I need clear details whom it was delivered and need courier boys details, mail me back i'll provide you the order id and tracking number. It's ridiculous since dlvry boy was supposed to call, not at all satisfied by package handling. Need serious response...

Your order from paytm bank with blue dart awb# [protected] is undelivered as premise closed. I had calld and informed to custmr care 2 times on 16th march 2018 to give call before cuming i also didn't left for the day waited not even got the call and what the f* msg stating premise closed. Again cald cc dey teling it will b delivered on 17th but y..? I just waisted my day again same i have to do....

Hi,
I was supposed to get my parcel on 06 march, today is 15 march and still waiting for it. I have been calling on their customer care number #[protected] from last 6 days and everyday i m getting this reply - "sir, you will receive today only".
Very poor service and totally disappointed.
Look like their customer care has no coordination with the warehouse /delivery office and vice versa.

It was an application form package was send through blue dart courier. I was expecting on 13 march 2018. It did not arrive on time and when i checked on 15th march 2018, the tracking was amazingly displaying wrong information. Refer to the attachment.

Fyi.. I never received a call and my family was at home all the time as we had some guests in our apartment.

Blue dart should take action not to hampering customer...

I have applied for pan card with ack no [[protected] ]. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status, i got the following message:

I sent a tv with blu dart courier on may 2nd to hyderabad vulcanqc vulcan express pvt ltd door no 3-3/4 survey no 195 198 village kandlakoya mandal medchal district rangareddy hyderabad 501401when i check the tracking number there show they received the package but when i ask to him he don't received any package please can you send me proof who received the package details as soon as possible. We have been expecting a courier, which the customer care is not confirming any possible date of delivery, even after multiple call attempts. Every call, customer care person says it will be delivered "tomorrow" & status is as "unlocatable"
