Shipment not delivered(Passport)

Hello Team,

We have submitted the passport to vfs global through blue dart. The shipment was not delivered as expected while tracking the blue dart request it is going to some where else.not sure what is happening.

My parcel from axis bank is out for delivery on 05/09/2022 after that I called blue dart coustmer care to get delivery boy contact no. But they said they haven't delivery boy no. They said ur parcel is delivered b/w 9am to 6:30 pm and said when delivery boy comes to ur place he called on ur mentioned no. On parcel but till 7 pm I didn't get any call but I called coustmer care so many times and they gave same response after that my parcel status is showing consigne address is incomplete or incorrect but my address is completely write bcoz that's my home address where I am living and get previous deliveries there only.
So please resolve this issue asap and deliver my parcel asap .
I am giving my address and contact no. here also and adding screenshot of parcel status and how many times I contacted coustmer care .

    My order with tracking ID: [protected] shows as delivered and received by Meghana. I am Meghana but I have not received my parcel. Also for delivery verification there is no OTP or signature.

      I recevied a message from Bluedart saying "We will deliver your shipment#[protected] today" on 03rd september. But I did not receive anything. BUt when I check on my waybill number its showing the status of "consignee's address is incomplete/incorrect". But Blue dart never approached me through contact/mail to find address.

                My parcel supposed to deliver by 1St Sept, but your delivery boy change status as Address incomplete. seriously! Untill now I have received so many parcels on my address without any issue and your bluedart saying my address is incomplte। Really wow।
                On 2nd sept i called customer service they told anyhow your parcel will be delivered by today. Since after I was waiting for someone to call but nobody came untill 5pm। I again call customer service (looked like they blocked my airway bill no becs it's was showing invalid) i change option to reach customer care again they told your parcel willl come by 06.30pm, i was waiting for someone to call but nobody call, and checked status on bluedart tracker showing consignee not available। What the hell is going on with your service. The location where my parcel is only an hour distance still you guys can't manage to deliver on time.Worst Experience.

                  Dear Team,

                  Am really depressed the way the Blue Dart team is working. AM getting the messages on a regular basis since last three days that my docket will be delivered by every day but none of the fellow has visited at my given address yet though this is a office am available from 11am -6pm here. am sharing the AWB No # [protected]. Even the same has been escalated to the Kolkata branch helpline no but no one is ready to help on this subjected. can you please deliver the docket on today without any further delay As per the local team feedback my no was not reachable but my concern is different while the address has been mentioned over the docket why any personnel has not visited yet at office address

                  Meanwhile again I got the same message that said docket will be delivered today, if this is really gonna to happen then I will be happy else further the same will be escalated. Hope you take this matter seriously as this docket is belong to my Credit Card which is very important to me.

                    I have a package to be delivered and the blue dart tracking has showed that the package is out for delivery. by the EOD when i have checked the tracking details it has the status of "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect". How can the delivery boy confirm that the address is unclear without even making a phone call to me to find where the address would be. The phone number has been provided for the these purposes only nah!

                      Bluedart Tracking No.[protected].Sweets sent by Sri Krishna Sweets, Chennai on 29 Aug2022. Addressee my daughter is undergoing graduate course in Indian Institute of Science Education & Research, Pune. We expected package will be delivered on 31Aug which was holiday for my daughter, so will be pick the delivery staff call. But its holiday for you too. On 30 Aug, my daughter received out for delivery SMS at 2pm.As she could attend the phone, I spoke to Ms. Chamundeswari, your CS executive at 2.44pm for nearly 4 mins and made her understand our issue and informed to delivery staff to handover the package at Lobby of the Hostel. But God only knows what she did. After 2 hours the package returned wuoting consignee not available. Now my daughter rescheduled to 01 Sep 2pm to 6.30pm.At 4.15pm SMS received as out for delivery. Till 9pm no call from delivery staff. When I call CS Mr. Abdul coolly told that only tomorrow delivery. Tomorrow my daughter fly to Bengaluru without the package. Mr. Abdul promised that before 11.30am tomorrow, 02 Sep, package will be delivered. If that is not done refund me Rs. 638- atleast the cost to compensate your inferior service.

                        I have not received my shipment due to negligence of Blue Dart Express since 24.08.2022 even after continuous contact. Blue Dart Express is showing wrong pin code again and again even though my pin code is correct. As per discussion with my post office department, PIN code is correct. I am very stressed and very sad because of this attitude of Blue Dart Express. You are requested to please provide my shipment as soon as possible. My address given as below:

                          Dear Team,
                          My product was shipped from Mumbai to Bangalore on dt-24/08/2022 vide reference number [protected] but still I didn't got it.
                          When I tracked on blue dart side, it is still in transit stage and the remark is "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted".
                          My address was my office address and that is ICICI Bank, how come blue dart delivery boy can't reach a bank address i don't understand at all.
                          Second thing is I called to blue dart customer care from dt-30/08/2022 for three times but they are still only raising complaint but the complainants i think never resolved because still i didn't got any message or call from neither the delivery boy nor from the blue dart customer care.
                          The service is very poor.
                          Please do the needful.

                            I have applied for a credit card to HDFC and my card was shipped via blue dart from the bank side, I waited for ETD + 3day but no updates when I tracked the courier on the blue dart website it showed my item was delivered. And no proper response from the blue dart side, I am afraid they may involve in any fraud activities with my identity.

                              All delivery option available in my hometown. But still they are asking for come and collect it from their office by the same day itself. We are requested to keep it for 2 days as we are not in place. They are denied my request and warn me to collect it by the same day or they will return the product.

                              This is third time happening the same. previous time they returned the product to the sender address.
                              I'm facing the issue with Kayamkulam, Kerala branch.

                              If Bluedart not providing any service on a particular pin code please let us know about that. We will make an arrangement for that

                                I live in Bangalore. I ordered from Tata Cliq. I'm about to get a parcel from your company. I received a call from your delivery agent this afternoon(12 PM) and he was saying that I can't come to your location. He literally said if you want your parcel, you come here to my location which is about 1 Km away from the delivery location, and was talking very rude to me. I don't expect such kind of delivery experience from a well-reputed Bluedart company. Finally, he said that I'll come tomorrow then. I agreed with him as well. Then I again got a call from him at 3:30 PM today he said I'm on the ground floor of my building and I can't come to your house which is on the 3rd floor. I'm working professional I can't easily go down to pick it up. It took around 10 mins and then I went to the ground floor. I called him, he said I left your house and I'll be there again by EOD or tomorrow morning.

                                It's a terrible experience that I've faced. I'm sharing Waybill's number. Please look into this matter ASAP.

                                  Way bill no - [protected] is not delivered yet .
                                  Contacted the delivery agent and office also but no help is being given .
                                  This order is returned three times as they do not contact me, I have to re- dispatch it multiple times and blue dart is doing the same thing .

                                    Ir i am Subhankar Jana from WEST BENGAL, HALDIA, MAHISHADAL 721603. i had placed an order on www.touchlcdhouse.com of rs 1080/ on 27/08/2022. I had paid full money via debit card (card.no: [protected], transaction Id :[protected]. then, they had dispatched the order 29/8/2022 via blue dart courier service [ waybill no : [protected] ]&[ reference no : NP/13071576] i had mentioned my current adress on shipping adress and also paid the full money. now the BLUE-DART courier is telling that they will deliver the parcel to TAMLUK which is 30km away from my area.. now after paying the full money they are talking like non sense and do not interested to deliver in current adress. now please help me out and take a proper step so that I can get my order on my shipping adress

                                      I regret to express that such type of faithful company doing such type of silly things.My shipment has been dispatched from bank and because for i am staying outside, i have called to the customer care of bank and again re dispatched the card to a location where I can easily pick up my items .when i called to bank they said it got delivered but i have not received any items till now, it's been 1 month already happen but the shipment is still now the position with Intransit . I have also mailed to several customer care mail id but i can't get any proper response on this.
