Hi Bluedart team,

My airway bill for tracking is and it was supposed to be delivered by Oct 10. I want to submit my complaint against Najibabad office. My courier status shows that Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark. In reality, nobody came to deliver package at given address.

I did not receive any call from the bluedart guys and neither did I receive any text.

There is no direct contact number provided for the held location. The central helpline is non-responsive. I want to submit my complained regarding this courier device company as well as it’s najibabad office and want to receive my package ASAP.

In last 4 days I have received more than 15 packages from AMAZON retail delivery.

    Hi Bluedart team,

    My airway bill for tracking is [protected] and it was supposed to be delivered by Oct 10. I want to submit my complaint against Najibabad office. My courier status shows that Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark. In reality, nobody came to deliver package at given address.

    I did not receive any call from the bluedart guys and neither did I receive any text.

    There is no direct contact number provided for the held location. The central helpline is non-responsive. I want to submit my complained regarding this courier device company as well as it’s najibabad office and want to receive my package ASAP.

        Order marked as On Hold For Regulatory Paperwork

        I have been waiting for this order for a long time and luckily the seller dispatched the item on time however while checking the status on tracking page of blue dart it shows that my order has been marked as On Hold For Regulatory Paperwork.

        I have read other complains as well regarding the same issue wherein people received the order after a week which is clearly absurd!!!

        My product has to be delivered by 8 oct 2022. But when I checked the status it was showing as Customer Requested Future Delivery. Wherein I was never contacted regarding the product delivery not I have asked them for future delivery. Don't know how they assume on their own and update the status as Customer Requested Future Delivery without even reaching out to the customer. This is very poor courier service.

          Mishandling a fragile parcel

          I recieved a parcel from my company which contained a fragile item and thus the sender had given fragile tag in it for them to make notice to handle with care but even after this the item received was completely broken and let me inform my item was bubble wrapped from inside with 2 layers.           I have ordered a product and now the status is showing consignee's address incomplete/incorrect how it can be incorrect if i had already recieved so many parcel at that location

            Exchange got rejected and also Delivery delayed by 5 days

            I have ordered Samsung galaxy S20FE from Samsung shop app on 28th September and they've mentioned it will be delivered on Oct 2nd.               I was ordered a product and Its WAYBILL NO. is [protected] and its delivered date is[protected]. but your delivery boy can not come till[protected] and bluedart ask me for reschedule my delivery because delivery boy mention that premises is closed and he could not call me but our office opening timing is 9 am to 6 pm and our office is open just now. your delivery boy is lier and very irresponsible.

                I received wrong product from blue dart on 29th September I ordered a bridal jewelry set but I received some 2-3 lockets I paid 1171 rs.                 I am trying to reach to the delivery boy and seller but they both are Not reachable 2 messages from Blue dart one before delivery and other one after the delivery I received, it's only what I have, No Order placing website there, Nothing is there, plz help me and give my money back..🙏

                  I purchased fat burner on 26th September 2022 on https://bigmusclesnutrition.com/. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached bangalore, and is out for delivery on 3rd october, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

                  I couldn't receive both, i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this. And oneplus support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.

                  I made a tweet, wrote messages to bluedart on twitter handles, wrote mail and did a lot of efforts, all in vain.

                  Now i am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. And have seen people hardly get resolution to this issue, what shall i do?

                  If bluedart team finds it, please reach out to me. You have the tracking id. I am ready to come to bluedart office instead as well to gather the package if it works.

                      I sent my shipment to ujjain on 1st Oct 2022 .after proper enquiry and guarantee given by your employee I sent my package. But now status of shipment shows out of delivery area.How many days it will take to deliver the package. What is the way out for delivery as early as possible.

It was an Samsung Phone with an exchange for an older model with a new one. At the time of 8:07 pm (October 03-2022) there's a status as."Customer not ready with exchange".

                        Nobody from Bluedart even contacted me and asked me about anything. Instead you people automatically cancelled the delivery attempt and wrote made up reasons with your own thinking. What kind of behavior and work ethic you people are doing? How can this be so irresponsible that they directly put the status as Customer Not Ready With Exchange without even contacting me. As a customer we expect a completely safe and honest delivery not something like this. Honestly this is so Disappointing!

                        I would take approriate action if this repeats!

                                  I apply my credit card of kotak Mahindra bank and he dispatch the credit card through blue dart express on 15 sept and expected delevery 19 sept but they don't deliver it to me. And show incomplete adress. And they didn't call me single time so that I will reach blue dart office and pick my credit card.

                                  Then again bank dispatch my credit card through blue dart on 25 sept goregaon to Delhi and expected delivery shown 28 sept but they again show incomplete adress issue. I'm frustrated totally.

                                  Please If you listen from blue dart team. Please contact me as soon as possible.
                                  And send contact detail of delivery boy.
                                  So that I can pick my credit card.
