The debit card of my kotak mahindra bank account was expected to be delivered through blue dart, awb. No. [protected], ref. No.[protected] today on 19.05.2018. The delivery agent, named umesh, mob. No. [protected] tried to call me but due to poor network, the call was not connected. I got a missed call alert and immediately called back to the agent and requested him to attempt the delivery once again. The agent rudely said that there isn't any fault of him and the parcel will be delivered on next working day. I said to deliver it on the same day as i had to withdraw some money. He said that he will be there by 4 pm. He reached at 5.30 and once again started talking rudely and blaming me for not picking his call. I said that the call wasn't connected due to poor network but he wasn't ready to understand and continuously shouted. He then asked me to sign on the receipt and show him my adhar. I signed and showed the e-adhar. He said that he won't deliver the parcel on e-adhar. I tried to convince him that e-adhar is equally accepted as per the government of india guidelines but he wasn't ready to accept it at all. He then called the branch office and they tried to contact me. I told them the entire matter and they just said don't worry it's ok. The rude and vulgar delivery agent then said that he has produced many boys like him and then moved away on his cycle.

Kindly take strict action against that uncultured, uneducated delivery agent.

Not getting a cash on delivery product to the billing address nd additionally getting quarreled ti the customer... Asking me get the product from the #in'office... Y should i man?? Wtf bluedart bhimavaram 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 it is very complicated delivery which includes a debit card... Hope u know the # importantace of it. I want that product to be delivered to my address with an apology.

Failed to delivery on 17-may-2018

The consignment is from my bank and it is not delivered to my address on time even after conducting your customer support team 4 times. Also, your customer support team behavior is very worst.

As i required it immediately, i have called your support team on 17-may-2018 and they have told that they will arrange delivery on 18-may-2018. But did not get the package even on 18-may. So, i called them on 18-may and he was telling like your address is not complete, because of that is not delivered to you.

Then, i have asked him a question. If that is the case how come you were able delivery my other package from the same bank which i have received two days back?. After this question, there was 1 min silence and i was literally waiting for his answer. He did not even talk or respond. Then i was saying like hello hello hello, he did not respond finally he cut the call.

Again, i made the call on the same day, someone else picked up and said we will arrange delivery on 19-may. Till now i did not get the call or package from your delivery team.

Just because your delivery boy does not know the place, you can not simply say the address is incomplete.

I literally need the package before 21-may-2018 11 a. M.

I'm nithya and im ordered blue with cream color printed pattern sarree but i got yellow color worse saree and this saree not good. So i want to return saree and refund my money. My ordered waybill no is [protected]. I recieved parcel on 18/05/2018 at 5:58 evening. Please sir/madum i want justice. Please this is my humble request. Then u punish them. Because in future days anyone don't cheat from them.

I raised an order with paytm. Paytm shipped the order with bluedart. Bluedart waybill number is [protected].

Expected delivery was[protected] but i still not received item on[protected] evening.

When i tried to contact with bluedart support team on[protected], they do not take my call and call disconnected automatically.

I also sent an email yesterday on [protected]@bluedart.com but i didn't receive any reply from them.

Hello sir. Actually my parents ordered tea n coffee powder from kerala. Tracking details showed that my parcel delivered on 17.5 2018... But parcel not yet reached me. I tried so many times to agra blue dart office.. Not even they picked up the call.. It's nostalgic.. I[censored] people didn't replace or deliver my parcel i ll definitely go to consumer court.. This s not at all fair u people did for me.. Even educated people are cheated how can i commented over less educated people? Thanks.. Hope i ll get the response as soon as possible.

My shipment that is credit card delivered to someone else... Am trying to contact your franchise in srinagar they are not attending the call or numbers are wrong.. My shipment ref awb[protected] it was delivered on 12 may 18 to someone who i don't know... Srinagar franchise is not responding and the number given in office address is wrong some are not responding

Citibank has sent credit card through bluedart and i got message saying couldn't be delivered, please contact customer care. But the customer care number is never reached. It happened 5 months back as well and i missed the card due to this. I dont know why blue dart is fooling people with such a fraud information and acting as a fraud company? Please take necessary action so that they wouldn't play with people.

My product delivery date was yesterday but i didn't get my delivery. I have been messeged that it is out for delivery. While tracking my order it says delivery attempted-premises closed but the premise is still open. Also if i had the contact details of the delivery person, it would be easier for me to contact him myself. As he is unresponsive. Please respond.

My Order No: " [protected] " for Amazon Through Blue Dart is arrived at my location "Somanur Blue Dart" Office in Coimbatore on 15 May 2018. But the Delivery is still pending For Delivery.On 15 May 2018 i received the Out of Delivery Message and the same day the deliver person call me ([protected]) and said that "we will deliver on next day morning" after that i does not get any reply from Blue Dart.On Every day i called to the same number and they will reply that will deliver as soon. Up to this time i does not get any answer from Blue Dar What is the reason for nondelivery.
I does not know what type of service Blue Dart offering to customers. You are not caring Customers satisfaction. ecart and others provide more better serves compared to Blue Dart.

Please give more value to customers and there satisfaction.I expected to get a reply from your side as soon as possible.

My expected date of delivery of parcel was today but as per conversation with local bluedart office, it will be delivered to me on monday. It's very urgent for me to get the courier by today. I am totally disappointed with the service of bluedart. If you can kindly arrange for a delivery max by tomorrow then it would be of great help. My contact no: [protected].

Customer service and staff courtesy both are bad. It only works on one sided type. Eg. They couldn't call the customer for delivery (Shipment), but they updated on their site they contacted and customer not receiving phone call. They are making fool to the customer and also updated unnecessary reasons on their site for showing the customer. Eg wrong pincode etc.
Pls don't go for it. Very very bad experience of service.
I will never recommned the blue dart to any one.

I have sent a very urgent sample to hmachal pradesh on 12-may-2018 tracking# [protected] but till date they not deliver my packet. And when we call at there bhadohi-221401 office to know why they yet not deliver then they said sir we have not office in that locality.

When we were giving them packet then they not told us about this issue.

Please check with blue dart.

My debit card of dbs bank has been arrived at blue dart jadavpur office but they are not delivering me in proper time. As i am a non govt employee i hv office from 9 to 7. But your delivery boy told me yesterday that he will only deliver from 12 to 5. I stayed in mess outside home so there is no one to recive that package in my behalf. I suggest him to give that package at after 6.30 but he refuses to give that. Is that a international courier company works. I want a proper solution. Please help me out this.

I return my product sports jogger track pant which i purchased it from paytm mall on 12/05/2018 which order no is [protected] and i requested for return on the same day and i got message of return pickup on 14/05/2018 by blue dart courier services. But till now no one came to pickup the product. So if request you to kindly send your courier boy to pickup my return order product as soon as possible.

I was constantly tracking my order, as i contacted the office, they told me they could not locate the exact location so they called on a given number, nd no body picked up the call, but in actual no body called me, its been 2 days im getting the same response from them, i told office guy to contact me on my other number but the story remained same, what the hell is wrong with bluedart services in aligarh. I havent recvd my order with waybill no ‭[protected] yet, please deliver it tomorrow as soon as possible it was urgent.

My credit card to be delivered by[protected].. But not received yet.. I have unable to contact the franchise of armoor 503224. I asked them to edit there contact number but they were behaved rudely.. We won't update what you will do.. I[censored] complaint also it don't matters to me.. Is this the way to serve the customers r behave with customers? Pls let me know when i will get my credit card.

I stay inside a cantonment area in bhuj and the delivery boys call us on the gate from where we collect the parcel. Today i recieved a call from the blue dart bhuj delivery boy phone no +[protected]. I said i was not at home and that he'll have to come again. He yelled at me and said either i collect the parcel from him in office or it will stay undelivered. This is really unprofessional! Please take action

My courier having waybill no.[protected] is in transits mode from last 10 days. As me and my wife is working, our premises used to be closed. I called on[protected] numerous time. They always says that our team will call you back but i didn't received a single call from blue dart. Yesterday my premises was open as my parents were there yet they mentioned : delivery attempted - premises closed. Since it's a credit card i won't be able to pick up directly. Their customer care number is never reachable. This is the worst experience i ever had. Submitted request to deliver on primary address yet they were not doing it.
Kindly resolve the complaint.
