I have booked one shipment on 05/09/2018 urgent basis - ttd service.
They told me the shipment will deliver by 10.30 am to 12 pm of 06/09/2018.
I paid as per there service cost 530 rupees. It was very very urgent documents
For my business. Unfortunately shipment was gone through normal or regular mood without inform me and it will deliver 07/09/2018. It is a huge loss for my company. Its very harmful for this service. I want to take legal action. Also want my money back. Its unprofessional.

Most respectfully, I intimate you the fact that. One of your courier guy contact me on my mobile number [protected] for a return pickup of a product of Paytm. He called me after 6pm. The pickup address is official address. And I told him that m not at that location and kindly pickup tomorrow. But he talked me like a bad way and ask me to reach at nearest blue dart hub and he can't come tomorrow. And threatened me to cancel the return.

I have courier 17th august some households & electronic materials but the courier person bhadrak branch commited me no damage all are our responsibility pe kg rs 80/-, he committed me courier reach by 24th august pune but courier received 27th august all the paking was only polybags no babal papers now all materials are damage i have no use this µwave are damage i had call bhadrak & pune branch concern people no body reply me & your callcenter no always busy i have tryed 100 times.
Waiting your positive reply... Nobody reply me bhadrak & pune branch follow-up last 2days.

Blue Dart is fooling with fake delivery attempts.
I have stayed home waiting for the shipment. And the Delivery guy didn't even attempted and reported premises closed. There are no phone calls. No Point of contact. And the customer care even is not reachable.

This is the second time the shipment is being redirected. It contains my bank cards which are very imp and urgent for me.

Kindly take action on this kind of fraudulent services

It is really disappointing to go through such bad service from company like blue dart, while all other courier services are able to deliver positively.

Hi i have ordered beats headphone but its really dummy and fake product.
One more thing is that its already opened and its really utterly waste. I dont know which coward is selling these and cheating people. I request to cease him immediately so that people wont get cheated by him again.

I want to return this product and i want my money back. Please do the needful.

I am expecting a packge from icici bank with EWAYBILL NO [protected]. But the shipment status is showing incorrect address. Where as i already received few packages from bank on the same address. And if there is some issue in delivering the product why am i not getting a call from delivery person. What kind of disgusting service is it by bluedart

I sent from kolkata som brochures which don't have any commercial value to chennai on 3rd september early afternoon for a very emergency purpose, blue dart promised to reached the shipment at chennai, tamil nadu 600119 on 4th september and for this fast service blue dart charge us rs.3000/- but the shipment was not reached at the place till 6th of september, the status is in transit. We are paying high to get fast & good service but this is ridicules. So that we now want our entire pay means rs. 3000/- refund from blue dart as early as possible because the courier not reached at proper time for that blue dart charged so for that we have to bear a harm.

Im so disappointed with the service provided by blue dart. Its just 10 min distance from my hostel to blue dart office. The item has reached that office 10 days ago and they haven't even tried to deliver it. They nevwr called in my phone. They are telling that the adress given by me is wrong even though every other courrier service is delivering more than 50 products daily at out college.

I had given a packet for Lucknow on[protected] but till date[protected] that is not delivered and despite contacting the customer care multiple times i was misguided that the premises were closed and same was updated on the site but after continuously following up at 04:10 pm on[protected] i get to know that the packet is never sent for delivery . please arrange the urgent dilivery for the same. I was suppose to get my credit card to be delivered today at my office premises. I also have got the message for delivery today, however the delivery boy has come to deliver the shipment at my office & unfortunately i was taking my lunch that time and asked to wait for just 2 mins only. But the delivery boy was so rude & did not wait for two mins and walked away with in 30 seconds.

Please educate such person that it's very important documents for customers. Even they are getting paid to deliver it on time.
Please schedule the delivery toady as its very urgent for me.

Yesterday(04/09/2018) i received a message from bluedart that you have received your parcel tommorow(05/09/2018), thats why today at morning i contact to your Lonand branch office for enquiry but a courier boy (Rahul) sopke in wrong way.

I am requesting you to. Tomorrow before 12:00 pm the courier will deliver me because i will go to the office after 12:00. That's why you will deliver the courier before 12:00. If you have some problem in the address, then please call me. But do not go back

I was expecting a courier from British council from this morning. I have also received a SMS conformation that the courier is out for delivery around 02:49 Pm today. I called up the customer care today and found that the delivery has been attempted and returned due to person not available.But, this was a wrong information provided by the courier boy.

Request you to take appropriate action against such wrong information and being not professional in his services. This is an attrocious service altogether.

As I have seen there are 5298 complaints already registered and in my opinion to Register complain will become useless, inspite of that I want to share that my product was supposed to deliver on Friday but from last three days they called me up n told me we will deliver it tomorrow. Now today they call me n told me that did you cancel your order our deliver boy went there but you cancelled the order. Bloody ###.wats this? PlZ take action against this. Such a poor service..

My bank had sent my credit card in bluedart courier services. When i tracked it, i could find that it was out for delivery on 24-aug-2018 itself. Today's date is 04-sep-2018, it is not delivered. When i track it, i can see that they keep on updating that the delivery got failed since the delivery address belongs to restricted area as i had given my office address. Everyone here knows that the receiver use to go out of the restricted area to collect the courier. They didn't even give me a phone call, text message or mail. I can see the status only when i track it.

The credit card is very very urgent for me and i'm suffering a lot as it's not being delivered to me.

Neither their global customer care number nor the local office numbers are reachable.

I called the bank team to intimate the courier team for calling me, still i didn't get any update. Finally i dropped them a mail and 'begged' them to deliver it to it is very urgent for me. I got a reply like they would intimate the concerned team, but still i didn't get it. They are not even updating me.

The impact which was made due to this delay more than 12 days (As of now) is very very high and the team is responsible to compensate.

I request you to take an appropriate action on it.

Sir im venkatakrishnan from koundampalayam. A courier was send to me on 28.08.18 from
Bank which is very important for me and your koundampalayam, coimbatore, tamilnadu branch blue dart person havenot informed or reached me till 4..9.18
But i came to know the courier detail no.[protected] from bank and tracked in the net..
In that your people updated as door closed from 28.8.18 to 3.9.18 ie., 7 days..
Where all the days we were at our home morning and evening times. Mean time no phone call recd,
No sms recd, no information given to the neighbor or no notes tagged in our gate..
Instead they updated as if they had called on 28.8.18 which i have not recd..
You can veryfy my call records and even that is so why they have not tried to contact
In any one of the way after 28.8.18 and also i do not know that a courier has come to me so
That i take personel risk to collect. So when i got the information from bank on 3.9.18 noon
I tried their no [protected] at 2pm onwards but the number is either
Switched off or not reachable which i got record so i tried the customer care no.[protected] several times
By pressing various level instruction which is not user friendly and even i press the
Said no. It is again asking to press saying you are not pressed any no. So with high disappointment
I went to your courier little early from my office but it was late and closed. As we are
Office going people we will be at our premises till 9 am and after 5pm except sundays. The next day on 4.9.18
I was waiting at your office door step from 9.30 am to 10.15am putting permission to my office and finaly
They opened and i enquired but the courier was returned previous day.
So i was totaly upset by worst resposnse, the service and they are not able to give a clear explanation.

Being a reputed concern every body belive that you will any how deliver, and have trained profetional
But this type of service will spoil the confidence 1. No proper phone calls.. Can call till you catch them
2. No sms 3. No information droped to the neibhour 4. No intimation tag sticked in gate. And filanly
5. No proper customer handling and response given.

In my case they simply came to my house in the noon and updated as door closed for 7 days and returned without taking any effort. If they tried any one
Of the above it would be very timely help... Very sad...
For your kind information my house is simply 150ft from your koundampalayam office. Even you can view some other reviews stating the same problem with your people...
