Dear sir/medam this time i have worst experience in shipment delivery. My shipment is still pending for delivery from 09/03/2018. Your delivery manis update the remark on portal consignee's address unlocatable/land mark needed. And return back. 3 time same remark update but not calling me.

If there are an issue in address can some one have called to ask for conferm the address.

    Blu dart is our co partners and associate for our company and this is the kind of service we are experiencing. If it is then i would never use this company for any logistics purpose.

      Mobile booked in online and they sent through blue dart courier and the tracking details saying shipment already delivered and the recipient name is premraju at night 10 pm in our address there is no single person in the name of premraju, but blue dart customer care still debating that shipment already delivered.
      Without information how they delivered to 3rd person at the time of 10 pm.
      The customer care people not responding properly.

      Customer has not received credit card till date it was despatched on 1st March
      And reason for undelivered is home closed where guard is available all time out of house

        Hello team,

        Today bluedart delivery boy contacted me and his number is [protected] and said he is outside of my home in gurgaon and want to give my parcel but when we went outside nobody was there and he stopped receiving the call and he updated my parcel status is - nobody there in house so undelivered. What d hell with bluedart?? Very poor services of bluedart and delivery boy is lier. Government must take strict action against bluedart

        My PRAN (from NPS) is dispatched through Blue dart from Mumbai to my address, but the courier person updated the status as Consignee Out Of Station, and keeps the shipment almost 7 days on the Hub.I already mailed Blue dart about this, but there is no action taken,

          I booked a product from online store, they had given the product to bluedart service but yesterday itself the tracking details say the courier had our for delivery but still now i did not get the courier, but today the when i track the courier it saying consignee's address incorrect but the bludart service even did not call to me then how can the bluedart service can tell the consignee's address incorrect all the time the bluedart service is doing same things, then we have to go to bluedart service shop and want to pick the courier ourself so that why we giving the shipping charge kindly take action on the bluedart courier service.

            I have sent a courier through blue dart on 03 Feb 2018 within the city of Delhi. While tracking it is showing that the courier has been delivered to some Shikha, while it is not been received by the person i have sent it to. i have called several time blue dart office but no luck.

              My self sanne lal living in rangpo, sikkim many times the courier is coming in blue dart service but the service provider are not coming to deliver this product they always call and ask come and pickup the courirer such a many time not to possible to go and pickup courier the service provider is very bad please work and improve your facility in sikkim city, rangpo ibm.

                Hello sir i am jagannath my credit card dispatched on 6th march 2018, but your executives not delivering my card... I didn't got call for delivery from 6th march... I am calling daily about my card.. They saying but not delivering... I am waiting from march 6th to till date. Today i got a call for delivering before 12-03pm... But didn't deliverd.... I am waiting fr my card... It's very waste service.. Worst service.... I have more works... I postponed my works for yours services... I am waiting for your call... I am very worrieng n waiting... But i was not the case, i was present at house. Thereafter, i received another message that your address is no complete. You never call me to ask full address. Your cc no. Always busy where i have to go..

                        I was neither contacted by sms nor email regarding the item to be received and now i am getting 2 sms mentioning failed attempt to deliver the item to my address. I also want to add that i was having problem in recieving items from blue dart before.in each cases the courier service told me to pick up the item by myself which is a bit difficult and time consuming for me. My home address is in the guwahati city and no other courier services except blue dart had problem in delivering items to my home since the road conditions is good here.

No. [protected] are correct and your track id showing that on dated 08.03.2018 'pemises close' while i was present on delivery address & on dated 09.03.2018 'we are unable to deliver due to address detail'. I have not got a single call by your courier boy, so why you are putting false statement on your site without contacting me. I think you have incompetent staff,

                            The courier was delievred when i was not at home and when i went to the courier office in person to collect the it, the person (Madan) was very rude and spoke like a barbarian. He has no costomer centric behaviour at all.. Madan's behaviour towards other costumors who walked down there was not at all acceptable. The courier was on my name and i myself went to collect it. What is the issue for you to give the courier in my hand when i have all the proofs with me.
                            More than this madan behaviour (Way of talking with customers) was not good. He was sitting in kphb 9th phase office. You as organisation need to give him training on how to talk to customers.

                                  Hi team, i am krishna and here is my order details, waybill no : [protected] reference no:[protected].
                                  As mentioned in the blue dart i waited yesterday for the order that yet to deliver, but the delivery guy just called me and said that he arrived now but i am not available to take now, please approve him to handover the product to me (I am near to that location) other wise please let him surrender the order to my friend you can use this mail as a confirmation from my side or else i will collect at the nearest blue dart office ask him to submit the order to nearest office by 5:00 pm today and let me know the office address and then i will collect it there by submitting the proof.
                                  Please consider this asap, it is very urgent and important to me.

                                    My courier came today. The delivery guy who came asked about courier, and i confirmed that it was mine. I asked for the courier to check the details once again myself but got a very impolite and disgusting reply from the courier guy asking for money first or no courier. The guy was really aggressive too. I said i am bringing the money, just checking the details but got an aggressive reply once again. The delivery guy was very impolite. Never expected this from blue dart

                                      I am waiting the courier in this courier my very very urgent documents, there are my sallry account documents i have visiting your branch daily but your employee are saying there are no any counter delivery option we have deliverd the same on location only we will delivery tomorrow his behavior are very rood, also your delivery boy not called even signle time in last 15day i have asked your delivery boy no but your office person has denied for the same pls suggest how can i got my packt otherwise i have file legal case against bluedart.. due to this my my sallary hold from last 15days i want compensation for the same also..
