I was about to get kotak credit card delivered today, but when the status now it's showing "consignee's address incorrect". I have not received any call from courier boy or nothing.

This consignment was booked from nashik on 24th october. It is yet to be delivered at kolkata. The blue dart site shows shipment connected to delivery on 1st november. The parcel had reached kolkata on 25th november. Nobody is picking up the toll free number or other phones mentioned in the site at kolkata. I have been put to a financial loss on account of this inordinate delay. Can the management explain why such a premier logistic company...

The product has still not been delivered.

As per the call below i still did not receive my product...
I will complain now to higher authority ... delivery dept was call me on saturday from my home address but i am not able to receive my product in home address so dept commit me "we will deliver your product in monday but nothing update from concern dept as well delivery boy, , so i visit in blue dart office in dlf phase...

Blue dart courier team in jaipur are highly unprofessional and rude... Waiting for a parcel since monday... Unable to get it... All the customer services are not taking the call... Yesterday a courier boy called and for that i waited outside for an hour... They promise for next day early morning delivery... I called again after making 20 calls they received and forgot all the previous promises... Still no response...

The guy has called me once mid in the last week and said ki will give you on saturday. I have tried so many times to call him, but he did not received my call even single time and its almost 10 days from now.

I had been book some products via amazon. They are ship some items through blue tart courier service!. They are don't try to deliver properly! And they told to collect the item in his office. I accepted it and go to. Tat office and ask the pos (Swiping machine) because the amount is very low, but they told the machine is not available in that office and nobody atm near there! I feel much more difficulty!!! Please take the necessary auction!...

As my credit card has been delivered to a wrong address and has been received by a wrong person in noida rather it was to be delivered to meera bagh, new delhi. It is wrongly delivered to ritesh soni who is unknown to me.

1. Yesterday i missed your delivery boy because i went out for a short time.
2. Today i stayed at home and your delivery boy has marked (Untruthfully) premises closed. He has not even visited my house let alone rung the bell.
3. On my calling up your toll free number, i was advised that chembur office will again try to deliver today.
It did not happen....

Hi i suppose to receive a parcel thru blued art on 30 oct 17, i have received a call from delivery boy askg fr add i explained n asked to leave the parcel at my watchman rather he listened to my add he disconnected the call n not answering the call after many calls on same day he infrm me that parcel left at madinaguda be n collect from there. Not even ready to provide tracking no, when i approached by at madinaguda be they sd no such person...

The courier boy call me to deliver my debit card but he don't deliver the courier and says that he was busy...and cut the call. .

And when i called him the contact no. Get unreachable at that moment...

Please solve this problem as soon as possible......

Nirmal branch service very very bad if parcel comes just call tell to collect your parcel from office they are not delivered
And pan cards (Govt service) simply said we aren't able to deliver and even phone call also. We have to go and collect. I asked to office staff for services he said my owner tell to staff don't call also for pan cards how to know pan card came or not

I am s. Kumar, my kotak bank debit card was sent by kotak bank on[protected]. Your courier boy ramesh who is working in tirupathi location. He made call on[protected]. Again call to him on[protected], at that he replied i will deliver tommarrow. But till today i won't receive my debit card. And he spoke very rash with me. Please take necessary action regarding this issue....

Incorrectly delivered

Shipped from axis bank from mumbai and delivered was expected to be to surat but they delivered to some address in bardoli which has no relevance to that address. This packet contains, cheque book, debit card, pin number and this can lead to fraud.

My only request is to collect from that address and ship...

On system shows delivered on 28oct with stamp but our bank is closed on 28th oct then how it is possible. Why updated wrong information on system. Also i called your allahabad office many times on registered no., s but no one picked the phone on delhi service no twice they told for delivery arrangements docket is with allahabad office since 14 oct not delivered till now.
This type of poor service will add bad image of blue dart.br...
