Dear Team,
My product was shipped from Mumbai to Bangalore on dt-24/08/2022 vide reference number [protected] but still I didn't got it.
When I tracked on blue dart side, it is still in transit stage and the remark is "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted".
My address was my office address and that is ICICI Bank, how come blue dart delivery boy can't reach a bank address i don't understand at all.
Second thing is I called to blue dart customer care from dt-30/08/2022 for three times but they are still only raising complaint but the complainants i think never resolved because still i didn't got any message or call from neither the delivery boy nor from the blue dart customer care.
The service is very poor.
Please do the needful.

    I have applied for a credit card to HDFC and my card was shipped via blue dart from the bank side, I waited for ETD + 3day but no updates when I tracked the courier on the blue dart website it showed my item was delivered. And no proper response from the blue dart side, I am afraid they may involve in any fraud activities with my identity.

      All delivery option available in my hometown. But still they are asking for come and collect it from their office by the same day itself. We are requested to keep it for 2 days as we are not in place. They are denied my request and warn me to collect it by the same day or they will return the product.

      This is third time happening the same. previous time they returned the product to the sender address.
      I'm facing the issue with Kayamkulam, Kerala branch.

      If Bluedart not providing any service on a particular pin code please let us know about that. We will make an arrangement for that

        I live in Bangalore. I ordered from Tata Cliq. I'm about to get a parcel from your company. I received a call from your delivery agent this afternoon(12 PM) and he was saying that I can't come to your location. He literally said if you want your parcel, you come here to my location which is about 1 Km away from the delivery location, and was talking very rude to me. I don't expect such kind of delivery experience from a well-reputed Bluedart company. Finally, he said that I'll come tomorrow then. I agreed with him as well. Then I again got a call from him at 3:30 PM today he said I'm on the ground floor of my building and I can't come to your house which is on the 3rd floor. I'm working professional I can't easily go down to pick it up. It took around 10 mins and then I went to the ground floor. I called him, he said I left your house and I'll be there again by EOD or tomorrow morning.

        It's a terrible experience that I've faced. I'm sharing Waybill's number. Please look into this matter ASAP.

          Way bill no - [protected] is not delivered yet .
          Contacted the delivery agent and office also but no help is being given .
          This order is returned three times as they do not contact me, I have to re- dispatch it multiple times and blue dart is doing the same thing .
          Kindly help .

            Ir i am Subhankar Jana from WEST BENGAL, HALDIA, MAHISHADAL 721603. i had placed an order on www.touchlcdhouse.com of rs 1080/ on 27/08/2022. I had paid full money via debit card (card.no: [protected], transaction Id :[protected]. then, they had dispatched the order 29/8/2022 via blue dart courier service [ waybill no : [protected] ]&[ reference no : NP/13071576] i had mentioned my current adress on shipping adress and also paid the full money. now the BLUE-DART courier is telling that they will deliver the parcel to TAMLUK which is 30km away from my area.. now after paying the full money they are talking like non sense and do not interested to deliver in current adress. now please help me out and take a proper step so that I can get my order on my shipping adress

              I regret to express that such type of faithful company doing such type of silly things.My shipment has been dispatched from bank and because for i am staying outside, i have called to the customer care of bank and again re dispatched the card to a location where I can easily pick up my items .when i called to bank they said it got delivered but i have not received any items till now, it's been 1 month already happen but the shipment is still now the position with Intransit . I have also mailed to several customer care mail id but i can't get any proper response on this.

                So I ordered a product from THIS WEBSITE called hkbasics on 3rd august and it still hasn’t reached me. I tried CONTACTing bluedart from the CONTACT info and email they provided in their page but there was no response. I CONTACTed hkbasics mANY TIMEs about this because if I track my order it says the order has arrived in my pin code area. So the company finally provided me the deliVERY SERVICE’s number and when I tried complaining to them about how incompetent they were and how they should have at least updated me about my product because it has been a month, but the man on the call being the “man” and the manager of whatever he was talkin about was sooo ### rude to me and tried arguing the whole time. So I want to convey this to bluedart team that please don’t hire such misogynistic people and I hope it reaches to him and y’all deal with the man I talked to because it isn’t sitting well with me that he’ll get through this behaviour.

                  Hello its been 3 months now i havent recieved my parcel neither did i get call from the delivery boy when they sent message as parcel delivered i have been contacting the bluedart team but they are not even responding...

                      Courier boy doesn't call or message me about my order and says that consignne is not available every time my order delivery date is 25 and today is 28... Now tell what the hell is going on... This the worst courier company I have seen in my lifetime 2 or 3 time more same problem I have faced from your courier boy then I think let it could be go but I have to take action against them I ordered because I have to give that someone as a birthday gift 😡😡😡

                                This complaint is regading the order via way bill no [protected]. Consignment was sent from Thrissur and reached Kochi yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon, i got the message that its out for delivery. Then no news. I could have waited one more day before registering the complaint. but this is the 4th time this is happening.

                                Usually a tactful and dishonest message comes at the end of the day stating that : "Delivery was attempted " when no one even cares to call let alone attempt to deliver.

                                We are actually praying each time..." Let the courier partner not be bluedart"

                                Everytime i raise an issue after 3-4 days of the so called "delivery attempted" fiasco, the bluedart guys stay mum...deliver it next day...and reply that we have noted that the consignment you have mentioned is being delivered to you already. No need to pull such stunts. I just want my consignment

                                    I ordered a samsung mobile on 28th july from www.Samsung.com. samsung dispatched product by bluedart. And bluedart made my delivery too much late so I cancelled my order on 12th Aug. One day After cancellation i got a message from bluedart that we have delivered parcel on 13th Aug 9.00 pm. But nobody came in the evening i got a message from blue dart that my item was delivered, but nobody came to deliver. Imidatly called to samsung customer care and told them everything.
                                    I asked the coustomer care of bluedart executive too about the same but he didn't paid attention towards it and said talk to samsung. My airway bill no. Is [protected].

                                    My parcel was undeliverable till 12th Aug. I was in contact with Samsung customer support for this but after bluedart wrong delivery update they are not listing me. My payment has stuck because of blue dart.

                                    Now I want you see it.

                                    Cancellation date 12 Aug

                                    I want refund from Samsung. But because of wrong update from bluedart they are not listening.

                                        I am working as doctor in primary health center, I applied for a BPCL SBI credit card to my residential address in chengalpattu, Delivery boy from mobile number [protected], I told my address and informed him that my father was in home, but he went to my father demanding Rs.5000 to deliver and abused him with irrelevant words as he didn't gave him money, needs proper action against him
