My blue dart awb#[protected], awb#[protected], awb#[protected] all showing out of delivery area. I don't understand if they can't deliver why they pickup the shipment. Only blue dart has problem, all other courier companies providing service very well. I would suggest all customers of paytm, amazon, flipkart to request shopping sites not to choose blue dart.

    This is very bad experience with blue dart. I have been facing delivery issue from last 6 month. Hdfc bank try to send me no of courier but i didn't get even a single courier. I have send a mail to your email id but no response yesterday i also send no of mail to one of yours representatives [protected]@bluedart.com. Kindly find the below detail and pls revert as soon as possible. Hope you will take a action.

      I am hymavathi challa. My order number is [protected]. Delivery date:[protected]. Product: new fancy thread work cotton silk saree. Total amount is :745 rs. Return reason: we got different product. We ordered blue and yellow colour silk saree but we got green saree it is very cheap in quality. I want to return the product and refund my money back.

        I informed the courier guy on first day i am on a training during that time and asked him to deliver it to the office reception which is the actual location mentioned. But he denies to give it and want me to come way down to collect, even though informing him that i will be in training so cant come in personal and receive. When other bluedart courier person can visit the reception to pick/drop the courier only he gives reason. The package contains my bank card which is very critical i need it asap. Please make sure you deliver it through some other guy at the reception.

          The shipment is out for delivery since 7 may and since then, everyday the status is the same-closed premises, but the fact is that i have not received even a single call on my number, and it has never happened that the premises are closed, my mother is always at home. That particular parcel is o[censored]tmost importance to me and my work is stuck because of it. Instead of showing some responsibility, the customer care department either disconnects or puts me on hold but provides me no valid information as to what the current status is and why have the previous statuses been updated incorrectly. I asked for the number of the concerned person who will come for delivery but i was refused for the same. The service is extremely hopeless. Like i said, the parcel is of extreme importance to me, kindly deliver today itself anyhow! ~tanisha rekhi

              We waited for a delivery letter from bank through ur courier awb [protected] this has came and went return and again we requested from bank to pass the letter to come so awb[protected] this was the second one came but not delivered to our address. We claimed to contact near our blue dart courier but they didn't give correct way of response and behaved in wrong manner as a customer service there is no dignity to have response like this. If we ask reply from them they reaply that door is locked and they won't contact us its a reticluous thing on your service kindly please take some action against it.

                I had a very important parcel which was couriered to blue dart by one of the banks on 3rd may. But till 10th may i did not receive the parcel. And when i see the status online, it shows that they have attempted the delivery but could not trace the address. I called the customer executives 'n' number of times and their response is disgusting!! They just listen to everything and disconnect my call. Now the status is updated as "the address is unlocatable". If it is unlocatable why cant the bluedart give me the address so that i can go and collect it, but even that is not possible since the parcel i got is from bank.
                What is the alternative then!! Do you people even understand how important the courier is? I have spoken to 5 executives but they say that it will be delivered today.. What kind of service does bluedart do?

                  I had ordered few products online and the status shows delivered to blue dart ulloor, trivandrum. But they are not contacting me or picking up my calls and have marked the status as landmark needed. I have provided all the necessary landmarks and they are still too lazy to contact me to know the landmark.
                  Highly dissappointing service from blue dart.

                    In a previous delivery (Waybill no: [protected]), the delivery person called me and shouted at me to come and collect the cover. But i was in office by then & i was unable to come. So he returned the cover back, by saying my address was wrong.
                    Again this time (Waybill no: [protected]), without any call or intimation, he himself returned the cover back by saying pincode is wrong.
                    Its second time he is playing around. All other couriers are able to deliver us, like amazon, ekart, firstflight etc, except bluedart.
                    Such a irritating delivery people and worst service ever seen. :- (:- (:- (

                      Customers are paying cod fees but they are not delivering the product, they are cheating the customer by theft

                        I ordered a product from nykaa few days back.i got the tracking number as [protected].when I tracked the shipment it had already reached the delivery destination on 7th may 2018 but it was kept 8n the warehouse.when I called up the office of bluedart the executive named ipshita attended me and she told she could not promise the delivery but would take another 48 hrs to deliver the product.ones the blue dart office of begusarai Bihar did not informs me customer thatr
                        they would deliver the product to me today and I don't think they made their efforts to deliver and I have my family members are available at home anytime but then they said my home was locked so they could not deliver the product.second time again they did not inform me by msg or any call was given to me and when I checked the tracking details ...it was mentioned they couldn't find the address as no landmark was mentioned.why not did the currier boy called up to find out.i have reasons for saying bluedart begusarai, bihar didn't make efforts because the address itself is a land mark (icici bank begusarai).The depressive thing is that the after mentioning it to the bluedart customer care executives, they don't take any action and when asked to talk to their seniors they keep the call in hold, they don't give the customer the call reference number or any complaints t number.

                          We stay at a gated community where u need to tell the security guards about the details of the courier only then they will allow you inside. When i am viewing my tracking details its mentioned that entry is prohibited whereas everyday atleast 2 courier items are being delivered to my home on a daily basis.

                          I have reached out to the Blue dart customer care to tell them that either call me or tell the security guards to call me. I have even given my number but till date they havent called or reached out. My exams are nearing and this is the type of service they are providing. I am even doubtful if they have come to the building since never did anyone my last 3 years of stay said that they have been stopped from entry if they give out the details . Atleast do not lie.

                            I asked it to be delivered to my mother, as requested before as asked my mother to show the id card as well. He rang wrong bell and when i contacted him he spoke rudely and ended the call. Already shipment was delayed and now delivery guy marked it as door locked left even though i called back informing that my mother is there hand over to her. He gave all vague answers and ended the call that we will not deliver it today.

                              Hello, i have mailed my complaint to blue dart but it seems like they don't check their mail either. I have been calling them since morning but its not going through. I had to receive my packave today and i switched off my phone for an hour and in that hour the delivery person must have called and i was unavailable but now i want my package asap. I don't know how else to contact them, i have tried everything. Please take appropriate actions because i need that package as soon as possible. Blue dart's customer service is very bad.

                              Worst service ever...i had to go in oerson to get my parcel. the reason given for non deleivery is prohibited area...its my home..how can it be prohibited..would never recommend or use blue dart
                              Very poor performance of Bluedart, Belapur dispatch center. The courier boy attempted delivery on Sutarday at 09:15 PM at office and marked "Premisses Closed". Kept it for 4-5 days undelivered and no action taken after logging 3-4 calls for re-attempt on office hrs.

                                I was supposed to receive a courier on 08-may-2018 and my phone number is [protected].
                                To my surprise i have not received any call from blue dart and no one was not visited my place but the status it showed as consignee address was not found - need land mark; i have updated the location also.

                                It is worst service that they offering; we are just wasting our time. A simple phone call would help and at least updating the courier guys phone number would really help instead of providing wrong status details in your tracking site. They are continually telling that the shipment will deliver by today 4pm and right mow its 5.30 pm and yet i haven't received my consignment.

                                I have called customer support on 8th & 09th may'18 for several times but they didn't bother to take my call.
                                I am felling helpless and will complain to hdfc bank.

                                  Blue dart customer care managed by *load share network* in *naharlagun* near indira academy A-sector is *worst* in delivery.The delivery boys are rude, ignorant and very unprofessional. They are not even aware that we pay for the " delivery charges" online and its their duty to deliver at the concern address. I don't understand what are they being paid for. I *called up* the *management* just to here another *ignorant reply* that they cannot do anything since the delivery boy is angry and that no one is their to deliver the items. Worst!!! grievance redressal response!!!. I had to collect the items myself despite paying the charges!!! I would request the management to employ *professionals* who have *work ethics*

                                    I have called customer support today 09-may and entered reissued date but it was not accepted the date which i entered. So myself went to koramangala blue dart office and take the courier by hand.
                                    I am not satisfied with blue dart service. The services should be more transparent.

                                      Your service is one of the worst and the delivery executive are the worst in your company. They called and give false obligations.

                                      I have tried to call the executive many times but its your responsibility to deliver. Neither toll free is working nor your executive is picking up the phone.

                                      My tracking number is [protected]. Now on i will not for blue dart for any service.

                                      P. S its been a month that your delivery executive are not able to deliver at my office.
