I was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this.

      Hello Blue Dart,

      This is with reference to my Waybill No. [protected], can you please explain what do you mean by "Product undelivered due to Prohibited Area- Entry restricted for delivery."
      Firstly, I am not staying in a WAR ZONE that you entry is restricted and you are not allowed in that area.
      Secondly, if I have provided you my phone no. then it has some meaning in it, if you don't know let me explain it to you, it means to call the customer who's parcel you are delivering. If you are not doing so then please learn to do it from next time.

      And yes try to accept your flaws and update it as per that in Tracking Details. I know you don't understand what I am talking about. Let me explain you with an Example:

      If you are not delivering the order on the supposed date whatever the reason may be; May be you are not willing to deliver or you are genuinely have any issue please update the same in the Tracking Details. Don't just put the blame on Area that its Restricted. See by God's Grace our area is great and we welcome all except the terrorists. So, Next time if you come to deliver (I am sure it will be your first time) just give me a call and there wont be any restrictions.

        Your courier service is the worst in the world. Worst experience i ever had in my life. My parcel is out for delievery from last 8 days and daily you are fooling around by saying I am not reachable. Dear Bluedart I am still residing on my address and waiting for my parcel as after that I may leave for some other planet. So please deliever it tomorrow i[censored] do not want me to move to consumer court.
        From last 8 days i daily receive message " We will deliver your shipment#[protected] today. Contactless Delivery no signature will be taken; Please support our courier. Fraud Alert:- Blue Dart is reachable ONLY on[protected] or write to us on [protected]@bluedart.com . Track on https://bdtrck.page.link/pDDwD "

        And after 10 minutes of this message i daily receive " Sorry to have missed you while delivering the Shipment with AWB#[protected].Click http://bluedart.in/?[protected] to reschedule delivery as per your convenience. "
        You please stop fooling around and stop your non sense NAUTANKI and think if there had been some medicine or urgent item than what would have happened with me.

          My shipment no. [protected] is out for delivery in the morning but not delivered to me till 7:29 pm... It is urgent to deliver the shipment but service is poor in my area.. please delivey the item in tha same day when it is out for delivery

            I have booked a pickup from Hyderabad to deliver it to Bangalore. It was my office laptop that I had sent to the company. While pickup, the delivery guy told me that I will be provided with the proper bill with the exact amount online.

            But after multiple requests and calls, I am not provided an invoice. I need this to claim the amount from my company. Please do the needy.

                My shipment number #[protected] was to be delivered at MIT Manipal, Udupi. However due to a sudden change in my travel plans I wasn't present to collect the package. However I got a message saying my package was delivered and the website reflects that as well.

                  Material was sent By Air through Blue dart tracking no.[protected] on 02/07/2022 and the same has not yet been received.
                  Although paying a premium courier charges I think I am availing Worst Service.

                    The bluedart employee asked me to share my confidential information like PAN Card, aadhaar card and voter ID number. I do not feel comfortable my confidential information in accepting deliveries. When I refused him to share my confidential information, he refused to give me the parcel and noted that I refused the delivery. What kind of policy is this, bluedart? Why should we share confidential information for our parcels and deliveries?

                      Didn't receive my package but shows delivered when I track it to a person named vijay sg. I didn't receive any call from the courier and I don't have the courier's number. There is no customer service or support. Please look into it.

                        Patanjali products ordered through Order me app & blue dart courier service take responsibility from patanjali to deliver the parcel . but delivery message received in my mobile on 28.06.2022 . i contact in my near bluedart boy(Mob.                             I have not received my prepaid product, skull kandy wireless jibs .The delivery was scheduled when i was out of town so the delivery person said he would deliver t next day but i got a message saying its delivered its been more than 3 weeks i have been complaining about not receiving the product and there is no response they are saying we have proof of delivery, how am i supposed to prove that i never received my earphones worth 2.7 thousand rupees, the delivery person has been ignoring me

                                The same SMS is sent daily and at the end of the day, it's updated as customer not ready etc

                                We will deliver your shipment#[protected] today. Contactless Delivery no signature will be taken; Please support our courier. Fraud Alert:- Blue Dart is reachable ONLY on[protected].

                                Emails are not answered and customer service number is busy 24/7.

                                This is the 3rd time in last year that blue dart has performed worse than local couriers.

                                Fraud alert - please don't believe that Blue Dart or FedEx etc have any ability

                                Someome called from corporate office and apologized..they did not correct the situation but offered a contact point should.there be a repetion of poor service. I havent used tbeir service since.

                                    I am present at the given address yesterday also they didn't deliver the parcel i got a sms Sorry to have missed you while delivering now today even i tried to track it is showing conginee not available.i have called bluedart several times since yesterday but they act so professional but do nothing just say please wait it will delivered soon the excepted delivery date was 23. Today is 29 but its undelivered.

                                        I placed an order with the tracking ID [protected]. I later realized that even though I had put the correct address, the pincode 140307 was wrong and I informed the same to the company via emails and customer care calls.
                                        They assured me they will update the delivery team of my correct pincode 147301. I never heard anything back from the company or email. Even my tracking is not being updated.
                                        Please update me regarding the situation.
