Refund of payment made twice

Payment of 2090 made by google pay showed failed transactions so cash was paid
But next day the amt got deducted
It’s been 20 days but refund has not been credited
Why is it taking so much time...

Respected sir I have new account open in axis Bank axis Bank send welcome kit thorough blue dart courier service but after long time not received my parcel

        Address: H.NO.1-8-450/1/a/159 and 160, 1st Floor, Victoria Castle, Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India - 500016

        Blue dart suppose to deliver my HDFC credit card by 23rd July 2022 but still now i haven't received it. Now when i tracked the aws number in site it says the address is "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery " how i don't know because the address is of an apartment in Kondapur. Also i didn't received any calls or SMS from delivery executive yet.
        First of all the bank documents are considered to be confidential which should be delivered with priority and security.
        Now i am really worried about the credit card what if someone is tampering the document.

          I couldn't receive both, I was expecting a call from the blue dart delivery team so that they could locate me well, in case they have difficulty reaching out to me. That's why the phone number is provided, right? Without a call, blue dart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention I didn't get a single response from blue dart on this.

          Now I am getting an error status that the consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. And have seen people hardly get a resolution to this issue, what shall I do?

          I am attaching the case screenshot.

          If the blue dart team finds it, please reach out to me. You have the tracking id. I am ready to come to the blue dart office instead as well to gather the package if it works.

            On June 30, 2022 I was to receive an order from online shopping website Doeraa. But since I was not at home the status of the parcel was marked as "Premises closed" but suddenly at night by around 10 pm the status was marked as "Delivered". The next day I enquired the reception if someone had received the parcel on my behalf but no-one from the desk had received it. So I mailed the customer service of bluedart to let them know the issue. Also I informed the team of Doeraa about the same but they never responded back on whatsapp. Bluedart made several calls next day asking about the issue and they hung up after knowing the issue. No-one from the team (both bluedart and doeraa )ever called back to update me about the status. I called customer service of bluedart and they said its already being handled. Doeraa team contacted me after I had sent an email but they said its already 3 days so we cant do anything. I regularly mailed bluedart team but have not received any updates nor any call back from their delivery team.

                I have ordered fire boltt watch and done a express shipping also for additional amount for only bluedart courier service...my pincode is 691536 ..i need the product for emergency so only i have selected the bluedart express courier..Saturday 23 July its shown out for delivery but when i have called the nearby bluedart they are saying they have no route on this weak only they can deliver on Wednesday or Friday...what service is yours..If it will not delivery as munch as possible i will file a consumer complaint against this..all other courier partners like delhivery, ecom, ekart or amazon shipping have no problem or not have any particular reason like this...
                Hope that Bluedart team take my problem as a big issue and solve my problem very munch soon

                  Way bill no:- [protected]
                  Bad service by Blue Dart.
                  My shipment is out for delivery on 21st July and its been updated to "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address", even though address is proper and i am at my home.
                  And I filed a complaint through consumer complaint.As a result blue dart agent called me and assured me that next day shipment will be delivered.At my surprise there is no delivery and there is no response from blue dart eventhough i called him twice, he didn't answer my call also. At the end of the he updated status as " undeliverable situation at the location"🤦
                  This is really redicules from delivery agent.

                  Blue dart, please tell your delivery person to read address properly and get it delivered before updating status.

                    My waybill no.is [protected].Yesterday morning i got msg that my item is out for Delivery.But at evening i checked the status it shown as

                    No Such Consignee At The Given Address.

                    I was shocked, what the hell is going on.Delivery agent didn't come nor contact to me for delivery.

                    What is the purpose of given the Contact No.of receiver if the Delivery agent didn't contact to receiver at the time of delivered ?

                    Such a rediculous service.

                    By the way if the address is wrong or No such Consignee at the Given Address then how i got the same item at last 3 years before through your BLUE DART COURIER.

                          It has been 3 three days since package is out for delivery and not reached to given address.
                          It showed me *Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect* three times every day and other day at night it shows that address is not valid. But address is valid.

                            This was the second time the credit card sent by HDFC Bank was automatically rejecting the delivery by texting the message " Sorry to have missed you while delivering the shipment with AWB#[protected] to reschedule delivery as per your convenience." without prior informing the the costumer.
                            They don't even call to inform there costumer about whether the package is delivered to provided location or we have go there to received the package.

                                The shipment tracking states that the shipment is held at the location and it was tried for delivery 2 times on the same day, but no one called or even reachout to us for the delivery.

                                now the customer care numbers are also not working so there is no way to connect to them and get in touch with them.

                                  No delivery attempt was made, no calls were made, and it shows, address is incomplete/wrong. This makes literally no sense. I have recieved shipment from bluedart literally in the same address "many times", and what happened now? These reasons are very silly. My waybill number is [protected].

                                    My consignment had to be delivered on on 18 july but yet not got. They are making excuses. Not getting proper response from vendor from whom I booked. It's urgent consignment. They are not giving proper info. They have not tried to deliver but in tracking it is showing attempt failed. We are calling them from monday they are just avoiding it. Please help.
