Hi, this is kavita, currently residing in tanzania. I recently visited dehradun india (My home town), and ordered few things from amazon online shopping. I almost got everything before i left for tanzania, except one shipment, which was supposed to delivers by 26july 2017 (Tracking no.-[protected]), and still pending for delivery at their dehradun office (Got to know from one of blue dart employee). When o contacted blue dart at given no. On 27 july, first nobody picked at their given landline phones, then i called, at mobile no given on website, which was picked by mr. Neeraj from blue dart, according to him my shipment was lying at their dehradun office and he promised that he will email them (As he was not at dehradun office that time), to deliver that asap. Since i didn't get any delivery or any response i wrote an email to customer care about this in detail, which was replied very promptly by ma. Vandana, wherein i was again told that it will be done at the earliest. Now it's been 2 august, and i have not received my shipment as yet. This is very upsetting and disappointing, the way these guys from bluedart are responding. Hope to hear from you soon😒😒😒😒😒😒😒
