Dear team,
I never seen nonsense service of any courier company, as providing by blue dart... Courier calling on my phone confirming the address and after taking confirmation didn't delivery my debit card to my address... As given status in company that didn't found address, and hardly 2 min. Waking distance was there from where to he called me up.

    Book on time blue darts person say to me by air reached the packet on 2 days. But today is say to me packet on delivered 6-7 days.

      Hi,
      My order was due to be delivered by 17 nov 2017 as i received notification in morning. { order number = [protected] }
      I waited for whole day at home and i called few times also. By end of day i was told my package hasn't been delivered because they couldn't find my address.
      I haven't faced this problem by any service and i am getting shipment on same address from last 10 years.
      I wasn't contacted on call to know the address and neither i was notified that my parcel is not coming.
      This is very poor response and service provided by bluedart patiala.

        To whomever it may concern,

        With the advent of technological revolution and globalization, the world has but become a smaller place. Contrary to this assertion, blue dart express delivery finds difficulty in navigating its way around. I was supposed to have my kotak mahindra debit card delivered to me about six days ago. However, to my dismay i still hold no physical claim over it. The organization keeps posting false updates onto its inquiry interface, claiming prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery or incomplete address to be the reason for delay in service. When it comes to being creative at providing excuses, the organization is second to none. If only individuals and organizations sought to do their work with justified devotion, none would remain victims of such discrepancies.
        I hope my voice doesn't fall onto deaf ears, and the concerned organization provides immediate response to my query. Awaiting my kotak mahindra debit card, i remain,

          Dear sir, firstly i am telling you the service of delivery is very very very bad. I can not explain how much it is bad. Your delivery person no pickup call... Every time it is busy i do not know where he talking. Please avoid that type of person at your end. I am very disappoint third time. Number of delivery person is [protected]. I have call 50 to 60 time but no reply on that side.

            My blue dart courier AWB -[protected]. At dated 17.11.2017 I have received a SMS from ICICI bank for the undelivered the courier due to non availability at home.
            But no courier person has visited at the home neither attemt to contact at mobile too.
            This si very ridiculous about the company like Blue dart.

              I ordered my overwatch pc dvd from amazon on 13th nov 2017. From 15th to 17th it showed in transit in the network. But today morning it showed delay caused beyond control in the same delhi offsite hub from where it was shown to be in transit for the past two days.                   We have received a mail from buyer that the above package has not delivered this address till now. As per your tracking details it is delivered on 23rd october but signature pod not visible..
                  For your information this courier package contains one shipment bill of lading, gsp, etc... Now cargo reach at port and consignee is waiting for this documents. So please look into this matter on top priority basis and arrange to deliver correct address and also send the pod urgently...

                      Your employee name ambadas has misbehaved with me he doesn't have manner how to talk with customers, so i kindly request you to take immediate action against him otherwise your courier brand name will be damage by like that employees...

                        My name is utkarsh narad. I'm totally frustrated with blue dart services. 3 days ago my parcel was scheduled to be delivered but they cancelled it saying address issue even though i confirmed my address and it was thoroughly correct. 3 days have passed and i called the customer care like hundreds of times but they haven't taken any action against them. This is my first time with the blue dart and it has been the worst experience. The worst courier company in india. I request you all please don't ever rely on them or order through blue dart.

                          Very bad experience and service is very poor. I was waiting for a delivery from amazon which was supposed to be delivered by blue dart. But the service & behaviour of the courier guy is pathetic. 1st day he has cancelled my order without even contacting me. I got to know from amazon about the cancellation & then requested them to send back. 2nd day the same courier guy called me as he said 1st day he was not able to contact that's why cancelled & now he is not getting my house address properly so he's going to cancel my order again which is ridiculous. I don't understand who have given him the authority to cancel the orders randomly. If it's from the company or management itself, then really it's not acceptable & should stop this practice immediately. My flat is just beside two multinational & nationalized banks. So not getting my house address is just for the sake of saying. For your reference i am giving you the name of the branch & details of the courier guy. Its in jajpur road, orissa, 755019. Name of the courier guy - bhagirathi, contact number - [protected]. Not ended, he was shouting on phone unnecessarily & threatenings like he will cancel the order. Then on top of his tone he was saying to send someone for picking up the product from their office. Then my husband went for pick up, there also he was making scene. When i have paid for delivery charge how come you are asking me to pick up. Such a bad experience. I hope you will understand; do the recovery asap. Really awful & so downgraded service which is not at all expected from blue dart.

                            I'm really trouble with this. I ordered a gift for my best friend's birthday. But it didnt reached it there at all.. Its almost one week passed after the birthday. The tracking site shows "undelivered shipment held at location". I dont know why. At first they told they cant locate the place. But why?? I have correct adress with every details. Please deliver it as soon as possible. I ordered it with much curiosity, but i cant given it to my friend.

                                Ref no. 011532 for package. I received a call on 13th nov, 2018 for package delivery. However, i was not present at the location to pick the order, so requested the delivery boy to deliver it the next day that is on 14th nov, 2017.
                                However, i did not receive any call the next day and when i am checking, it says the package has been delivered to some person named krishna.
                                I don't understand what kind of service is this. This is an urgent case. If the package cannot be delivered to me, it should go back to the sender. How can it be delivered to some random person without my confirmation.
                                I request you to inquire about the package asap.

                                  I had placed 2 orders from koovs.com and they had successfully dispatched the order under the promised time frame and reached the bangalore hub, by nearest area koramangla on 13th november, i'll attach a screen shot to confirm the same.
                                  Bluedart is one of tbe reputable companies and i didn't expect this from them.
                                  I have provided my pin code as 560047, which is nelsandra and the nearest bluedart hub is koramangla and even then they dispatched the order to the banner-herald hub. This is either fake updates on the website or seriously bad mismanagement.
                                  Kindly report this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism because we consumers suffer all the time.
                                  I needed my order by 14 november and i called up the delivery centre and they confirmed it'll be delivered by 14th november but it was not.

                                    I kamal kant comaplaint about your service person who was with my courier of bank cheque book of my firm kamal trading co. Called me to receive on other address as was mentioned. I went and delivery boy said me to give id. I said that i have no id in my pocket, it is placed on my shop. It is his duty to deliver on my shop. Then the person whose mobile no is [protected] from truecaller his name is sandeep misbehaved me and abused. Please take action against the person. I could not sleep whole of the night because he misbehaved with me without any reason. I hope you will take action against your franchise.

                                      Very rude and horrible service . Same with the call centre lady staff who answers the call. Without even we complete our conversation they disconnect the call. If this is the attitude why do you emloy such unprofessional and uncouthed persons in your company. The standard is stooping down.

                                        I had issue in getting credit card delivery. Simply they are mentioning fake reasons and closing the courier. Two times both are credit card not delivered. If some other statement or other couriers are received from same branch and services. Very bad services. Why they are getting mobile no if they are having policy of not calling for any assistance in address locating.

                                        My courer ref[protected] this some reasons we was not present our courier address that time courer boy reached home address and my curier has back to service center than still I continually call to blue dart courier but I haven't any responsibil reply to courer service
                                        Delivery boy very rudely behave and I said him to open parcel he is not agree for that after giving payment. I said him I just wanted to check it that it is not empty or other items. But he take back parcel without give me.
