Even for a 10 rupees product delivery, now a days we are getting the delivery persons contact number, but for the bank valuables we are not getting any information other then this tracking system from your end. And the worst case is for getting this product we have to sit back in home for the whole day because you are not giving proper time commitment also. I have to loose my one day salary, time, other commitments for your delivery.

Worst service!!

    I have not yet received my product which i was to be received last month 30th June, and i have tried to call the customer care and other helplines there is no response . I am trying to call since 4 to 5 days before but there is no response. If like this only continues to happen i have to take a drastic steps against this. This a last warning to the blue dart to deliver my product asap...and lastly im not satisfied with the service .

      Hello,

      My name is vishal vishwakarma booked the order from herbalife and post to available on the mentioned address that also i have not received, and delivery men posted the status on "consignee not available"?
      This is regular complaint about the blue dart services. And many times i failed to received my shipment. And also customer care is not useful to get the help no contact information available and no one receiving the call when contact number available.
      Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Respected Sir. Blue dart service not provide my credit card which is deliver from bank at my home address.Though everyone is available at home and message show unable to deliver.Address n all is perfect with out any mistake.today almost 19 days completed.plz take action

        Worst service i have seen from blue dart courier service & logistic.

          Dear sir,

          I have applied for a new pan card in the name of benevolent consultant which was dispatched to our address and i couldn’t receive the pan card. As per postal service agent our company is shifted to some other place whereas we are still on the same place. Still i again requested for the dispatch and again with some new reason it was returned back even without delivery attempt, i have paid re-attempt fees for the 3rd time and this time also i havent receive my pan card. Its been 6month i am not able to understand whats happening

            my credit card showing delivered but not received yet

            As i am checking on bluedart shipment its showing my credit card has delivered but delivery boy called me not delivered my card n told me that he will deliver @4:30 but not delivered and his number was switched off. Then why blue dart showing that card has delivered. Its valuable item how can courier company show this that item is deliver when its not delivered....

            I mahesh frm airforce station suryalanka 522101. Everytime i order online, bluedart collect items and not deliver to my place rather call and tell to collect in bapatla branch office saying no delvery range to suryalanka. My question is if they dont have delivery range why are they taking my item. Please reply for this and i will also take legal action about this.

            Delivery service is absolutely unprofessional and without even attempting to deliver package, they update system saying "No Such Consignee At The Given Address"

            Are we fool to provide invalid address for bank documents.

              We have to deliver 4 boxes from Ulhasnagar to Gurgoan (Haryana) for which I am booking pick up for Bluedart on helpline number & informing them to send person before 5:00Pm.
              There is no response from them nor any person is coming in time to pick up material.
              Worst serviced I have experience from Bluedart.
              Yesterday My self waited at office for more then 12 hour (till 6:30PM) & later helpline executive is saying sorry sir we don't have pick up today due to heavy rain in Mumbai.
              Not a single person is taking responsibility nor we have any local number for communication.

                This is in regards to my second complaint with you your courier guys are stealing the product regularly this time they have stolen our product moto e4+ which i have sold on ebay AWB number is [protected] & [protected]. This is a really very bad experience we have ever faced with blue dart. I am surely going to raise a complaint with consumer forum and will take necessary actions against your company.

                  For my name (Ramesh G) the courier inside courier Cheque sent by the SCB bank. Blue Dart Courier : [protected] - Waybill no. Delivered to the wrong person. When I called Blue dart courier boy, he said, in the address some one received it. I asked him, did u get sign he said no. But today i Got mail from the bank which recevied from Courirer the courier delivered to the self and signed my name as well. I wondering, the first day, the courier boy updated incorrect address and how come next day the same courier deliverd to the wrong person. Even the courier person didn't call my cell no as well. WIthout checking ID proof the cheque delivered to the wrong person. I informed to Bank to deal this case with Courier itself. Even today I am trying to reach Vadapalani branch no many times. But no one picking up.

Sir i got a call on 2nd July from blue dart courier person he called around 12.30pm actually i am in hospital i asked delivery boy to come at afternoon but he told i cant come sir. He told i will come on 3rd july and i told to him to come around 3.00pm but nobody called till now when i checked through tracker on 4th July wrongly code mentioned as (consignee not available). I am really shocked. Blue dart is no 1 courier service becoz of some irresponsible engineer they are spoiling ur brand please avoid of wrong code mentioning please train them other wise it will get problem to ur blue dart courier. I am requesting u to please tell the guy to call me and i am available at afternoon time. i want shipment very urgent.. I hope i will get my shipment asap...

                    I am not having is mobile number call from hsr layout blue dart please track with ur blue dart engineer wo called me without my knowledge they have sent to home address I told to deliver in office address they are sending to home address with one attempt I am not satisfied with ur service. I.in past I am also a blue dart employee used to call 3 attempt after that only we are updating on shipment. Please correct this mistakes.

                      Very sorry to inform you that, your customer service and article delivery time is worst. No one has given any satisfactory answer about my article. Your software is also not working my article has reached rishikesh transit on 29th of may 2018. But there is no movement still, no further information regarding this. Think take to much time. This is the worst service of bluedart i have used ever.
                      So, i request to you please sort out my problem as soon as possible

                        Date of incident:4-july-2018

                        I am regret to inform you that i have faced such a pathetic experience from your services from vadodara branch.
                        The above mentioned consignment is sent to me from gurgaon, in the first place i have received a message yesterday confirming that the consignment is delivered to me at 3.20 pm, it was all a false response updated on the website as the courier was not delivered to me when i contacted the local office its been communicated to me that the system is wrongly updated and thy will rectified this error, by considering it a human error i just ignore it, but i am dejected to inform you that today when i have received the parcel its envelop was opened completely and was totally wet in order words its spoiled completely due to water, i have attached the pics for your reference. Just to reiterate i need a clarification on the below mentioned concerns:

                        1) why the system is wrongly updated as delivered?? What was the intention behind this?? I can guess the intention of proving that the consignment is delivered in 24 hours just to justify the higher tariff charges from your side, please explain the reason??

                        2) why the parcel is spoiled and is exposed to open air when its fact that its a rainy season??

                        3) why the envelop is opened?? Who has opened the sealed envelop?? I need a clarification on this.

                        Nevertheless to say that blue dart is a international leading courier company and this type of experience is not only challenging the services but also ruining the brand image of the company.
                        I would want a compensation for this fall.

                        I had courier my amazon self return through bluedart in 20 June 2018 even on 3rd July 2018 it didn’t delivered
                        I did not refuse to accept. Because the courier guy came when our office is closed and was rude while talking to me. He just cut the call. I want my parcel to be delivered next day.
                        There's a delivery boy named MONIL in Udaipur branch office who's very cheap person... He stole from my house and also abused when asked for returning the product... He's a person of low character... please don't let him enter your house.

                          Hi,

                          Delivery boy did not come to deliver credit card to my address. On call, he just asked my name and then cut the call. After that i tried calling him multiple times and he did not pick them. This happened yesterday also, when he did not come to my location to deliver the package. Such kind of behavior has increased among delivery boys to just mark as customer not available and not reach the customer to deliver the package.

                            Bluedart customer care number is irresponsive. Their email address is getting bounced. What kind of service are they giving? Is it doing fraud with people now a days?

                            They are showing delivery attempted but premises closed. I was present at my address all day. The delivery person didnt even called me one single time and gave such kind of status. Kindly look into this.

                              I received a sms from you on 30-jun-2018 that my “american express credit card shipment awb number [protected] will be attempted on or after 30-jun-2018.” i got a call from your delivery boy on 2nd july at 7 pm in the evening attempting to deliver at my office address. Since i had just left from office, i replied that i am in need of the shipment urgently so please try to deliver it tomorrow in the first half. The person assured that it will be delivered on tuesday i. E. 3rd july. I waited for the courier all day long and then finally called up bluedart customer care and the representative assured that i would get delivery by evening 6.45 pm. Despite heavy rains i waited in the office till 6.45 yesterday however i still did not receive the shipment. At 9.21 pm, bluedart sends me a message stating that they tried to deliver. Where did you attempt to deliver? I did not receive any call? Why are you sending false messages.

                              When i check the shipment online it says that delivery was attempted at 5.35 pm and i waited in office till 6.45 pm for this courier. What do you mean “consignee not available”? I need an answer for this. Where exactly did you attempt to deliver.

                              Please note that this is a corporate credit card and i got my card processed on priority in 3 days time but a professional courier goofed it up by taking a very long time to deliver. While i write this mail i don’t know whether i would ever receive my credit card. I needed the card urgently as i need to do an urgent travel for office related work.

                              The whole purpose of expediting my card has been lost due to inefficiency of bluedart and the delivery agents. I am awaiting immediate response to my email and delivery of my credit card.

                                Your customer care care phone numbers are either switched off or not answering.

                                I tried Mumbai, AHAMADABAD AND latur.

                                Latur Blue dart office not providing any details.
                                They dais they are responsible for city only not for village area.

                                Very irresponsible service.

                                  I m mohammad abbas holding sbi credit card customer. My credit card has been dispatched via blue dart courier service. But courier deliver person cll to me for receiving of my sbi credit card but when i reach with id proof at couriers location then courier person switch of mobile and move out from present place. I had wait and try many times but courier person give not any response.

                                      Courier not received, nobody even called me and they are changing status everyday that premises is closed. I specifically told them on phone the first day when a guy came to deliver courier that i will be available at home after 6 pm everyday. But after that day nobody ever showed. This has happened many time whenever i get deliveries from blue dart. I tried calling to mohali bluedart office as well, but nobody picks calls.

                                      They are not even coming to my home to deliver and just change status to premises closed everyday. This is very bad service.
