I have not got any call from the currier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called to the number provided in sms o the blue dart team. But they have not responded properly amd asked me to wait. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve ur service and get me my package asap. The customers...

Today i received a call from blue dart delivery boy who held my ordered samsung refrigerator which came from amazon. First of all the refrigerator was in passenger auto rickshaw and putted horizontal in laying condition which is not good for refrigerator and the delivery boy talked very roughly with me and abused and denied to put the product inside the house properly. Then he left without the delivery of product.

A shipment was supposed to be delivered on 15 may 2018. All my addresses were given correct and it was supposed to be delivered to my office address.
But the courier updated that no such consignee is present at the location. How is this possible?? Even earlier i had shipments delivered to my office address location and i am not even able to contact the customer care.

My parcel received by sangareddy bluedart on[protected]Screenshot attached). But till now i. E.,[protected] not yet received.
Mostly they will not attend our calls too.
Without contacting me they simply changed the status to "consignee not available". But here i'm waiting for the parcel.
Most of the people are facing many problems with bluedart (From reviews and comments). This is not the first time. But earlier i went and collect the parcel.
This is showing how irresponsible they are.
They are not satisfying the customers with their service.
Worst service ever i feel.

And parcel is reached destination city on 12th may afternoon but not yet delivered..
Its been 4 days and i haven't got any call and update of it..
Also i had called to customer care many times but not getting any response from customer care.
I m hearing that ("it will be delivery by today") from 4 days..

The office in siliguri does not respond to phone calls.

My consignment (No. [protected]) being an important homeo medicine arrived from kolkata on 12/05/2018. I was not informed about the arrival forget about the delivery even till 15/05/2018 i. E. Today. I made phone calls which went unattended. I had to send a person to collect the all necessary and important medicine.
Such callous service is not expected from an important branch office of such a reputed courier, please remember siliguri is gateway to the north-east, bhutan, nepal and even bangladesh. Please take appropriate action lest your reputation is at stake.

there is so many complaints regarding your statue trivandrum centre for non despaching pancard(NSDL) done through thirumala akshaya centre trivandrum kerala.in your track records your exicutive call the concerned cusomer, but customers phone record there is no one call him.
so please take necessary steps to make available pancard to customers

Dear sir,
I have got the packages shipped by blue dart but every time i get a message as delivered even-tho its not been delivered. The rajajeshwari nagar bluedart center is doing the same.

The packages are only delivered if and if only complained or if its an cash on delivery.

Isn't it a kind of cheating?

Now my new package is also not delivered but shows as delivered.

Somebody courier me a packet on 10 may 2018to rudrapur and it was reached rudrapur on 12 may but till now not received as called blue dart rudrapur landline number.

In that packet, i have a urgent document whixh i need on 13 may but on today 15 may, it haven't received.

No reaponse from rudrapur, kiccha road office.

Pls tell me that it will received or not.

Regarding blue dart zirakpur office.
They always delay in delivering the courier. I have actually faced this problem twice, when i had tracked my order its shipped to zirakpur office but yet that was not being delivered to me on time until unless i don't do my own external efforts for it. I have personally visited their office to take my parcel but as it was from bank they denied to give me at their office, and after so many efforts they agreed to deliver it to me in the evening.
This is my awb-[protected] no. And this for the second time i am facing this issue. This is a bank shipment which is being shipped to zirakpur office on 15-may-2018 08:49 but still i have not received it and i can not even take this order by visiting them offline as it is bank shipment.
Please help me with this, they always delay the shipment and keep the shipment with them for 7-10 days if nobody inquires about it. I have tried calling, but the numbers are always busy.
Please take a strict action in order to deliver the shipment on time.

Your agency is not working properly . They do not even contact for the delivery address at least if they could contact we would get some updates my packet no AWP[protected] not delivered send me asap at my office address A-37 NOIDA SECTOR 60 or send back into bank so that I could collect it

Bluedart agents have send me fake message that my address was not found..atleast they should have contacted me..they are so irresponsible and I will not tolerate this

Regarding awb no.[protected] containing food items and as per their promising delivery date they hadn't been able to deliver my product which i ordered from paytm mall and i wrote them lots of time about my complaint but no one is giving me reply or try to get in touch with me so i request you to file my complaint and help me to get me compensation for my loss from the company with my ordered product.

I'm trying to contact customer support from blue dart but phone number is not working and there is no response on email as well. I don't know what should I do now. Can you please deliver orders as soon as possible.

Waiting for the courier for 8 days.. Showing on tracking that landmark not found.. Called the company and telling them landmark several times then too the don't even bother to deliver it.. They don't even call.. There is a second adress too of bank but they even delivering it there.. When ever you call they ask for landmark but they never come to deliver. They only say we would process your request within 48 hr.

I have benn chasing to your team from last 5 days to provide me my parcel, buut there is no proper update on this. Awb no # [protected] gandhinagar location

Forfirst 2 days they have updated as premises is closed but no one came to deliver, house was open. Not even receiving any calls from gandhinagar team.
Customer service says they will update and contact to delivery location and ask them to call but nothing happened then.
You guys are not understanding importance of bank documents and delaying in delivering.

I am Megha, and am writing this to bring to your attention that my PAN card, with AWB Number [protected] was supposed to be delivered to me by 4/05/2018. I was called by the delivery boy only once on 28/04/2018, asking the exact location of my home, nobody called me after that or tried to deliver the parcel to my home. I phoned the Bluedart Courier Office on 30/04/2018 and asked them to hold the parcel till I come and collect it personally. I visited them on 7/05/2018 and they told me they sent it back on 1/05/2018 and now it’ll come to my address through speed post. How can you people be so stupid and irresponsible with somebody’s legal documents, in the hour of need? Very poor employees, I must say.

My shipment from one plus five came to Kochi by last Saturday.(12 may 2018). It showed out for delivery...and after some time it turned, ' address issues'...it was pretty clear that they didn't even try to make the delivery on Saturday coz I never got a single call regarding the same.
Now it's the end of Monday. 14th may. It seems today also the prestigious blue dart lazy a**h****s dosent want to deliver the product.shame on the name of the company. I have registered a complaint regarding the same in the CUSTOMER CARE as well. Still no calls no mails no ###!
Seems like " we don't give a damn what u say" says blue dart one of the most prestigious courier service company!

Really desperate to know how renowned company like Blue Dart ensures right selection of there delivery boy and is there a way to monitor and control there behaviour to clients. I have faced today of such misbehavior over a call when delivery boy called me and I asked to deliver my parcel in evening being in the office...in return he replied ..nahi ho payega..Jo karna hai kar lo...jise chahe complaint kar do ..mera naam ...hai.
Please let me know is there any way in your company to handle such misbehavior.

Consignee absent. Courier boy rude behaviour with my relative and declaring unilaterally. Consignee rejected consignee is lady and rejection /argument with 75yr old man disturbing by repeatedly banging calling bell inspite of arrival to portico at 15 30 and arguing to call consignee who is not there. Atleast he should have confirmed by calling or intimating instead arguing and suggesting what we should do which is not in his purview of delivering the document to consignee. Pl. By having very high confidence we have given our document from hyd to guntur in which certain papers was to be submitted on monday. But surprisingly the same was not delivered. Personally approached guntur office and they say that still my consignment is at hyderabad. Due to over bookings shipment was not done. If you are more loaded why should you book and trouble us.
