I have put an order (#[protected] on amazon.in online shopping on 21.02.2018. It was out for delivery on 27.02.18. The delivery agent called me at noon. I was in the office at that time. As i live alone, i requested him to deliver at my residence on and after 6 pm, i will be there. Delivery agent called me at 8:30 pm, he was in very hurry. He told me, come on the road quickly. I got down from my flat on 2nd floor and i met him in the street below. I requested him plz come with me at my flat and i will make payment, as i have no money with me. He refused to come with and went back with my order, saying i have no time and will deliver you later. After 20 min i got an sms on my mobile no. ([protected]) from amazon that your package is being returned to us.
I request my package may be delivered again.

    I have order a package of 2 led lights for my bike and the order have to deliver by "blue dart". But blue dart dont deliver my package, they say that they deliver by 26 of feb, but its 27 feb night they still says they will deliver shortly but none of them are saying when they come. Their delivery agent is go threw my address as blue dart provides "tracking with google map service" i see the agent go threw from my address but they dont deliver my package. Plz consider this is as fake promises and call them to deliver or atleast respond to me

      I order one item and cancel on the same buy somehow reason order item came to me. As already discussed and conform with party, i refused to take order as it is already cancel on 23.2.18.
      Today i, e 27.01.18 but still in bluedart tracking status it showing *consignee not available *undelivered material held at location *.
      Bluedart ambala branch member also not picking any phone.

      Why it is not sending back for refund process.

      Please do needful.

        My consignment was posted on 19th - february and the receiving authorities have committed that the consignment will be delivered within 2 days i. E. 21st - february. But till now i have not received my consignment and moreover the customer care representatives were behaving so rudely. More than 15 times, i have contacted the customer care on a single day and every representative listens to my issue freshly and will ask me to wait on the call indefinitely. Even i have told them that i will directly come receive my consignment so that we do not need to deliver at my home, even then there is no proper response. I'm literally clueless about the issue that is happening.

          I have mistakenly provided wrong picode for awb [protected].. The order was from mi.com amd prepaod. I accept my mistake.. And the place i provided pincode for is near to my home and i tried to get my shipment from there. But they didn't replied and told that they don't have the parcel. And bluedart customer care number[protected] doesn't have any customer care executive to talk or to solve a problem.. After they transfer call to executive the call becomes silent. Nothing happend even after 10 minutes..

              I received this msg on 19 but still date i am not get the courier..
              That person call me on 23 and said that you will get the courier on next day but still i call him and asked my courier..

I did tracked the shipment and found that my landmark is missing on the address field as a result of which my shipment has been put on hold..I did called you people and was asked by one of the executives that mail should be sent by the sender to blue dart with the corrected address. I did ask my bank to send you people a mail with the details and they did so... When I called the second time to your executives, a lady picked the call and was very rude... She didn't even share any details and put the call on hold for two minutes and ended the call on her own. Please help me about the current status and help me know if you people have receive the mail from the sender ( Citibank ) or not.. if the address is ok now or more details need to be provided.. you people can call me at [protected].                     non delivery of item ordered through-ebay

                    Dear sir,
                    I have placed an order to m/s e-bay and the item is supposed to be delivered to my address

                    Nukala prabhakar,

                    Near chinchwad railway station,

                    I wish to inform you that this item is not delivered, but the e-bay is rejecting my claim for refund of the money for the item not delivered stating that the item is delivered to mr. Joshi....

                    For the delivery of way bill [protected] (Bank document) the customer attempted delivery on saturday evening at 5.53 pm. The premise was found closed as i am a working lady.
                    On sunday i tried calling the customer service several times trying to reach the customer service officer but to my surprise every time the call was transferred only ivr replied of their availability from monday to saturday. Later on the ivr options to re scheduled the delivery, i opted to which i was asked to sms to be sent to 56767 with a time slot option of a (9.00 am to 13.00) with date. The same was sent on sunday itself requesting the time between 9.00 to 10.00.

                    Today i called at 9.00 and shared with the officer my request and shared that since i am working the request of delivery between 9.00 am to 10.00 am to be attempted to which i got a very cold response and was asked to wait till next saturday inspite of me sharing that the bank document might be urgent. After lot of requests she agreed to check and call back as according to her no one has come to pick the delivery from office for delivery.

                    I waited till 10.00 and again call back to which the customer service officer was very rude. Instead of listening to my request, she was actually firing me for not being available and inspite of me telling her very softly my problem she was arrogantly replying back to every word i spoke and not letting me even complete the sentence. Not only she lacked empathy but her tone was back and she was in no mood to help at all.

                    She kept on telling me i should spk to my bank customer service and attempt to delivery at alternate address and if at all bank updates then whenever they do to blue dart and when their officers would come to pick the delivery the document would be delivered.

                    I am surprised and shocked

                    1. If the time slot option is being asked from 9.00am to 13.00 am why was no delivery boy come to pick the delivery from blule dart office till 10.15 am.
                    Why is the option available if services cant be rendered.

                    2. Mobile nos are available than why was no call made before or on or after the delivery for prompt delivery.

                    3. Why is document delivered on permanent address and not communication address

                    4. Why communication address not attempted on request

                    5. The customer service is pathetic. The officers are rude, no empathy, do not listen and in the mornings calling them is messing up your whole day

                        Your postman called me at shipment day and told me the dog sitting at your home so please take the parsel from gate of society. That day i am not at home and there no address issues as you texted me. This is only and only your postman’s fault. He told me my company can not take guarantee about dog. Your company take guarantee or not it is not about my concern but is this how patrons should be treated!??? I want my shipment back as soon as possible.

                            What is shocking is the status is being shown as package delivered to some MRINAL KANOI.
                            But strange fact is that MRS.MINAL KANOI residing at 5/1/2H Cornfield Road Kolkata-700019 has still not received her package.

                                    I would like to complain against one of your executives naming kuldeep (Ph no. - [protected]). He has no sense to talk whatsoever. He talked to me in the highest possible way of rudeness and cut my call. Now not answering. I messaged him he did not even reply to that.
