I have ordered for a silver color helmet worth rs.. 99.00 (My order no is7400801 and way bill no is [protected]) yesterday i. E. Dt 27.04.2018 at 18.45 pm blue dart shop no 3 / 4 sangeeta complex opp doctor’s house nr. Primal crossing paldi ahmedabad. Force to pick my helmet from his office. And they didn’t give my silver color helmet. They give me black color helmet worth rs. 49.00. Customer name of this helmet is mr. Kishan his order no is 7326321 and way bill no is [protected].
Now what can you do to deliver me my silver color helmet as per my order have faced a lot of difficulties.

I have received notification from SBI dtd on 18-Apr'18 as card has been sent thru Blue Dart, Ref# EV[protected]. Yesterday(Apr-27), I have called Blue dart customer service and confirmed as they will deliver my shipment by 27th of April. But end of the in blue dart tracking shows Vadapalani Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed 27-Apr-2018 21:26. But we are in home only, for the same address, we are receiving all courier, but when it comes from Blue Dart they said permises closed. It had happened several times with Blue dart, they their service very worst nowadays. Today again I have called Blue Dart customer service spoke with Ms. Bhavani and explained the all scenario, she said okay we will escalate this issue to our next level.. But the same answer I have heard several times from Blue Dart customer service.

Executive without letting home they says premises closed.

This is my worst experience. I have been waiting for my shipment (Credite card) from past 12-15 days but its not yet delivered. Please respond to me at earliest as its going out of my patience. This is not the kind of service is expected from such a well know company like bluedart. I am really disappointed. Even after sharing such a brief address your workers find it difficult to deliver. The same has occured earlier wherein my shipment was delivered a month later. This is completely not acceptable. I request your company to take necessary actions and get the needful done for me otherwise i will escalate this further.

I have paid online for aiwa 40 pieces multipurpose combination tool box and i got a telephone message at 11.30 am on 27-4-18 by bluedart to receive the consignment at their office at mavelikkara. I was on work at my office around 6 km away and i agreed to pick the parcel at around 5 p. M at mavelikkara bluedart office. But around 2.41 pm i got a message that the thing was refused my me. I didnt refuse the thing to any body by phone or in...

Worst of courier service in hole world.courier boy one time call to me return call back him so many times he is not respond...
Next day he came but call me...he is update permission close..
the next day will came not call me that day also status will be updated..no permission close..
The next will be repeated...4day continue d...
after that ok IAM going nearest bluedart courier office..IAM asking with call how will status update tracking list.he told he try but your not respond call..

ok but no argue with u..now I want my
courier..He said not give u directly..why will not give me courier..IAM the person of courier why not give me...he told not give you directly go to branch collect there..

IAM saying worest of worst service...waste courier service fault service...event call to no response...chetta...bluedart...

I have been getting courier packages through your company and since last three time, i am facing following problems.

I am sending you copy of current assignment . Reference no : 6800

1. Non -delivery of documents. On inquiry it is shown that Addressee has changed address.
2. Delivery after 10 days of the package.
3.Non attending of calls of Mohali Blue dart agency and non functioning of phone numbers.

Since it has happened to us during our last three -four shipments and we have received our packages by personally visiting the courier office.

it has come to my knowledge that the courier boy on duty in our area, never visits the address and voluntarily writes address not found.

I have tried many times to contact customer care, but of no response.

This negligent and unprofessional act of your concerned agency has caused me monetary and legal loss as important legal documents were to be presented in court.

Therefore i want you to take necessary action.

HI, this is my Waybill No [protected], i waiting for the importent parecl from april 24th onwards .

on 25th Shipment Out For Delivery - and the status is Need Department Name/Extention Number

i dont know why they need dapartment name and exrenstion they colud have give a call to my number but its not happened .

on 26th Shipment Out For Delivery -and the same status Need Department Name/Extention Number

finally on 27th Undelivered Shipment Held At Location

i dont why we need to preffer this bludart . i called to customer care twice and i i mailed to them but not getting a proper reply

The pan card of my son, vysakh jayachandran was despatched by income tax dept vide blue dart way bill no [protected] to my residence at palakkad in kerala, delivery was expected by 23/4/2018. But, now on tracking it is understood that the blue dart office at palakkad has now returned the item without contacting us.

The item is urgently required for me, hence immediate action is required to return the item at the address

I have received a call from blue dart from kaushalendra kumar, jamshedpur office from [protected] informing me to collect a courier from their office as my house was closed as i go to office. When i requested him to deliver it to my office address he simply refused and told me to come and collect it. Why can the same courier be delivered to me at bluedart office by providing the same docs which i would have given him at my office address. It's is simply a policy document and not a bank deliverable. Please look into this malpractice as there have other instances where bluedart convinces customers to come to office and collect docs instead of handing over it to customer.

My product was coming from adisports which i ordered on 17 april 2018. As per the product arrived in my city (Agartala) on 23 april 2018. But they didnt deliver till now. And when i complaint to adidas the courier didnt do any attempt to deliver it instead of calling me they sent me a messag that my address was wrong. Atleast they would have call me and ask and moreover my address was correct they were lazy as hell. And when i went to the office to collect my product they said that the parcel will be delivered the next day whereas its 27 april and no attempt has been made till now.. Your service is really poor. Kindly do take action

I have really never experienced such stupid service ever from blue dart. I applied for hdfc credit card and unlucky me the delivery was given to this stupid blue dart services. Always the customer care people had the same thing to say that i should get my card between 3-6 which never happened... Their guy calls but never receive any calls from them. A colleague too i spoke to who faked promise me that i should get my delivery anyhow on[protected] between my evenings shift timings but i never got a call from them.. Neither an sms.. Neither my delivery. I really pray to god that my ordered products should never be handled by blue dart. # and stupid service ever.

My debit card was coming through your courier service on 24th april
But it was said by your office that your address is not written correctly, whereas my address is everything written correctly and even before this stuff has come to my address. But i ignored this thing and i have done its compliant but it has been 2 days since then. So far i have not got my courier. What is the problem? I do not understand.
Even i also said that something which belongs to me, can get me from the office but he said that whatever the debit card comes from the bank, you can not get it at office.
I am going out of my address for a few days, tell me who will receive it.
I do not understand one thing why the couriers do not call phones.
I will not present on my address from tomorrow.
Now, tell me who will responsible for this.

We had asked for tcl services for few cities in india, received the quoted and when we wanted the service for only one particular place for a period of 03 yrs. We have received the below email.

This is not correct, we have rights to choose what we require.

One of the Bluedart executive from Hitech City center His contact number is [protected] called me and at 1:38 PM and informed me that he is waiting at another building which is little far away from my work place building, so i informed him to come to my work place building on call so he said he will come in 30 minutes. But he did not came i called him so many times but he did not picked calls and updated the fake status on his website. i.e "Need Department Name/Extention Number"

They do not come at place for giving delivery and update the fake status. I suggest CITI Bank do not choose such kind of logistics services which is actually not ready to deliver at doorstep.

Reference to the above mentioned Way Bill No & Reference No. the tracking details has been mentioned below. The same thing has been repeated what it has been done in past. Neither my consignment has been delivered to my location nor the delivery boy has been contact me.
I am unable to understand why the card is not being delivered in my location after two attempts.

I am suffering a lot since two months. No one from courier or SBI Credit card team is responding. It is totally unprofessionally behavior. Several mails/calls/complaint has been given but no response.

Kindly look out the matter seriously and sort out at earliest as it is a concern of non-payment due to unavailability of card.

Worst services of Blue dart courier has experienced

I ordered lg 260 l refrigerator from amazon, which was delivered to me via bluedart, waybill no. [protected] on date[protected]. And the bosch 7kg washing machine, waybill no. [protected] delivered on date[protected].
The men who came to deliver it left it on the ground floor of my building, even when i asked both of the bluedart staff that the flat no. Written on the delivery address was on the second floor. I repeatedly told them separately that the address is on second floor but they both left the things on the ground floor unsecured.
I live alone at my place and want my things to be delivered at my apartment exactly, otherwise i cannot lift it to my address alone.
If you claim, bluedart is door to door delivery, it is against your policy to leave it unattended.

I received a confirmation text that my shipment has been delivered to "munmun dutta" that's not even me. This is my tracking bill #[protected]. It has my debit card pin number. I didn't receive any call before delivery and the parcel is not in my custody. I need you guys to retrieve it from whomsoever it was delivered to and ship it to the address registered in my bank. And please revert back asap
