This is from ryanoverseas, karur, tamilnadu, here we got the courier pickup scheduled to bluedart on 01.05.2017 (For e-commerce), but here bluedart pickup persons refuge to take the package because of more number of quantities (7 quantities), they are simply saying that vehicle (Auto) was not ready on yesterday, so we have to submit the parcel, it is happening often particularly only in bluedart, we have clearly mentioned the manifest id below

    Hi, you were supposed to deliver my loan welcome kit by last month. Still now i didn't received my parcel. I clearly told monday to friday i have office. I can receive only on saturday, sunday. If you want to deliver my parcel in weekdays, you have to deliver to my office address.

    But that executive lady did not respond properly. Still now i did not received my parcel. Very worst behavior.

      Bill no-[protected] my pan card does not exist until my resident addr. Crosses and by trcking, it was found that the pan card is a self-contained rack on someone else's addr. There is no other person to do this relieverthat is not my add. I do not know him so i request to get my pan card crossing my original address otherwise i will complain in customer protection

      waybill no-[protected] .Sir my Pan Card does not exist until my resident address crosses. And by trcking, it was found that the PAN card is a self-contained rack on someone else's address. There is no other person to do this reliever. That is not my address. I do not know him. So I request to get my PAN card crossing my original address. Otherwise I will complain in customer protection.

        Sir,
        I received a courier through Blue Dart services, sent by limeroad (order no.: [protected]) on[protected] at 11:40 AM. The courier amount was Rs 490/- and courier boy had charged Rs 500/- to me and refused to return the balance amount. His phone no. is [protected].
        If you people charge extra amount from all customers like this, it is not good for the reputation of your company. you guys are making fool of innocent public and filling your pockets.
        it is really shameful.
        it was my responsibility to inform you, Now to take action or not in this regard is your wish.

        My kid paid extra ₹500 by mistake, and when he asked the courier, he refused to anything he said. My boy has came home by delivery man taking the advantage of him... This is really bad and shameful.. I know it's my boy's fault for giving him extra money, but at least he could be a little bit honest too, right?...

          My shipment no is AWB[protected].This shipments come from ICICI bank.But this is not deliver to my home address.My address is correct.Because other parcel regularly deliver on same address.But your company create problems that address is not correct.When I was track parcel that your courrier boy was at my front at my home.then also they didn't deliver parcel.Take necessary action and deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

              Absolutely appalled with the service / delivery levels of my consignment no. [protected] booked on 30th April 2018. More than 36hours later and speaking with half a dozen customer care executives the consignment is still in the Parvati centre in Pune for want of a delivery vehicle. No effort by the CC executives to escalated the issue and find out reason for non delivery.

                I am fed with blue dart, , they intentionally delayIing in delivery. The parcel reached to Guntur on 29/04 but still not delivered. They updated wrong fixed status as usual network delay intentionally.I had cal customer care about shipment of my product many times.They are not responding properly and cutoff my cal without answering my queries.How do this to your customer. It looks funny that parcel is moving guntur to hyderabad and hyderabad to guntur since last 4 days. Worst service i have seen. Fraud updates

                    First of all, my courier AWB number [protected] don't deliver me on time. The delivery man don't wait for me at my address and when I've complained regarding this to your customer care service, the person put me hold for 15 minutes and don't came back. I am sorry to say but this is very irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour.please do a necessary action regarding the same.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      We have shipped a tender document to one of our customers in gandhinagar with bluedart courier services bearing a docket ref. No.: [protected] on 17/april/2018, which was addressed to purchase department. Unfortunately the courier was delivered to admin department and the tender document then was rejected from the concern personnel since it is no where related to admin department. We have lost a well worked opportunity worth 25 lakhs just because of the negligence of delivery team.

                      With a great faith on bluedart services we have preferred your services even though the freight charges are very much on higher side. We request an explanation and corrective action towards the blunder committed by your delivery personnel to continue with your services.

                        I had ordered my oneplus bullets back on the 28th of april on the oneplus website.. It was despatched on 30th april and the delivery was given for today through your partnership.. But the delivery guy didn't even call r approach and cancelled the order for which i had paid earlier without any prior inquiries.. This is extremely rude on his and your company's part and please, i ask u to take steps to correct this..

                        After that I request to him this order place on my room but he is not interested come to here and say to me I am cancelling this order you reorder this product on your room address
                        Sir i dnt recieved my courier when i ll go couriers office he says courier nt come on my office go somewhere nd give some aatitude answer delivery boy say i m nt calling you nd cancel my order
                        I didn't get my order package
                        My order is not at delivered till now

                          Hello,

                          I'm facing repeated irritation whenever a parcel comes to me through bluedart as your local delivery people are really misbehaving and rude with us.

                          There is no delivery notification for parcel but that is okay, the local guy is not even making any delivery attempts and returning the parcel by keeping in the warehouse as it is after 3 days. If i'm lucky i should monitor the parcels and goto the warehouse and collect the parcel.

                          Or they will return. I asked phone number of the delivery person, they are just providing answer to me in singular without even proper respect.

                          They are ordering me to come another time, as if i'm their servant. Even if i go they will be mostly closed, if i ask contact number they are laughing and asking why they need to share the contact number. I've taken the photo of the guy and office location out of irritation to complaint here. To protect the security privacy i'm not uploading his face display photo.

                          This is my second complaint about your service. I dont have any fate to bear it, i'll proceed with consumer complaint and online ports with feedback if i'm not approached properly.

                            It was very careless survic which was provide by you. I am a costumer of your company but it was very sed for me that
                            At first time my product was misplaced by you the treaking number of that product was [protected]. And then second time the prodect was arrived to the office at time but the deleavery of the product was very late. The stage of your office was very careless and they don't support with us.

                              My tracking no. Was [protected] and delivery address was state bank of india, kohara, ludhiana 141112 which was complete address. It has to be delivered to me by 01 may 2018 but no one contacted me and when i checked status of the the courier it was returned back with remarks address is not complete and no contact was attempted by your side. Absolute shocking and unprofessional behaviour from such a big big courier company.

                              As I got message from the bluedart that it was delivered on 18 th in Yusufguda . I didn't get any call from them. I tried calling them the number is switched off... Very delay... It's showing the status that consignee's landmark was not mentioned but they have to call me regarding it...

                                My tickets in the name of raj berry are lying in your moti nagar office and from last 2 days i am receiving a call from office but they are not coming to deliver at my place. I will be compelled to take legal action against you if the tickets are not delivered by tomorrow morning as there is a match tomorrow.                                   The shipment no [protected], is booked at gurgaon to bhubaneswar.

                                  Starting point - ve commercial vehicles ltd, sector 32, plot no-96 gurgaon. 122001. On 18th april-18.

                                  Point of destination - durgamadhaba nagar bhubaneswar. It was on hold in bhubaneswar bludart office till 28th april-18.

                                  No call to addressee nor any attempt to delivery.

                                  However the same is returned to gurgaon without delivering at the destination, bhubaneswar. Concerned person hold the shipment & did not bother to contact the addressee. Also i had dropped a mail to "[protected]@bluedart.com" ship at other location with necessary authorization, but no response. Even not getting a single reply of my mails.

                                  This show the attitude, negligence & carelessness.

                                    Hi,

                                    On april 28th i received a message that your shipment will be delivered by today. On same day i received a call from [protected] that your shipment has arrived. As i was out of town so said to him i will be back on 30th april so please deliver on 30th.

                                    Now i am calling the concern person from 30th april but he is not picking my call. I dropped him text message also but there is no response from him.
                                    Blue dart's customer care number is also not connecting.

                                    When i checked my status on blue dart website it is showing consignee is not available, which is 100% wrong status now.
                                    Now i am available at home yet blue dart is updating me as not available without contacting me again.

                                    No one reached my from blue dart after 28th april and they are updating 100% wrong status of mine as i am not available.

                                    Please take action on the person who is making false updates and creating problems for customers.

                                    I am not the only person who is facing this problem. There are more than 90% person who use blue dart are facing this.

                                    Please help me in finding my courier and take action on concerned person.

                                      This will be my first and last deal with you. Since friday 20th of april i am waiting for my package. Your delivery guys are purely uneducated and not worth of being a part of this organization. I was called by one of the delivery guy # +[protected] on the mentioned day and he was in my office location. I clearly mentioned that i am in leave for few days so please drop it in my home address. He promised that he will done this by the next day which is saturday. I waited whole day to get any confirmation but nothing. On monday the guy called me again and he was in my office location where i clearly mentioned to be in my home address.
                                      I called the customer service number and reached after spending 53 rupees of telephone balance and shared my concern. They promised and i told the behavior of the area manager and raised a case # 578454. This is the next day i am calling from this morning and no response from the customer care nor from the delivery team and the management.

                                      I requested the package is very important to me and it must delivered in time bacausr i have flight to catch by this evening 7 pm.

                                      After this much of loss and time i am writing this to get your eyes on these situations. I will wait till 6.30 evening if i am not getting any confirmation, i will take serious action regarding this issue. I have the numbers and will take a screenshot of my concern to publish.

                                        Writing this on behalf of delay on my courier delivery. Past one week i am getting a message that my shipment is out for delivery (Kotak debit card). Though i have given my correct office address till now there is no call from delivery boy. Only i am getting a message. First day they given remarks that i am not available at the premises, the second they remarked that given address is wrong. Third day one lady made a call and confirmed my address again. Fourth day again remarked as incorrect address and fifth day customer was not available... I was in my office to receive that courier but no proper service atleast the delivery boy should conform my address or make a call... How long it takes to deliver the courier... Courier office is at chennai, chrompet...
                                        Kindly check and clear my problems asap
