What is leval of this service. So cheap quality service from you.

I have applied for pan card online for my daughter and same was to be delivered by 9/01/2018. I didn't get any call till today from courier service concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status i got the following message:

"your pan card has been returned undelivered to nsdl on 16-jan-2018. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is insufficient...

Hi i am suma latha, residing inn hitech city hyderabad. There is some serious problem with the hitech city delivery boys, as i am facing this problem for the second time. But as per system data it is showing that same has been received with seal and signature on 09jan2018.

Kindly check at your end if it is lying undelivered or if delivered than provide the image/ pic on your consignment delivery acknowledgement...

Blue dart is very big company but its service is very pathetic. First thing is I am trying to connect customer care executive but nobody is picking the call from last two days.Its really embarrassing.My courier is Gandhinagar office from last three days but nobody is able to deliver it 10km away. Your team need one week to deliver 10km away ???
Second thing you should train your staff that how to speak with customer....

Your executive did not deliver my parcel at my address but they said they are unable to deliver parcel because my mobile no was switch off and address is not proper

But truth is your executive did not came to deliver the parcel and making all these excuses.

Did not get delivery of moto g5s plus lunar grey. Bought on 11 january 2018 and delivery date was of 18 january 2018 but not delivered. It is stuck in deoria. It is being delayed again and again it is needed to get resolved soon firstly it was being delivered on 15 january 2018 but then shifted to 18 january 2018 and still not arrived. Delivery should be done as soon as possible. It is being pending for too long...

Parcel ref no [protected] booked on 13th jan was delivered after 2 days as promised by booking staff in pathetic condition.
We never expected this with blue dart after paying such a high price.
Parcel contain dryfruit and sweet for a special memory and all was spoiled by blue dart team

We were told that this will get delivery precisely on 16th, but this was delivered today after few follow-up....

Bluedart courier staff (Name cannot know that) he delivery the courier on some other place and send sms to me, your package is ready for delivery so you come and pickup it.

The blue dart site display your parcel is delivered on 12 jan. We try lot of time on bluedart contact number nobody has attend it.

So kindly help us on your best, delivery correct address as soon possible....

I feel constrained to write it to you for the unprofessional and non cooperative attitude of one of your out let in b 1 vasant kunj, new delhi -110070.

I misplaced / lost my wallets and some important papers and had requested sbi to issue me my credit card and they acted well in time in re-issuing my card. I have been getting calls since last one week...

Product has to be delivered on 16th jan... Didn't get delivered still since 3 days delay in shipment... Getting tracking messages as i'm getting the delivery today but no delivery for the whole day... Same thing is happening daily... Waste service i have ever experienced in my life... This complaint regarding the blue dart agent of chamarajanagar, this mail is regarding, collection of return courier from the amazon and according to me that is his resposibality to pick the return pakage from my place and he told to drop the pakage to his office first then i refused, then he asked me to call delivery boy and tell the address i said him that that's your work not mine.
And he started taking in high pitch in the phone....

Blue dart intentionally delayed the order, never called me on the due date and then they said they never found the address! Every other courier finds the address except blue dart off course. Customer care never picks up as always. Till date i never recieved the product. Very very dissapointing! And now this is not the first time blue dart did this.
