    Hi, my package awb no. Is [protected], this package was supposed to be delivered on[protected] but it haven't got delivered, on[protected] one of the delivery boy call me and told me that the package will get delivered by today 03:00pm but it doesn't got delivered and then he called me at 6 pm and told me that we don't have delivery vehicle and we are not able to deliver the package., so i told him that i will pickup the courier from your office but when i went to blue dart office (Pin:411032), they told me that it is against bank policy to handover package at office, i showed him my govt. Id but still he refused to handover the package, now he told me that we will deliver the package on[protected]. I am in a huge doubt that it will get deliver on this day as the service level and professionalism is very poor.

          Blue dart shipment no [protected]

          #"dont use blue dart courier service at all. Worst experience / service they give.. Wat is point using courier service which doesn't respect customers.

          Give chance to other courier service who are willing to serve.

          Ban these blue dart service it's my personal suggestion

          There is a big question mark on the hiring policy of blue dart - it reflects that we are stupid to use blue dart services.... The worst experience with speaking to blue dart staff who doesn't have coutersy to speak [protected]- these is staff number. He is worst

          Black list blue dart service don't use - give chance to other local emerging courier company who respect customers

            Very poor service my parcel should be delivered on 27/11/2017 due to i did not mention my house number properly they have sent my parcel to my residence again when i traced it is showing as wrong pincode so again delay in delivery keep on delaying hardly it take 10 working days unsatisfied better go with fedex or any other companies. They should have common sense to call customer if any query related to finding the address.. I got my card pincode which was delivered by bluedart person only but he made an effort to call me and spoke to me regarding the same with in 2 days i got the same then if one person able to call what is wrong with others.

            As soon as raised a complaint in consumercomplaint.in i got a mail from bluedart sorry for the inconvenience caused within half an hour i got a call from bluedart person for shipment has been delivered.

            Nat taking call and balance all time reduce.
            Very very very poor and third class courier service.

              I have ordered philips hd 7450/20 through ebay with. Estimated delivery between 27 nov to 29 nov which ebay has promised me as i have to attend a wedding on 29th. When i checked the blue dart website my product was with them since 3days at bhiwandi hub without any action. I followed with both bluedart and with ebay to deliver the product by 29th and both said we have taken the request o[censored]rgent delivery but on the morning of 29th when i have called blue dart they refused to deliver the product and said follow up with ebay coz we will deliver by 30th only. While calling ebay they also refused to help. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable as i have been following up with them since 2 days n no action was taken.

                I have received email from your customer but I did not received packet.

                I have attached email please find. you did not giving quality in you work.

                I was waiting for my much awaited credit card but the blue dart guy dint call me for informing plus misbehaved over call by saying "MAI 1 HR PEHLE CALL NAHI KARUNGA, MAI WAIT NAHI KRUNGA" he went back without giving me card.

                  I am supposed to receive a package from hdfc through blue dart. I’m following this since 22/11/17. I have not received the package till today. I have called the customer care thrice and confirmed my address location and timing available to receive the package. Still they are delivering to my office address at different timings which i’m not available. And the delivery boy is abusing me over phone for not available. The delivery boy called me on 28/11/2017 @ 11:50am. I won’t prefer blue dart anymore. Their service and customer experience is very bad. They aren’t even qualified to do a customer service. No knowledge among staff and no respect to customer

                    [protected]- delivery boy was arrogant he called me for address guidance, i was guiding him but he was not ready to listen - was insisting on come where he is standing, he told i'm not your servant n also abused with no reason, kindly sack him on priority.

                    Bcoz of him i'm not getting my parcel - he is spoiling blue dart goodwill.

                    Kindly take strict disciplinary action against him.

                    Deliver my parcel urgent asap.

                    Bcoz the delivery boy company good will of Blue Dart is spoiling - there is a serious problem in Recruiting staff .

                    [protected]- Delivery boy, he didn't told his name . Trace on these number n take strict action

                    Teach Blue Dart delivery boys how to speak with customers - he was very rude,
                    I am very disheartened by the blue dart service this time.My box was broken, my samples were missing instead a chain was kept inside the box.

                      I had ordered a gift card for my friend's wedding and she is staying with her cousin. These guys did not give me any information nor called me at all and said consignee not at the address. Now after complaining with the bank they said that since my friend was not there they cannot deliver it to her address as the surnames do not match. Is this fair? I have called multiple times and told them that i am the person who ordered the card and i am saying please deliver it to the address given, they refused to do so. Is this acceptable.

                        I want to register a compalin regarding the stubborn behaviour of one of your employee named lakhan deokar.

                        I had 2 couriers from bank to be delievered in which it was mentioned to show any govt. Id proof but he asked for my office which i didnt have at that time. He was very when i tried to explain him that this is what bank is asking us to show.

                        Then in when he came for redelivery he didnt come to the location instead asked me to come down. When i asked about he said “lena h to lo wrna m zara, jo krna h krlena”

                        I had to request him deliever my courier even i had my office id card with me.

                        This is a very inhospitable behaviour from blue dart.

                        I have been contacting the courier office owner from 2 days. He will tell the person is out for delivery, but no one have called for delivery yet. If we call backhe will just tell in hour we are delivering. I have never faced this kind of situation with professional couriers. At least if he can't deliver he can ask us to go and collect.

                          At the time of delivery they didn't call me for delivery as i was not at home. Then i tried to reach out by calling them on number privided online, i. E. Parvati branch, they didn't answer. So i personally went to find branch office but the building was closed from last 4 moths as address was not updated online. Then i went to near by blue dart branch there they told me they do not make call to deliver credit card and customer should be there to accept it.. (So customer has to wait for there delivery whole day by sitting at home). I requested them i will show you the address proof and my id proof then also they refused to give the credit card. Worst experience of blue dart.

                            non delivery of credit card

                            As per telephonic discussion, delivery boy told that he is unable to deliver the courier on the given address in my absence. I think this is not fare. He should deliver to my parents cousins as i confirm him on call.
                            I also told him to deliver at blue dart office in janakpuri but he denies and disconnect my call and thereafter not pick my call and block my number.
                            If it is a rule for blue dart than i request you to deliver it...

                            One parcel is dispatch from delhi, but not receive and when i call to customer care they are saying not having the complete address but till date no one call regarding the same, when i call to dhl in raipur but in that landline they are not able to pick a call,
                            Very disaster behavior by dhl team.

                              I am a ebay and amazon seller. As per the pin code based service availability, we checked the pin code 800009 [patana] one of the our parcel we sent.[waybill number : [protected]] but the item after reaching they send it back saying non serviceable area and and sending back with remark "returned to origin at shipper's request'.
                              I did not request, the phone number was given was checked and verified and we send the parcel.
                              To day i called my buyer he said from blue dart person was not ready to deliver the item to his address, and asked to reach his office and collect. He is an old person and requested to deliver to his home. Instead of that they returned the item.
                              This is the second complaint i am sending you regarding similar case agaist shillong blue dart. I am a online seller and we are paying high rate of service charge to blue dart comparing to other courier agency.
                              It is you company person s responsibility to deliver the item to the address,
                              This type of practice will affect your company reputation and business. More than 70 parcel i am sending through blue dart in every month. Now a days we are getting this type of complaint frequently comes from your service, it is affecting a big loss in our sales.

                                Courier number [protected] sent to kurali on 22 november 2017 but not yet delivered, even i sent through fast courier (Rs.200) for only a two pages document. What the blue dart is doing??? I'm calling to courier service man but he refuses my call again and again.. He needed landmark.. And i gave.. But still my courier is pending. What is this?

                                  Hi, i orders a dryer from purplle.com my waybill no. Is [protected] and it was scheduled to be delivered by 25th november 2017. On 25th i got the message from bluedart that my order is out for delivery but the shippenmt didn't took place and in the evening of 25th i got a phone call from your delivery man that he didn't noticed my parcel when passed near my location he told that my parcel was kept down in his bag so he forgot to deliver it to me so he promised to deliver it to me by 26th but i got a text message from you that my order is not delivered because i wasn't available to take it. It is a very bad experience with you how can i get this type of message when its your delivery man's fault. I am very disappointed by your service please look towards it and take some actions that this type of things never happens again with any one and make some arrangements to deliver my parcel with a sorry for all this fakeness.

                                    My shipment aws no is [protected]. I hv not received my credit card since one month due to below reason.
                                    I have received a call of mr. Raj maurya from blue dart for card delivery & i have confirmed the address which is also registered with bank. But as per mr. Raj maurya that is not the correct address & i have to change the address in bank. I just want to inform that i am living on rent & which address provided me by my landlord & which is also mentioned on landlord's id proof, the same address is mentioned in my aadhar card & as well as registered with bank. I am receiving lot of couriers on this address then why mr. Raj maurya or blue dart can not delivered the courier on this address. I just want to inform to mr. Raj maurya that this address is generated by government not by me. I also requested to mr. Raj maurya that if your courier person will not get the correct location then he can call me & i will confirm him the location but he denied & rudely says that provide the correct address otherwise we will not deliver the card. Due to this still i am waiting of my card since 7th of nov.
                                    Kindly take the corrective action on this & sensitize your office staff & tell them how to deal with customer.
                                    Kindly deliver my card asap.

                                      I have a icici credit card to be delivered at my correspondence address the courier guy his name is vinod and no. I got a call from [protected] and he is unable to find my address and i asked him to come to some common point and i will pickup from over there. Then he refused to give me the courier and very rude in call. This is not at all tolerated. He called from vimannagar office and courier need to be delivered in khardi. I am in emergency of card and he is playing with me.
