Hi team,
Have receive call from bluedart courier agent for Wafer no: [protected] stating that courier can only be done to address if Rs 2 amount has been paid to link through sms. Once clicking on link below amounts got deducted thrice.
1st time deducted =18000
2nd time deducted =1500
3rd time deducted =250
Kinldy help me with the refund and urge to take against the courier man.

      नमस्ते मेरा नाम अश्विन बरनासिया है मैंने ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग की थी जोकि सेलर द्वारा आपकी कंपनी के कोरियर से भेजे गए एक महीना बीत गया ना तो मुझे पार्सल डिलीवरी हो पाए आपकी कंपनी के द्वारा मेरा काफी समय खराब किया गया मुझे कुछ जरूरी सामान मंगवाना था जो कि मुझे नहीं मिल पाया समय पर इसके जिम्मेदार आप की कंपनी है मैं यही कंप्लेन आपको लिखित में इसलिए दे रहा हूं अगर मेरे जरूरी सामान ना मिलने की वजह से अगर कोई दुर्घटना होती है तो उसकी जिम्मेदार ब्लू डार्ट कंपनी होगी जिसका हर्जाना ब्लू डार्ट को चुकाना होगा अगर आपकी सर्विस नहीं है हमारे एरिया में तो आप की वेबसाइट पर हमारा जो पिन कोड है 452016 उसे आप वहां से हटा दो ताकि किसी और का भी समय खराब ना हो और आपका भी ना हो ना सेलर को नुकसान जाए ना किसी ग्राहक को अगर मुझे 7 दिनों में इसका जवाब नहीं मिला तो इसके खिलाफ एक एफ आई आर
      और कोर्ट में अपील करूंगा

            Hi Team,
            I have ordered an item from Adidas and they have shipped the order on 6th July and I was promised the date of delivery as[protected]. The order status is out for delivery from[protected] but it is yet to be delivered.

            My tracking order is [protected]. I am calling the nearest blue dart express office from past two days and they are not responding properly and they have given excuses every time I called.

            Product should have been delivered on the promised day.

              No response from bluedart local office and customer care.

              Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                  I was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this.

                      Hello Blue Dart,

                      This is with reference to my Waybill No. [protected], can you please explain what do you mean by "Product undelivered due to Prohibited Area- Entry restricted for delivery."
                      Firstly, I am not staying in a WAR ZONE that you entry is restricted and you are not allowed in that area.
                      Secondly, if I have provided you my phone no. then it has some meaning in it, if you don't know let me explain it to you, it means to call the customer who's parcel you are delivering. If you are not doing so then please learn to do it from next time.

                      And yes try to accept your flaws and update it as per that in Tracking Details. I know you don't understand what I am talking about. Let me explain you with an Example:

                      If you are not delivering the order on the supposed date whatever the reason may be; May be you are not willing to deliver or you are genuinely have any issue please update the same in the Tracking Details. Don't just put the blame on Area that its Restricted. See by God's Grace our area is great and we welcome all except the terrorists. So, Next time if you come to deliver (I am sure it will be your first time) just give me a call and there wont be any restrictions.

                        Your courier service is the worst in the world. Worst experience i ever had in my life. My parcel is out for delievery from last 8 days and daily you are fooling around by saying I am not reachable. Dear Bluedart I am still residing on my address and waiting for my parcel as after that I may leave for some other planet. So please deliever it tomorrow i[censored] do not want me to move to consumer court.
                        From last 8 days i daily receive message " We will deliver your shipment#[protected] today. Contactless Delivery no signature will be taken; Please support our courier. Fraud Alert:- Blue Dart is reachable ONLY on[protected] or write to us on [protected]@bluedart.com . Track on https://bdtrck.page.link/pDDwD "

                        And after 10 minutes of this message i daily receive " Sorry to have missed you while delivering the Shipment with AWB#[protected].Click http://bluedart.in/?[protected] to reschedule delivery as per your convenience. "
                        You please stop fooling around and stop your non sense NAUTANKI and think if there had been some medicine or urgent item than what would have happened with me.

                            I have booked a pickup from Hyderabad to deliver it to Bangalore. It was my office laptop that I had sent to the company. While pickup, the delivery guy told me that I will be provided with the proper bill with the exact amount online.

                            But after multiple requests and calls, I am not provided an invoice. I need this to claim the amount from my company. Please do the needy.

                                My shipment number #[protected] was to be delivered at MIT Manipal, Udupi. However due to a sudden change in my travel plans I wasn't present to collect the package. However I got a message saying my package was delivered and the website reflects that as well.

                                    The bluedart employee asked me to share my confidential information like PAN Card, aadhaar card and voter ID number. I do not feel comfortable my confidential information in accepting deliveries. When I refused him to share my confidential information, he refused to give me the parcel and noted that I refused the delivery. What kind of policy is this, bluedart? Why should we share confidential information for our parcels and deliveries?
