rudely asked me to come to some other place to collect the product. I requested him to go to my address but he denied it. He said rudely that doorstep delivery isn't available. Please have a look. And deliver my product to my location. I came back from the office at night. So it's impossible for my brother to go somewhere to collect the product. The delivery boy's name was - Pratibindu Halder. Please do the needful and deliver my product as soon as possible.

    My waybill [protected] I've not received my product and not got any calls from delivery person and it never shown out for delivery and it's showing delivery restricted area, please look into the matter bluedart.

      Dear Bluedart customer care team
      We have received unsealed item delivery at NASSCOM foundation centre office, Gaya Bihar today.
      Details of the courier service provided below:-

      Issue is that if any materials get missing in the unsealed open box, who will be sole responsible? How could Bluedart send unsealed items? The delivery person was rigid and any how unloaded courier item to our office.

      Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful, Also do contact us for the same.

            My ref number is : [protected]
            when i check in online status is showing as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address". I have not shifted from that address. I am staying there from past 15 years. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.strange think is that when they picked up my parcel from my home they came to the Wright address but when they have to deliver to the address they have update like that.

                I got a call with the number [protected] regarding my product delivery.
                After few minutes, i receive a message that "your order has been delivered".
                When I call him back to confirm he started abusing and cut the call.
                Requesting Bluedart to train them properly so he can behave properly.
                I also want the information of my product as i haven't recieved it.

                  I have not received my order still it is showing as delivered, your delivery partner is himself mentioning HE DOES NOT KNOW WHERE HE KEPT THE ORDER. We as customers pay hefty amounts for products and then because of irresponsible delivery partners like yours misplace the orders, your customer care numbers are also never reachable, what are the numbers for exactly then, your delivery people NEVER CALL, it has happened with me more than once, at this point I am just fed up with your delivery service

                      Hi there, BlueDart Madurai currently holding my in-law's passports which they received from the VFS Chennai office. And the reason they quoted is the incorrect address. The address lines are very clear enough to locate our home and these are the address details we are using for a long time and for all kinds of courier and postal services. Can we get the BlueDart Madurai delivery person's contact details in order to guide them to the right place, even Google Maps can help to find our location with the details that we provided to BlueDart. We don't want to lose our flight because of your mistake. Please help us to sort this out ASAP. Thank you.

                            My waybill number is [protected]. I ordered an item from Zara on 26th November 2022 and the app showed the estimated delivery date of 30th November 2022. I wanted the item latest by 1st December 2022. The parcel was shipped through Blue Dart Express. The company Zara gave the parcel to Blue Dart on 26th November itself. The parcel is stuck in Gurugram and Delhi since then and there is no update. I have tried calling the company for more than 50 times, 53 to be exact and there has been no response. The call just goes busy or unreachable. I even tried mailing the concerned authority but there has been no concrete reply or update about my order. I would be really grateful if you could look into this matter

                              I ordered a coat from Vero Moda for the winter as i will be traveling to a cold country. It was to be delivered on 28th Nov. I received a message saying "out for delivery" but it never came. The same night, i received a message saying, we attempted delivery but the consignee's address is invalid (i checked and it wasn't) So, i clicked on the link and shared the already correct address again.

                              Today, I spoke to vero moda's customer care and they said they have asked blue dart to speed it up. I received a message again saying it is out for delivery but - yeah, you guessed it, nothing.

                              Note, there is no delivery boy's number shared or a live tracking. I only says "out for delivery" but nothing comes by. I am also at home the entire day so there is no way I'd miss it.

                              I have not received a call or next or any update on the parcel. I am leaving in 3 days and this service is next to pathetic. At this point, it is easier for me to apply and receive government documents than get a delivery from Blue Dart.

                              Worst thing is that their customer call center numbers are all invalid. The most you can do is write an email. And, I expect them to take their own sweet time to respond to it as if it is being delivered by a pigeon.

                              Either way, my number is [protected]. If you cant understand my address (not like its rocket science) ill guide you to it.

                                  This is the 2nd time that my Shipment is not delivered on time. This is very worst and poor service delivery you have in my location Dhamnod MP 454552.
                                  Your DB staff mentioned above is so rude and ruff in behavior and not giving any response regarding my shipment.
                                  He mentioned in status as Out Of Delivery Area Location, while my address is in the middle of the main city.

                                    The parcel delivery was booked by the online delivery store on 25.11.2022 with correct address. It was out for delivery on 27th november but not delivered left with the comment saying delivery area not accessible. Again out for delivery on 28th again the same status updated saying delivery area not accessible. Information was given to the customer care saying if they face problems ask the delivery person to give a call on the mentioned mobile number. But not attemted to call. Worst service, hundres of delivery happen here from online stores not a single problem but blue dart is the worst.

                                      I ordered an product from random website which was delivered by ur executive i picked the order from him on 11 nov nd taken witn me to home when i opened it the product was empty but i paid ur executive 999 rs next day i returned the order nd asked him for the refund he said it will take 2 weeks now after such days he is not returning my money nd the waybill number which i got from the product shows that the product is returned what i think is that ur executive give me intentionally the empty product but he returned the product nd charged me money he was also saying that i will not get any refund pls look into the matter and ask bluedart executive in barwala to refund me the amount

                                        Hi,

                                        My waybill number is [protected] and I was waiting all day for delivery as per the site status check. I called up customer care to get this delivered too in priority.

                                        However after 8 pm i see this status as Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For. Is this even justified. We dont have security or anyone. Its just a stanalone apartment. Nor did the blue dart delivery person called. I want my shipment to be delivered tomorrow at any cost.
