I was received message on 27.12.17 from sender is, your parcel dispatched vide awb#[protected]. Contact local bluedart i[censored]ndelivered in 72 hrs.
I am unable to find local bluedart persons / contact no.
I was waiting till 08.01.18 (Approx 12 days) for parcel. Same day i. E. 08.01.18 when i try to track my parcel with the help of bluedart website, message shown like - undelivered shipment held at location. After that i call to customer care of blue dart ([protected]), they said that your parcel is hold on local office will be delivered on tomorrow i. E. 09.01.18, i was also asked about contact no. Of local concern person of blue dart, but they said that we don'e have detail.
Now today i. E. 09.01.18 on 19.21 pm i have message from blue dart your parcel has returned undelivered. Please contact to sender.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please cancel my kotak shipment order.
As I'm not in city.

I have applied for pancard...it has dispatched on 25..it has to be delivered on today 2/1/18..and I go through the track status n it shown that pancard returned back to rto...
So please kindly request you to sort out this situation.n help me out to get my pancard..

    package stuck in "undelivered shipment held at location" for more than a week

    My package is stuck in "undelivered shipment held at location" for more than a week. The reason stated for the same is "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed". Ideally if the delivery person is not able to find the exact location of the address, then he should contact me in my number. But in this case i haven't got a single call from bluedart. I have sent emails to bluedart customer service on this, they just revert back saying...

    I had made on-line shopping at shop clues and the product purchased was dispatched vide awb no. [protected] on 03.01.2018 itself. Surprisingly i have received a sms from your organisation on 08.01.2017 that i have cancelled the order. This is most unacceptable. On checking with the company, it is informed that the courier has informed them that the address is not correct. This is ridiculous as your organisation has duly delivered my cheque book from kotak bank on the same address through awb no. [protected] on 05.01.2018.

    This is certainly not expected and acceptable serious lapse of services from the company commanding stature and goodwill on global basis.

    I again insist on immediately delivery of the product keeping all my remedies open for the suffering due to delay on your part.

    Your courier boy not contact me and he said consigned not available, so please my courier sent urgent otherwise i will complaint with high authority.

      Dear sir,

      I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at jhajjar haryana on 26 dec 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on jan 9, 2018, i got the following message:

      "your pan card has been dispatched on 30-dec-2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 09-jan-2018."

      Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status,

      I also visited and checked with bluedart office bahadurgarh haryana and also jhajjar office bluedart. But i have not received my pan card. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

      Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

      Pathetic courier tracking service. Why the heck can't they just call the person whose packet it is when they leave so that it reaches them, the live tracking is so [censored], just use the location finder on Google. They employ illiterate people to save money but they charge high. Really bad service.

        A delivery boy came at my residence sun tower apartment, rudra vihar, keshaw nagar, udaipur on today. He misbehaved with the society guard and also warned us specially guard that we (Blue dart) will never serve our services to sun tower residence in future.

        In this matter, it is requested you to kindly depute some sincere person to serve there services to sun tower apartment residence. Blue dart agency will be responsible if any misbehavior happens again in future.

          I have applied for pan card by filling the form 49a at new delhi on 16 dec 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on jan 9, 2018, i got the following message:

There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

            My way bill no [protected] today afternoon tracking showed out for delivery. Delivery person called 3.40 pm for address n my self explain but not came till time. From 4.30 i am doing followup for delivery but he has not pickup his cell.
            Your delivery person switch off his cell after 6 pm n just 20 minutes back his cell started n tracking showing incorrect address this is because of these delivery person excuse. He said now he is in khopli not able to deliver now. Why we are paying heavy courier charge to take trouble n listen fall commitment. Delivery boy cell no [protected]. Pl take action on this issue so nobody can mislead n troule/painfull followup
            As i have mention on phone this is required urgent delivery n after that also no service. My contact number [protected] pl update me immediate action for delivery n action against that delivery boy.

              My docket number is [protected]. On friday i got a confirmation from the blue dart agent that i can receive my courier on monday between 2 to 4 at my office address. Despite on my leave i reached office to receive the courier. I was told by the representative that the parcel got delivered to the bank. I was given a false commitment and it ended in huge finance problem. If the agent could have told me to reach the branch on friday, i could have directly reached the branch.

                Hi,

                I am gurvinder, i have faced a lot of issues with blue dart but i never made any complaint. Every time when my order posted by blue dart it never reached me by blue dart executive. I always took it from their office. The service is very poor in tri city chandigarh and mohali as well. You people should take any action. They always update the status "no consignee at address" or "consignee's address incorrect". If you people cant able to deliver that much of orders then why are u taking that much of orders. I can give you the list of friends of mine who have faced the same problem a lot of times. I faced a problem recently. I have an order and it was meant to deliver on 6 jan, n status by tracking was obvious "consignee's address incorrect". Wheybill: [protected]. You can check it right now.

                I know this email have no mean, but i thought that i should let know to the higher authorities so they can take any action.

                      Regarding awb [protected]
                      I got an sms that delivery will be attempted today (6th jan at my office address in jogeshwari (E) mumbai.
                      My office is shut on saturday. I immediately called bluedart [protected] at 10.50 am and informed them the same. I stay in the building opposite the office. So i said if the delivery guy gives me a call, i can come to office and collect it. The call centre executive, ms. Neha, confirmed that she will ensure coordination happens dir delivery and it will be attempted between 4 and 7. The delivery was attempted at 12.20. At my office. No one called me. The delivery guy returned. I could check this on their map tracking. I called the call centre back at 12.45 and asked them to help coordinate again. Let's see. But very sad and angry to see that instructions aren't passed when they said they would. If it was not possible to instruct the delivery guy, they could have said as much or shared his number with me. I was happy to coordinate. Very poor call centre service. Great technology to update the consignee, though.

                        Actually our bank sent my debit card through bluedart logistics but these fellows without contacting me, they are simply updating fake updates like cosigner out of station, address is incomplete. If i call them without solving my problem they are talking rudely and now they are avoiding me. I visited office also there they shows gundayism rowdism.

                          fake update: no such consignee at the given address

                          What the hell do they mean by updating the status to ‘no such consignee available at the given address’?
                          For one thing, that i am not available at the given address is ridiculous and laughable.
                          For another, even if i should be unavailable at the given address, is it not their duty to ring me and confirm that i am not there?
                          I am thoroughly disappointed in bluedart for clearly faking the update.

                          I got my hdfc credit card sent through the blue dart on 22 dec 2017. But still i did not received my card, i spoke to customer care service to sent it to my home address but everytime i get a call from courier person he behaves like a new person and ask me about the availability time and never respond again this repeats with new person everytime. I asked for scheduled. Pickup but they are even not doing that.
                          This courier problem i faced it 3rd time i feel bluedart should be closed if they are unable to satisfy the customer needs. Waste of having a company to deliver the items.
                          I also feel hdfc not to choose this courier to send the credit cards.

                          I hate this service of bluedart in delaying my courier and showing status as custoner not available. Please if you feel you are responsible to satisfy your customer please do a needful.

                              Parcel arrived 3/4 days before, but no msg email phone number from the courier distributer. After 4th day the courier distributer once called and claimed that msg was sent to my number. He couldnot deliver in my home and asked to come to receive my slf. Why msg was not sent to me? My order is prepaid and incase of prepaid orders they show extreme irresponsibility. Resolve it.

                                Sir,

                                I would like to inform you that on last thursday 28.12.2017 i had received a phone call from one official of blue dirt having phone number [protected] regarding delivery of one kit from nps authority when i was out of station along with my family. He told me that please come in our blue dart office to collect the kit. I asked him their address and phone number. But he told me that he didn’t give any phone number and also said that he didn’t know their office address. I had requested him to deliver the same on monday, 1st january which he agreed that time. I also told him that i did not get any tracking id from blue dart.

                                But he did not come on monday. So i compelled to go personally to the address of blue dart office on wednesday in baghjatin, kolkata after searching the address on internet. Where i found that the office is not there and shifted to another place. Again i searched the blue dart office phone number in internet and called them and finally reached their office where i waited more than 2 hours because i didn’t have any tarcking id of blue dart courier. I told them that i didn’t get any sms so it was not my fault. Firstly they told me they could not do anything without the tracking number. But after requesting them they told me to wait. But lastly they told me that they were very busy now and informed me over phone. One of blue dart official gave his number (Subrata ghosh : [protected]) and told me to call after 4 p. M. I called him after 4 p. M but he told me that he is very busy so he called me after one day. But still now i didn’t get any phone call. I called him but he did not pick up the call.

                                This is sheer negligence and really not desirable from a company like m/s blue dart which presumed the best courier service in india. I was neither informed about the parcel after 28.12.2017 nor i have any phone number or address where i can collect the parcel which is very important and essential document of mine. This kind of service will certainly hamper the image and put a bad name to m/s blue dart.

                                As such i would request you kindly arrange to inform me about the status of my parcel immediately so that i can track my consignment and get my all-important kit, otherwise i will have no other option but to intimate to higher authority for redressal of my grievance.

                                    Very worst experience. Am getting updates my parcel out of station and they asked me to wait to collect in my office. But that corresponding person even not picking my call. Am waiting more than hour. But hes is not ready to pick my call. Finally he mentioned wrong department. He is telling lie. He already know my office address and also he asked to wait for me to collect parcel. But they are telling and updating wrongly.
