It has been 3 three days since package is out for delivery and not reached to given address.
It showed me *Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect* three times every day and other day at night it shows that address is not valid. But address is valid.

This was the second time the credit card sent by HDFC Bank was automatically rejecting the delivery by texting the message " Sorry to have missed you while delivering the shipment with AWB#[protected] to reschedule delivery as per your convenience." without prior informing the the costumer.
They don't even call to inform there costumer about whether the package is delivered to provided location or we have go there to received the package.

Status is showing that "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" whereas i am staying at the given address only and the delivery agent didn't called me.
Plz deliver the product as soon as possible to the given address only .

The shipment tracking states that the shipment is held at the location and it was tried for delivery 2 times on the same day, but no one called or even reachout to us for the delivery.

now the customer care numbers are also not working so there is no way to connect to them and get in touch with them.

No delivery attempt was made, no calls were made, and it shows, address is incomplete/wrong. This makes literally no sense. I have recieved shipment from bluedart literally in the same address "many times", and what happened now? These reasons are very silly. My waybill number is [protected].

My consignment had to be delivered on on 18 july but yet not got. They are making excuses. Not getting proper response from vendor from whom I booked. It's urgent consignment. They are not giving proper info. They have not tried to deliver but in tracking it is showing attempt failed. We are calling them from monday they are just avoiding it. Please help.

Very cheap service delevry boy delevered my package to other person without verification and sealed was open .. it was medicine and they just unreasonable

We had a corrier to recieve on my address village badarpur PO Biana on[protected] through HDFC bank which was to deliver by your courier company. but your employe (shubham) (ph. no. [protected]) who was the agent for my delivery called me around 2:45 pm and told me to collect the corrier by ourself and when we asked him to deliver the parsel to our place he rejected to deliver and told us weather to collect by ourself or he will cancel the courier and return to the courier service and after cutting the phone he intentionaly cancelled the courier and returned it to the courier centre. the parsel contained very crucial documents that were neede urgently and your corrier guy intentionally didnt delivered it and also returned the parsel back to office. we want a strict action against him, naming SHUBHAM from blue dart of whom phone number is [protected]. please make justice with us. please...

My package (Way Bill [protected])was supposed to get delivered today and since morning it was showing out for delivery but now it shows "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery".
Our society security is available 24/7 and i asked them but there is no entry of any DHL person.
The package contain accessory to repair my mobile. I need that package asap.

I was been told I’m getting my shipment then I get from your delivery guy saying he came and someone didn’t accept the order when k was at home all day long they had clearly lied and then I was been told my shipment will be deliver the next day now there’s guy sends me a number of another Bluedart guy and tells me to talk to him his number is Sai [protected] and he told to just to order it again when the thing I ordered is out of stock the guy was very rude and when I told im going to send a complaint he said very easily “okay” what kind of service do you provide where the shipping guy is lying and cancelling orders? Plz look into it waybill number [protected]

My order waybill no is [[protected]]. My order was supposed to be delivered Yesterday as I got a text message at 9:49 PM. It was an Mi 11i mobile with an exchange for an older model with a new one. The shipment did not arrive for whole day and then it was automatically cancelled with the message "Customer not ready with exchange".

Nobody from Bluedart even contacted me and asked me about anything. Instead you people automatically cancelled the delivery attempt and wrote made up reasons with your own thinking. What kind of behavior and work ethic you people are doing? I need my shipment asap and if you cancel the order this time without my consent I will straight away have to take action against you people

I am mohan, i reissued my credit card from HDFC bank and my HDFC credit card was supposed to deliver 07/18/2022. During the time of delivery i was not present at home also my parents was not there. Delivery boy refused to deliver the Card to my uncle's son and also said that you need to come yourself along with house so that i will check your house from inside and than i will deliver your card. I was agree with the delivery to come myself to collect the card even i am on my office but not with the house exploration.
Few days back i received my debit card and credit on same adress from bluedart and at that time during the time of delivery no one asked me to check my house by entering into my house.
In last 15 days 2 delivery boys came and delivered 2 cards on my adress without come inside my house but this boy and his boss told me to explore my house before delivery.

I was expecting documents delivery from Axis bank home loan department on 15th July 2022. But due to Blue dart it was not yet delivered till 18th July 2022 having status as Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For.
Service center number [protected] is not reachable.
Due to this I am loosing my money and time.
What should I do?

My shipment was about to be arrived yesterday. But now that status is showing consignee address incomplete/incorrect. Blue dart delivery boy didn't call me once to know the location. Please fix this asap.

Hi Team complaints ! I’m Rahul Kumar from Hyderabad. I’m writing here for the complaints fraud. She/He was trying to call me that they are asking to me will be delivery updating address so they have sent to me message the link updating address charge RS 10 . I didn’t know that person may be working at blue dart They are asking about the link details address, phone and UPI PIN. They had called me errors PIN . They asked me again clear PIN. I was checked to click details PIN clear is required. I was shocked to someone steal my money on Paytm device when I got message debited it looks device fraud it was not for me . Please have a look the screenshot below . I’m telling the truth.

We are(Hdfc employee) given the shipment yesterday at Vanatslipiram Hyderabad to Hyderabad Banjara hills and it is within the city but still not delivered the courier and outward payment not processed and we got the escalation from hdfc bank customer.
Please respond and deliver the shipment as soon as possible
