I return my parcel/packet (Purchased from amazan) on 1.8.2017 but it is not received, when i ask to sender persoln he is not responding on missing packet\parcel, and seneing mail to bluedart service i am requesting you please help sir,

Dear customer, blue dart were unable to deliver shipment awb[protected]. Bluedart delivery boy was called for delivery he simply said address not cleared... What about phone number. Iam waiting for my credit card from last week...9th aug i received one message (Your product was out for delivery) but till now it was reached to me. Pls deliver the item.

An envelope containing a cheque was never delivered to me/my address by blue dart on 8th july 2017, by its garia/kolkata delivery office. But the website showed it as delivered with my signature. Upon investigation i discovered that on "track sheet" my signature was forged. When i tried to impress upon its "call centre" that the letter was not delivered to me the person/s disbelieve me. On my insistence they took my official complaint. However, blue dart executive in kolkata ms debjani chatterjee repeatedly challenged my claim of non-delivery. Her behaviour was unprofessional and remarks were caustic and not easy to digest.
Blue dart has not revealed the action it has taken against the erring delivery office/person and has tried to hide its dishonest way of operation.

Hi i received a call from the blue dart courier service man to deliver my axis bank credit card. The mobile number of the person is follwing [protected], i told him the way to reach my residential address, he asked me to come and pick up the courier to a particular location. As i was in office i couldnt able to go and pick that up. He denied delivering the courier to my home.

Please note that the consignment no - [protected] has been received at noida sec-63 hub on 5th august, 2017. But up to now, the consignment has not been delivered. The reason for non delivery is showing

"'prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery"

Please note that the delivery address is residential area so there is no any restriction for entry for delivery.
The above reason for non delivery is not acceptable to me. I have contacted to customer care over phone on 7th august and 8th august but up to now the consignment has not been delivered.

Your delivery boy is lier and thurst today i was track my shipment but there is show that address was not found it's not possible, and your delivery boy is not able to give a call even consignee number is mention on shipment, and main thing is that your office number is not valid how inresponcable you are please solve my problem as soon as possible and make a good way for your custumer.

No one picking call. when i m calling from mobile at Chandigarh ware house - [protected]. when i have called from office number they have picked and promising to deliver everyday. but nothing happens . m still waiting.

Myself shivam sharma from aurangabad maharashtra. I was expecting to receive my credit card yesterday. Blue dart courier guy called me and i told him that i am not present at home and you can come, check my id and deliver my card to me at my office (Which is very nearby to home) or wait there for few minutes i will come to home to collect my card, he refused to wait and agreed to deliver my card to me at office somewhere around 3 pm. I was...

Though the consignee address is written properly for way bill no. [protected]; the courier is still not delivered. I have given my email id for getting intimation and provided address once again in message. I have not received any mail from bluedart. Moreover blue dart has delivered to the same address before.

Dear sir, we have booked material to themis medicare ltd - haridwar -249403 vide the above docket number mentioned in the subject. Material booked on 3rd august 2017, where as our customer complaints the material is not reached to their destination place so far. As per the schedule time to deliver the goods on 5 th august2017. Please take necessary action for delivery of the goods.

I ordered for an mi headphone which needed to be delivered today. The courier person called me by 3:45 and told he will be available till 4:00. I told him it will take some time and to come at least to the entrance which he did not oblige. He spoke so rudely which is not the way to speak to the buyers. He was abusive too. I want him to be fired immediately or i will go to consumer forum for keeping such staff.

Sir i had booked a courier through blue dart agst. Waybill no.[protected] dtd.22.07.2016 but due to receiving date expired, party has refused to accept the same. Now courier has been returned to origin and your office staff demanding the courier return charges. Sir we have send many couriers through other courier companies and in case any courier returned back, they never demand the courier return charges.
So sir please don't take these types of charges because it is a cause of business loose.
You are requested to please do the needful immediately and returned my courier without any charges.

Reg. my package arrived at lucknow but yesterday was a holiday then not recieved . but today is working day, I have call bluedart but he was not sent my package, pls convey my problem because I was departure to some location and afternoon i have in lucknow, pls provide my package today 08/08/17 time 1700 hrs.

Courier guy called me yesterday and asked me the location, he was hardly 300-400 m away from my apartment. After i told him where to come, he said that he is coming.
After 20 minutes, i called him back and he said he left from there. He did not care about the delivery of the item.
Later i checked the status on website, it said consignee not available. His fault, he blamed on me saying i was not available. How unprofessional service it is.

Please note i received a package on 22-7-17 through bluedart for which i was supposed to make a payment. I was not having change ₹1550/- at that time so your courier person shiv charan suggested to make an online payment so i made a online payment which declined at that time as he was getting late so i managed and have given him payment in cash. But after 15minutes of his departure i received a message that ₹1550/- has been deducted from my account. For this i called shiv charan immidiately to return my cash payment as online payment is done. But he refused he said he had entry of cash payment in his books so my deducted amount will be returned by company itself. But still i am standing on date of 9-8-17 chasing mr anil since day 1 and he is saying that cheque is not made and now he is saying that cheque is made but manager is not there to sign the cheque. I am facing this problem since 15 days. I dont think bluedart is a fraudelent company and provide such services. My pacakge reference number is [protected]. Please resolve this issue because i have others work to do other than chasing people for my money. I am giving contact numbers of both the contact persons with whom i am contacting since day 1

It's shown as delivered to my address with signature. But i have not received the item. Somebody from your courier company has misplaced or stolen the item, that's for sure.
Earlier also, consumer has issues in delivery by bluedart in that particular area, moran.

Please look into the matter serilously, as it creates bad impression of your company.

Matter is not resolved even if i talk to your executives from the particular place, moran & guwahati.

Please do the needful before i go to consumer forum.

Hi all, i am suppose to receive pan card from blue dart courier. Unfortunetly i have wrong awb number which is [protected] (Sent by pan card department). However today i received a call at 12 p. M by number [protected] who is courier boy from blue dart. When he called i was in a meeting and told him that i will call him back and with in a minute i called him but he dint respond. I have tried till evening to talk with him but he dint answer the call. It is very unfortunate that because of some people blue dart is getting a bad name. I reside at gajularamaram. (Hyderabad). My pan card is must be in balanagar branch hyderabad. So please help me out.
