My consignment has not been delivered. I had got a call yesterday from blue dart but my call was put on hold. My Updated address is
Flat 303, A wing, Rose Avenue society, Salunke Vihar road, Kondhwa, Pune 411040.

I have tried some hundred times to get in touch with a person i can speak with at bluedart but to no avail. My waybill no is [protected]. My consignment was supposed to be received on Dec 30, 2022.but i have still not received it. The status shows: consignee shifted from the given address. That is ridiculous. Blue dart has not even called/contacted me once if they had difficulty finding my address. Additionally, All my order are getting delivered in Pune address. Only blue dart is creating problems. Please deliver the consignment asap. This is an extremely important consignment and time sensitive

Hi, Im seeing the status showing the tracking site of C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address. kindly deliver the same address without delay...It's urgent document.

I was tracking my courier as usal and it was about to arrive today..so I was eagerly waiting. I recived msg in morning about the delivery.a person having true caller id courier delivery called me and told my name and in name of derouting he said to pay 5 rupees via some (🔗http://courieractivation.site/) having name phone no UPI and after payment they assure me they are real and now just after 10 min all my account debited via someone..i took quick response and called the no. Given in informed debited message .and froze my account and everything the bank refund my amount all this process took 2 hrs almost and after that again call from different no with same voice with same message approached me .I blocked everything ..but that's not the penalty for my mental trauma and awful experience..i[censored] have no any concern regarding ur own courier then why r u doing such faulty services when u r not eligible to save ur coustomer from sacm..how the info or our details are leaked out ..how they know each small details of our products..such a worst services I have ever received...i will never gonna be use it again bluedart..

इस साल जुलाई के महीने में एक फ्रेंचाइजी ने नाशिला पदार्थ बुक किया. जिसके लिए
राकेश श्रीवास्तव को मेमो कंपनी ने दिया. राकेश श्रीवास्तव{हेड नार्थ इंडिया सेल्स}ph-[protected] ने एक मीटिंग बुलाई. जिस्मे एनहोने टिप्स दिया की लड़कियों का कूरियर बुक न करें कियूंके तुम फिसल जाओगे . और ड्रग्स बुक कर लोगे। लड़कियां ड्रग्स भेजती हैं
अपनी दुकान पर कूरियर बुक न करें।दूसरे कंपनी का माल बुक न करें. मैंने कहा कि दूसरे कंपनी का माल बुक करने में क्या दिक्कत है. उसने मेरी फ्रेंचाइजी रद्द कर दी. मुझे भारी आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ. मेरा आपमान हुआ.

आप के मध्यम से मैं एक सवाल पूछना चाहता हूं कि जेलों में लड़के ज्यादा हैं या लड़कियां ज्यादा? क्या बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ सब झूठ है?
जिस फ्रेंचाइजी ने नशीला पदर्थ बुक किया था उसे राकेश श्रीवास्तव ने बचाया. आप से अनुरोध है कि इस तरह के अधिकारी उसके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करें. ये राकेश श्रीवास्तव की राय है या ब्लू डार्ट की राय? इस व्यक्ति ने केवल मेरी सुरक्षा राशि लौटाई और मेरा कमीशन नहीं दिया

I didn't receive my order today although received a message saying " Your order is delivered to SELF" . Please help me with the same... I checked out with everyone at home about order but no one has received any of the order .. so kindly look into the matter

I have not got any call from the courier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called the customer care of the blue dart. But they have not responded properly. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve ur service and get me my package asap. The customers has to suffer a lot because of this kind of behaviour.

I had placed an HP Laptop Order on 21 Dec . It was told in the HP website that I am supposed to recieve it on 24 Dec.

The same thing showed in their partner Delivery website Blue Dart, that I am supposed to recieve it on 24 December.

However till 25 Dec at night, when i did not get, I contacted the HP customer service, they told they will raise a complaint.

So on 26, today, at 4 pm, I got a call from a Blue Dart delivery person Sanjay Macha(Truecaller name) of phone number [protected]. He asked me where I live, and told me he will be coming within 1 hr.

But after 1 hr, i got a 1 sec missed call from another number Swami Sunil A(Truecaller name) phone number [protected] .

I tried calling him again and again, but it seemed that he had blocked my number after calling fastly for 1 sec.

Then now when I am checking the status of my Bluedart, it is saying "consignee not available" .

Just to remind, the laptop is worth more than 1 lakh and a huge amount for a person like me, and I have already paid the full advance in the official website of H.P.

This fishy behaviour reeks of some kind of scam happening within few employees of Blue Dart.

I recently ordered body wash, it was supposed to be delivered by blue dart, the tracking id is [protected], here it shows delivered, but i didn't received my product as well as any notifications.

I have not received the package but still it's showing delivered

"I returned two packages to Boat on December 16th, using the AWB numbers [protected] and [protected]. The packages were picked up on December 17th and have been sitting in the warehouse since then.

On December 22nd, one of the packages ([protected]) was delivered successfully, but the other one ([protected]) encountered a "wrong Pincode" error and was redirected to the same AWB.

Both packages were intended for the same delivery address, so I request that the package with the "wrong Pincode" error ([protected]) be delivered to the same address as the other package ([protected]). If this is not possible, please contact Boat (the consignee) for the correct address."

Last 2-3 days, BlueDart is simply updating the status of my shipment with AWB [protected] as "Consignee not available" without making any attempt to deliver or even contact me. Wrote an email to them about why this is happening, but as usual no response. Their phone line[protected] always gives a message "Network Congestion". The package was sent via Domestic Priority.

Need strict action on such lies by big organizations like BlueDart who are simply flouting all the rules.

My courier from plum was delivered to a wrong address. I did not receive the package. My tracking ID is [protected]. I want you to rectify this mistake. I got the message that my package was delivered on 19-12-22 at 4.49 pm.

HDFC bank shipped a credit card for me to the current address but i am getting frequent messages that Sorry to have missed you while delivering the Shipment. Pease send me this to below mentioned address for delivery purposes

I got a message saying that they will deliver today but they didn't even contacted yet...tell the courier boy to call me atleast

My courier with blue dart tracking id no. [protected] was supposed to be delivered by 12.12.2022, However the same has not been delivered till now even after contacting the delivery boy. And the customer care number is unreachable. I am facing such horrible service by blue dart 2nd time. They just don't want to deliver the courier and we receiver actually need to go to them to take the item. Kindly take necessary action.

I have not received my shipment which is having my Debit card.

It shows that it is delivered to Pooja but my name is Harish. Below is the message I received

Delivered! Your HDFC Bank Debit Card Awb -[protected] has been delivered. It was received by POOJA on 14/12/2022.

I tried to call the call center but no response. I have also tried to send email to customer care but its showing this service is not available.

Why my Debit card is handed over to wrong person and who will be responsible in case of fraud. Please update me ASAP.
