Worst courier service. I'm waiting in home last four dates. But tracking says "consignee not available". Also they give message as give your time availability as sms. 3rs lost only... After 2 days again, tracking says "undelivered shipment held at location". Worst service... Still not received my courier

    waiting from past Saturday for my card but still not yet delivered but today I did not get any call from courier person but in status he had mentioned that I am available here ...Evn I trying to call him from mrng for this no ([protected]) but his cutting my call ...How can he say that I am not available here

      One parcel was sent by HDFC from Mumbai to me at Bulandshahr-203001 under waybill ref No.[protected] . It has arrived at Bulandshahr on 16.2.18 itself. Where is office, it is not known, what is the phone No. not known . Your all contacts at Gopinath Market, no response, customer care your executive did not talk since it was not connected at all .
      Hopefully you are bribing corporates, since being the worst service provider you are getting business from them.My address location is easiest one, but your incompetent delivery boys, sitting in the office shall be writing the comments, that Land Mark. Colony where do live is unique colony and can be asked any where in Bulandshahr . I know due to incompetency of your people I will not get it now, since your people shall be redirecting it back,
      Improve your services, take feedback from peoples, keep professionals on your roll to do your duties honestly . Make all your addresses, phones updated.

        My courier was coming from kolkata to bangalore, delivery date was 16th feb 2018. I checked it on bluedart tracking, it shows it's been delivered but i have not received it. I didn't get any call form blue dart for delivery of my item.
        It shows that it's delivered to any other person. Delivery man should call if they don't know address.
        Please help.

        The consgiment has been disatched on 19/2/2017 but still the coruier hasbeen not delivered. hence plskindly forwarded the detail track status of it .

          I had two product to be delivered via bluedart; one by amazon and another with hdfc. The later got delivered and the earlier one did not and the tracking details was showing different name as a receiver. When i tried to reach bluedart customer care; they instantly updated the surname, after few days of chasing they sent me screenshot of both consignments signatures which do match at all. This is how they are making fool to the customers. When i told them that the sign does not match, they deliberately told me they delivered the product and thats all! They even do not bother to call before delivery. Thats the execrably pathetic experience i have. Attached the screenshot of both signatures. You can see the difference in bare eyes.

          For example you can see "S" how it was written
          Courier man came on Saturday and call on mobile, he was told to come on monday because our office working day is Monday to Friday but he didn't came on monday and status is showing through tracking number wrong address.

            I had a product delivery on 17/02/2018, the delivery person called me at 2pm from[protected]* (Intentionally hide last digit) asked the location details (Tavarkare). I said my location details as a replied he said we will deliver it to you by 4pm. I will send another person i am at sarjapura. End of the day i got a message that consignee is not at the address. This is what the blue dart is providing world class service..!!!?? Such a irresponsiable employee who didn't deliver the product and blame the customer as we are not present at the address. If you can't serve proper just shut down our company many or there who can serve better.

              Sir i have got miss call from your executive on 16 feb than i call back him and ask who are you. Your executive reply me i'm from blue dart courier than i say okk so come to my address and give me my parcel your executive reply i will give you parcel 17 feb 11am now i'm in good earth mall i told him my address is 200metre from good earth mall so please give my parcel but he doesn't give me even when i ask his name than that boy misbehaving with me that's boy contact number is [protected] sir i[censored] don't take any action against him than i will compliant that boy is police and give me my parcel tomorrow morning as well.

                I am neelakandan, my pancard has been return back by the courier service, i have track my pancard status in that dispatched date shown as 17th feb but courier service said they return back but they didn't call me and they didn't send any message related to the courier, without information they return back.. So please give the details that where i have to collect my pan card...

                        I am the consignee of product waybill no.- [protected] of BlueDart. A product was supposed to be delivered to me by 12th of February.
                        I missed a call from their delivery guy but within minutes I called him back and he told me that the product will be delivered to me by 13th Feb before 12 noon. However, still no one has come to deliver my product and the status of my product gets updated daily with details (Undelivered Shipment Held At Location ). I am totally disappointed with their service where I can't even get my own product and on top of that, I can't even contact their employees as no one is picking my call.

                          Hii i m suresh from gurgaon (haryana ) 122001 my way bill no. Is [protected] my curier not delever las 5 days n they put scan status on tracker every time different resion for undelivered shipment like no such as consginees as given address, consginee not available, incomplete address while addres is complete if they have any problem in understood the address they should call why not call (blue dart service is very bad )

                            This guy[protected] called me up to say that he met with an accident and requested me to allow him for delivery on next delivery.
                            Now, He is not picking up phone now. And when I visited the website, found that he mentioned closed premises as the reason of delay.

                            I do not have a way to connect to the branch with which the package is lying.
                            Your customer care number was not reachable since morning but now it is accessible but even then I cannot speak to Executive.
                            Blue Dart is in really bad shape.
                            Priority and Urgency does not seem to have any meaning.
                            The person[protected] lied to me that he met with an accident and wrongly posting status and playing with emotions of people, shows the professionalism of Blue Dart.

                            Package has been delayed by 2 days and there is not a single phone call from BlueDart.
                            I am trying frantically to get this package delivered but to no avail.

                                I have requested for the delivery of courier at office address and it was attempted for a delivery at home address.

                                The courier guy called once to inform this, and in spite of calling him, again and again, there is no response. The courier boy is disconnecting. This is pathetic. I have been waiting for the courier. Now, how will i know that when and where it will be delivered?

                                  I was expecting my courier at Sec-135, Noida from "giftcart.com" on 14-Feb-2018 but status was showing "consignee's address incomplete/landmark needed". On 13 feb i have received the courier from Blue Dart for the same address.
                                  I have already receiving couriers to the same location from another courier services & now on 14-Feb-2018 status is showing "undelivered shipment held at location" i tried to contact on customer care but no one answered the call. On 1

                                  I haven't seen the worst service of courier before; please improve your service quality.

                                    I have faced worst experience with your delivery boy (Shiva shankar) he is such a unprofessional guy i don't how these reputed organisation don't even bother about the coustmer.. And the employee sitting in the front office her name is jhansi with employee id 109149 with out any proper reson your delivery boy has reported as the change of address without my knowledge... I request to take proper action against them and revert back to my mail as soon as possible... There is also similar case where the coustmer has told us that they are tearing off the complaint book pages in the store...

                                      My docket no is [protected]
                                      My courier is arrived in city since last 3 days.
                                      But due to lasyness of staff here in rajkot branch i couldn't get my courier since now.
                                      After i have called 2-3 times they told me # reason about my address problem, btw thay already delivered my parcel to the same address in past.
                                      Staff of local office at gondal road, giving me rough answers constantly.
                                      Hoping quick action on staff.
