I opt prepaid services and my parcel tracking number [ [protected]] was dispatched on 18 June 2023 but now its showing Load On Hold;Space Constraint-Comml Flt without any reason.

I need this parcel to be dispatched urgently. i called to blue dart customer care but no one picking the phone nor giving me proper response.

Today morning I received a call from +[protected]. Upon picking it up, I heard an auto message from Blue Dart saying, "Your parcel has been rejected. Press 9 to connect to customer care" Upon connecting to the extension number, I explained to the person that I haven't ordered any parcel or sent any parcel from Blue Dart. He asked me for my phone number so that he could check into the system. After checking he told me my name and said that I was trying to deliver a parcel from Delhi to China but it has been rejected and now the parcel is at Customs in China. He was trying to read a message he received but the call got disconnected in between.

Note: I haven't ordered or sent any parcel from Blue Dart in the last one year. I request you to kindly look into this. Attached screenshot of the call log

i have received a similar call from Mumbai-[protected]--they told me that fir has been lodged because i was sending dome-restricted items to Malaysia-i have never sent anything to Malaysia--they connected me to BKC police station and the SHO-asked me to connect on SKYPE--this is 100 percent scam--please take immediate initiative to stop such harassment

I ordered my product on 8th june. On 12th, i got the message that my product will be delivered that day.

But whole day passed and my package never arrived.
I checked at night It said
"Consignee's address incorrect/incomplete"

They said the delivery guy came but couldn't find the address.
Firstly, i got like 3 messages that said my package will arriving but didn't receive any message for this problem. If I didn't check myself, maybe my product never would've arrived.
Secondly, why did i not get a single call to confirm it. I mean that's why we provide the contact number for.

It's 13th june now. I contact the cus. Care and it says all lines are busy.

Please get my package to me.

Hello Bluedart team,

I have ordered a Computer table from Amazon on June 2nd 2023, the delivery should be done by 06th June 2023 and the courier reached the destination and showing as out for delivery from June 06th 2023. I have reached out to Blue dart customer care on Friday, Saturday and today also, but they are keep on commenting as of tomorrow.

Will my package will be delivered to me or not ?

Hello Team

My passport was shipped from Delhi on 9th June and was supposed to be delivered on 10th June. On 11th June the tracking updated saying wrong pin-code despite me checking that the pin-code was correct.

i received no call from the delivery agent asking for the address.

I have my international flight on 13th June late night and i don't have my passport.

The parcel was supposed to delivered on[protected]. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

The shipment came to hyderabad on 3rd june but till now, when calling the customer care they are casually telling technical delay (responding as if the delay is from my side)and informing it may take more than 2 days to receive my courier.
This bluedart always delays in hyderabad, careless people not doing their work properly and also not concerned with the other people time.

I don't know why the banks are sending through this poor service bluedart courier

Today was my delivery day. Also show out for delivery at 11.7A.M. But Till 7.11 no delivery boy o[censored]r curiar service conect me. After 7.11 ur delivery boy call me, He can't delivery today for so late to go home. Although I was trying to help him to cover some distance. He reply me he will trying. But till 10.03 P. M he doesn't contuct me. Although i was trying to connect him about 1.30 min he was no reply, dosenot answered my call, after about 30 times call.
After all at 10P.M a mossage come
