Expected date of delivery was 4th june bit i haven't received it yet. Awb no is [protected]. I have been calling them since then but they just simply say that it would be delivered next day. They didnt check into the matter. When i tracked online it said they couldn't find location. Atleast they should have called when they didnt find. This has been happening for 3 days now. Please make sure i could get the. Product as soon as possible.

I am rajesh kumar. A courier has been sent for me by citybank from u. But it was not diliverd in my address beacuse you did not update right address. My new address is. H. Please look into the issue we customers are suffering due to your bluedart service in srinagar, it is worst ever service i have seen, no delivery in time, no customer satisfaction, rude behaviour of employees... Please change the whole staff if you really wish your bluedart name to be good, also look into the reviews on internet customers are giving related to this service in srinagar.

While tracking the status of waybill no.[protected] in the blue dart online tracking system it is found the item is wrongly displaying as delivered on dt.05.06.2018. But sorry to inform your that the same has not been received by me till now.
I have already communicated to the customer care of blue dart but no result. Kindly help me in receveing the material at the earliest.

I am really annoyed the way your courier boys have treated me.
I never expected to b treated like this by bluedart.

First i received a call from
‭+[protected]‬ at 12:45 pm
He was very rude and his behaviour was intolerable. He refused to share his name with me and hung up the call.. I tried to call him back but he didn't answer my call.

After somtime i received another call from
‭‭+[protected]‬ at 13:02pm
His told his name as abdul and i am not even sure whether he gave the right information or not.
He was also very rude and even threatened me that we will come tomorrow and we will see.
I told him that i will file a complaint against you guys however he said that he does nt really care and is not at all worried...

I would really appreciate if you could please consider this on priority and take the neccessary actions that are required, else i would have to take it to the next level.

The delivery service was pathetic. Despite my given contact number they never called me up regarding my consignment. Moreover, i had called the customer care of blue dart 4 times for the same and requested them to call me once you attempt delivery. All the tracking updates mentioned i. E. Delivery attempted, customer refused delivery are all lies. I am working in a nationalized bank and the address given is at prime location and very easily reachable. After seeing the return update of my order, i was very much disappointed. I earnestly request people not to dispatch items through these kind of courier services they are very much unprofessional.

Dear Blue Dart,

I have not received my courier from your end with the AWB # [protected] and it has not even reached to Bank itseems.
Tried to call customer care, but it was getting disconnected. Hence write in this complaint to resolve the issue.

Can you please check on this and do the needful as earliest.

My way bill no [protected] and was sent by hdfc bank on 1st june 2018. It was returned and retained at porur chennai office till date reason being i was not available on 3rd june. I was at home only on that day. No one bothered to contact me over phone also. Please ask blue dart to deliver it on priority tomorrow 6th june positively as it is an important document.

Supposed to recieved on 3/06/2018 but item is in lakhimpur DTDC office since 4/06/2018. DTDC Office call me to pick up item from their office whereas service is to provide door to door delivery.

when i have warn DTDC office to regiater my complain, they are non responsive

Please teach delivery boys how to speak with customers. I was supposed to receive my debit card today. That person called me from other brach of our office to collect card, which is hardly half a kilometer away from my branch. As soon as, i told hime am at other branch he started yelling at me and didn not give my parcel to that office security also nor delivered to this address also. He said he will send this back to bank n u collect from there. I have never seen such arrogant delivery boys.

This is with regard to an courier i am about to receive which was from bank. I understand the privacy policy of banks and also blue dart's responsibility towards their customers and highly respect your policies with high regards. But today i spoke to an employee of yours named as kinjal patel from hyderabad branch, her accent was highly unprofessional, no manners, no respect towards customers. She was speaking as if she is the owner of the company and she can take any decisions and speak whatever she feels like to any one. I was requesting her that can my courier be couriered to my office address rather than delivering to my home address, although i understand its not easy, but there is a way to say no. She has disappointed me and also the goodwill gesture i have having against your courier services, she is a rotten mango in your customer services where she is representing the company. And always the first impression is the last impression.

Either you work on this rotten mango or wait for the entire basket on mangoes to get rotten, choice is yours.

I'm happy love to tell you that ur service is pathetic, even speedpost also give better service then bluedart,

I have not told bluedart to keep my item on hal,

Customer service told that item will deliver on 4 th june when i call then that item is kept on hal on 2nd jun, when i didn't received item on 4 th i call customer service again they told me ohhh we will deliver today but today they told me on 5th june.

Lazy people of bluedart. Plz do some work.

This is related to awb [protected] from icici bank to my address @ aiims hospital. Jodhpur.
Tracking of awb revealed that the package was expected to be delivered by 04/06/18. However when it wasn't delivered till evening, i even approached bluedart office myself @ w-3, crown plaza, opp aiims, transport nagar, basni iind phase, basni, jodhpur, rajasthan 342005; as it was a package from bank and could not be delivered to a proxy person on my behalf.

The person at the counter was rude and told that package will be delivered tomorrow. I complied.

Surprisingly, the tracking status at evening read that package could not be delivered as address was wrong/incomplete.
This is totally not expected from a reputed courier company to fall back on operation deadlines and make false excuses on paper to cover it up.
The aiims hospital is just in front of the courier office. No representative of bluedart called me up to arrange for delivery. The person at counter was rude.
I did not go out of station tomorrow entire afternoon/evening expecting package to be delivered, to no use.
I request you to kindly look into this matter for future rectifications.

Blue dart courier, awb [protected]...
I have called thrice to customer care to deliver the courier only on saturday 10 am to 6 pm... Inspite of scheduling the time the courier is not yet delivered at the suggested day and timing...
Also calling customer care number is headache sine network is most of the time busy...
I think service needs to be improved a lot since after calling multiple times also courier is not getting delivered on time.

Blue dart is showing issues with my address but the it had delivered me in earlier a book of ielts now my result certificate had not been delivered... Please do something i want my courier as soon as possible... Because i have to submit my certificate to an immigration and i am already late please help send courier

Everything is worst provided by bluedart. I wasted my whole day in waiting of delivery. If you can't handle the management then why you running such company . Bluedart has worst delivery service compare to all...i waste my 6 in waiting of delivery. Why don't you give all details of delivery vehicle like mobile number etc. This is shameful think that you can not reach in 7 hours in metrocity area

With ref to above number, i would like to put your attention that we have send once courier to hanumant gems, paurhi grahwal, rishikesh, haridwar, muni ki reti pin 249201. Is still due to deliver and its shippend on dated 21/5/2018 at 18:40pm. Sir what is the scence of sending courier when it doest reach on time??? Now if it reach any day to rishikesh its not worthy for me as my parcel is no use now its veryyy late and its now not worthwhile, sir i want my money back with my parcel.. This is from ryan overseas, we do the online business with paytm, they provide bluedart courier for pickup our pack, but lot of times we got breached, today we have the urgent orders on bludart but they didn't take our package, they told mail has n't received, so we can't able to dispatch our package on right time, what is the reason for that issue, we have totally scheduled 9 orders, but they took only 1 order. Name of guy was sukhwinder singh.. See i am a old person senior citizen.. Can't go outside to took the parasol i told him pls come inside nd handover me that parasol but he denied he said it's too hot i can't come if i want your courier then come to outside.. It means i have to go for 1km from mine flat to societies gate.. See what is this.. Which type of people you given a job.. Bad service of blue dart. Very disappointed..

With reference to the above subject it is with great disappointment that i have to file this complaint that your delivery boy misbehaved and manhandled my office staff.
At around 3:30 pm today i. E. 4th june, 2018 your delivery boy came to our office for returning a document which was due to some reasons not delivered. It is human nature that i would certainly ask the reason for the non-delivery and my office staff did the same to which your delivery boy replied very rudely and started misbehaving stating, ”if you want to sign then sign or else i am leaving” and started abusing my office staff to which my office staff also responded to which your delivery boy starting manhandling my staff and threatened my staff. I contacted your office and it came to my notice that his name is ajay.
I have been dealing with blue dart for past 10 years and i have never seen such misbehavior ever. Today your staff is misbehaving; they might even start beating up people in future.
I would be certainly taking this issue to your higher authorities if i don’t receive any satisfactory reply from your side.
