My way bill no. Is [protected]. Is reached from bluedart courier service haridwar before 2 days but till date courier not deleverd to me. I call to courier service center but he is cannot give response & use bad language's. He told that we can't deleverd the courier before 5 days you free to complain any where. I told to give address to me but he can't give & told he not to give courier at the office side & use ruff language.

    My delivery no - [protected]. Of a items send from. A shipping paytm shop.

    Your delivery man came to my buliding. And cslled me on my number.[protected].

    And the item has not given to my home only because of wing alphabet was not correct. It was. B -404. And i told him to give this items to c-404.

    Your delivery man call on my mobile i request to give at c block same flat number.

    Can you sent it to same address but only block. You can sent to c-404.

      Sir
      I had a courier bearing no [protected] which carried a pair of shoes from clarks.
      I had a message that it will be delivered by 17 july. As i was waiting for the courier, suddenly out of the blue a message popped up in my message box - "that the courier is undelivered due to address issues."
      It is pertinent to mention that neither i received any phone call nor any text relating to it from the courier boy.
      It is absolutely an harassment to the customer.

      In the end, i personally went to the courier office which was hardly at 2km distance from my place.

      I felt immensely troubled by the act of this company.

        Sir actually i have made a pan card by ca office one and half month later i receive a massage form nsdl office your pan card which is delivered by blue dart. But they didn't delivered yet. So what m i do for it? So i lodge a complaint this is some word written on my massage. Your pan card which sent by blue dart awb [protected]. Expected delivered date 22/06/17.

          I called to customer care she didn't listen my words and just cut my call and it was too late delivery. They told some reasons but the site itself does not works. When ever i press the track button it shows error.
          Blu dart very bad service delivery boy abusd me i never this order in blue dart

            Bluedart express is one of the worst delivery express in the country. Bluedart expects people to stick to bluedarts time. Bluedart thinks customers have plenty on free time.
            Yesterday, 18th july 2017, bluedart deliverer called me on my phone at around 11:30 am and said that he come to deliver a package at my office address. I told him i work night shift and i can meet him at 7 pm, and i requested him to come at 7 pm again. He agreed to my request. At around 6:30 pm, i called the number back, within two or three rings, my called was rejected. I called back after 2 mins, got rejected the second. I called for 7 or 8 times, got rejected all the times. I even sent an sms to the number that i have a delivery to be made by bluedart, but got no reply. Then i went to bluedart tracker and tracked my delivery, status showed "consignee not available". I called bluedart customer service, my line got transferred to another line, the man on the line said he does not take care of delivery, then i asked whom should i reach to to track and ask about my delivery, but to my horror, he cut the call even without answering my question. What kind of customer service is that? It is the worst in the world.

            Now, today 19th july 2017, another bluedart deliverer called me at 4 pm. I told him the same case and i complained to him that my call was rejected continuously, he said it must be another deliverer. We discussed the situation and he suggested to send some friends with an id proof and claim the package. I told him my friend can come and get the things at 5 pm, he said he can wait till 5 pm for my friend. So i even thank him for the understanding and assured him my friend will come and meet him at 5 pm. I forwarded his number to my friend and told him to go on my behalf and claim the package.
            At around 4 :50 pm, i called to inform the deliverer that my friend is coming to meet him, but my call got rejected just like yesterday. Then my friend called me and said his call also got rejected. Wtf?
            I called again, got rejected again.
            Bluedart ducks to the core.
            Can i file an fir for this on grounds of lying and fraud?

              Ordered item on paytm. Shipped through bluedart. Awb no: [protected]

              Destination: amritsar.

              Bluedart at amritsar (Pin 143004) calls the customers and says that item cannot be delivered in their area and need to be collected from their office at amritsar.

              We have been facing the issues several times before. If they cannot deliver why do they pick up item in the first place? Paytm would have shipped via some other couriers which can actually deliver.

              Poor service from bluedart at amritsar. Many people in amritsar have been complaining against this malpractice. But no resolution yet.

              The customer care neither resolves the issue nor they were willing to escalate issue to higher authorities at bluedart. They wouldn't share the contact numbers either.

              Pathetic pathetic pathetic service by blue dart. You should feel ashamed of this. You should either rectify the issue or you should stop picking up the item from the shipper..

              If you cannot deliver then make it known that you cannot deliver...in the first place..

              Let other couriers company's pick it up.

              Never ever ask the customers to come to office n pick up the item. That's bloody shameful practise. Shame on the people sitting on top and ignoring these issues..

                  I have shipped the package number [protected] on 5th july & blue dart claims that it is delivered on 7th july but myntra (Consignee) told me that they have not yet received the shipment. Myntra told me to provide them the proof of delivery (Pod) so that i can get my refund back. So i contacted blue dart so many times but didn't get any help from them. So i request blue dart to please provide me the proof of delivery for above mentioned consignment...

                  Hi team,
                  I have been chasing down with blue dart representative named priyanka to deliver my debit card issued from citibank to my mailing address. She is showcasing various policy constraints and not delivering the card to me.
                  Initially when i called her then she said that delivering the card outside the office premise is not allowed then i talked to citibank to grant them to make a call to me once they come to deliver the card. But now these courier people are not billing to call me also. They are saying directly now that they won't deliver the card at this address.
                  Please sort it out at the earliest as i am really fed up now. Writing you with a huge hope.

                      Bluedart awb# [protected] is the number... I got a text message stating"axis bank credit card dispatched through bluedart awb# [protected] has returned undelivered".. How this could be possible?? None of the executives from bluedart contacted me about the card delivery... Bluedart often doing this... How could you take back my card without informing me???

                      Worst service ever experience... No proper response...

                      See i need to know where my card is... Else i will complaint higher authority...

Field executive was call me and i was going near field executive but he is gone. And he was also told me he is deliver at my new address. But today he is not received any call. There m.                           I was allotted a sbi credit card and which was to be delivered to my address by bluedart. And the envolop no. Was ev[protected] but was not delivered to my postal address and rather sent back. I did call the branch there had a talk with blue dart office. He told me the envolop would be delivered shortly to my address. Now after a long wait of 7+ days i finally got to know that the envolop has been sent back to the bank. This is really humiliating. Kindly take some actions and get my envolop delivered.

                            I have to receive a product from new delhi vide ref no [protected]. But the product was tobe delivered on 15.07.2017 as per tracking information and sms. But is undelivered till date. The local rehabari office has not called me once and now falsly claiming that they have not traced the address. But lots of parcel came to me at this address including bluedart in the past also. Kindly resolve the problem and take stringent action agsinst the careless staffs.

                                On 10.07.2017, i have online order on turboshopp picker [mobile phone k-tel 3310, order number t34763]. I made this purchase on turboshopp picker]. Unfortunately, this product has not performed well & charger was also tore from the wire. It was without head phone. Company hides the name of own which is k-tel, in advertising nothing showing k-tel they only mentioned 3310. The mode of payment was cash on delivery.

                                Fraud person (Shop owner) sent this to me by courier. The name of courier company was blue dart courier. Tracking number is “[protected]”. Routing code zkp / zkp. When we visit to blue dart office of zirakpur & we asked about the number of sender he didn’t provide to me. He was just saying this is our prime & regular customer. Blue dart person was saying. “he gives us business i can’t help you in this case. You may do whatever you want to do.

                                My humble is request to you please help me to solve my problem. If you are not supporting me in that case i only have one option to solve my problem through court.

                                  18th june i had block my all bank debit and credit cards, as i lost my bag.
                                  Hdfc i was holding account from last 8 yrs and my till date address is same. So hdfc dispatch my debit and credit card, from which as per blue dart both got delivered, but i never received my debit card, i only received credit card, so i call hdfc and blocked my debit card, hdfc had dispatched again and now as per blue dart consignee address is incorrect..

                                  . After repeated attempts to get in touch with the company through the toll free no. The courier still hasn t reached. After rescheduling the delivery time on the call, still no response. This is a highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the company or the people who pick customer calls, their is no coordination between the toll free no people and the delivery staff.

                                      The consignment number : bd[protected] has been not delivered by blue dart to me. I had ordered for medicines from a homoeopathic clinic which was required urgently. But the status of the consignment has been showing premises closed multiple times even though i have been present all day in my residencial complex. I have called in the office at which my consignment is but they are not even picking up the phone even once in 5 days. Customer care people make baseless promises to deliver it at the end of the day but are not even giving me details of the delivery person. These people have made customer fools with their fraudulence. Please make my consignment of rs 1500 reach me. Or else i will be forced to go to consumer court.
