I made 8 calls from my mobile number [protected] to toll free number [protected] on 12/01/2017 in between 13.00 to 13.45. Call connected but no body is responding and call charges recovered from my balance. What is this? . 1)How calls charged to toll free number?
2) After call connected nobody is answering, why like this ?...

Hi Team,

This is a complaint regarding non- delivery of my bank credit card at my Home Address. The reason I was notified for the shipment not being delivered to my home address was that the address needs to be updated. I would kindly request you to let me know the next course of action needed from my end to get the card delivered to my home address at the earliest.

A quicker resolution to the above issue would be highly appreciated.

Com my order is in your offer at Blue dart misuma srinagar from last few days I call them many times but no response is coming on 10 Jan I request them to deliver my order and today morning I open shop at 10 :30 am because of cold and bad weather I get a call from blue dart that a courier person is in my area call him when I call him he say very bad words I am not servant of your father etc and ask me to come office to get parcel I am very upset with blue dart and ask for your help I hope my matter be solved soon I am a customer and my faith on blue dart is zero now

Sir, I have booked my shipment (bike) from Chandigarh to Bangalore and shipment no is [protected] when I received by bike it was in pathetic and worest condition. Fuel tank was damage when I asked they refused to accept it I called many time to custom care but not a fruitful reply from the other end..I even call the person blue dart of Chandigarh he also refused...this is shameless thing. I have paid huge amount just for my bike to reach safe but they are lest bother even the representative of the company also..

I am residence of this area since 45 years, this is very famous area in rewari city.in 45 years i have never seen any single document returned due to incomplete address. This is negligence of your office bearer. This type of negligence is ruined your esteemed organization image. Please look in this matter on higher priority.

I have received msg from HDFC bank that my packet has been couriered from Blue dart awb no. [protected] on 07.01.17. On checking from your site we have come to know that same has been delivered at your local office on 09.01.17., till date packet has not been delivered, even today i have called your local office as per him it will be delivered on 12.01.17.

We never expect such bad service from company like blue dart. it takes 3days to deliver a packet by your local office.

Item bearing awb # [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 05-jan-2017. I was busy and not able to pick up the call from delivery boy. Madinaguda blue dart office is near to my home (Walkable distance), i walked to the office to collect the courier.

After waiting for more than 45 min staff in the office checked the status of the shipment and they said the item will be re-sent. But they have not attempted to re-send the item.

Today when i went to the office again, they told that item is returned which is highly insane and not have not committed to what they said.

Further sagar who is staff in blue dart office, is showing favoritism towards his friends and known people to him. When i went to the office he checked my shipment and told me after 45 min that it will be re sent; simultaneously he had delivered a courier to his friend after through checking. This is not at all expected and such type of favoritism with the customers is highly insane.

Actions:

1. Send the item again to me asap.
2. Ensure that no favortism happens in your offices towards the customers. Appropriate action has to be taken on such type of people

It is to complain about the non-delivery of way bill [protected]from Blue Dart Courier service, dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam on[protected].
Gist of the case:
HDFC Bank has sent a Credit Card through your esteemed and well renowned Blue Dart Courier service situated at dwarakanagar on my name PVR Manohar Rao to my address bearing H.No.47-7-34, Puppaala's Elite, 4the Lane, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnma on[protected]. Today ur person namely ms.Preetham has called between 5.30pm -6.30pm to my mobile no.[protected] and asked whether my name is PVR Manohar Rao stating about receipt of Creditcard from HDFC bank and enquired about my address over phone. WhenI told complete address mentioned above, she told that as it did not contain flat no it is being returned and advised to contact the HDFC bank. Then I asked ms.Preetham when the entire address is correct and as u have verified the credentials of the addressee by ringing to my mobile no.[protected] to send the courier to my address where i will show my ID card also. She bluntly refused to do so for want of that simple reason. This the third time that card was returned for that reason only. In agony, when I told that i am going to complain about this unethical behavioral attitude, she replied in an arrogant manner do whatever u like, Is it the way of the person who is working in the Esteemed, Famous and Eminent company should behave and make a trusted customer to suffer. Will the my agony resolved properly and arrange to deliver the Credit Card immediately without further delay.
Hope your well organised prominent company will promptly act upon this to the utmost satisfaction of the trusted customers.

This is my second poor and pathetic experience with Blue Dart Express. Today they were supposed to deliver my credit card- HDFC bank. It's a common sense if I am applying for a credit card I am a working professional, which means during weekday's I will not be available at my residential address, ultimately you are supposed to call me once before delivering my courier to check if I am available at my residential address. Without any notification, the courier guy visits my place and just leave dropping a piece of paper (So called receipt) where his number name is not mentioned. Have some sense guys or hire a better team who can take care of your customer service management in an ethical and sensible way. Pathetic Service, Pathetic company. There was a time when you were the trustworthy company and today there are so many unhappy customers.

But Blue Dart Representative Called me at 4.30 pm given me a missed call. after 2 or 3 minute later i called him he rejecting my call and i called him 40 times more after that he received and told me " i am blue dart representative he have courier " thats only he told after he ignored the call again i called him but he is not giving any information about to my product delivery. I was expecting a credit card from Axis bank to be delivered at my home address, which never was attempted to be delivered at my home address. The card was twice attempted to be delivered at my previous office address, even after me informing Blue Dart that I dont work there anymore. I had called up Blue Dart & requested executive Shivani to get the card delivered to my home address, she confirmef the address & told me that the delivery wasn't attempted as the room number was missing, however when I informed her my address doesn't has a room number & the pin for the same card was delivered to the same address without any issues, she agreed to send it to the home address within 48hrs. However, I was astonished when I recieved an text message stating your card was returned undelivered from Blue Dart. I simply call this incompetency from blue dart, as you'll are least bothered about your shipments.

Thanks for nothing. I wrote this email to show you'll how wonderfull you'll are.

I paid for my package from AMAZON with sum of 800 through Paytm to the delivery boy ..And the amount was also deducted from my ATM balance...But the delivery boy said the payment was not received and to pay again through ATM ...He convinced me that once I pay the money again the previous money which was deducted from my ATM would be refunded ..So I paid again for the same order, but still there is no refund neither the delivery boy from blue dart is picking up the phone. Dear sir, this is not fair, you are sending my credit card in Citibank in 7 working days.after that Citibank dispatch again creditcard for me given address.it will be very let for me. My AWB N.[protected].my address is right with land mark.when your employe was coming in my address he can call me.and I m requesting you please don't send my credit card in Citibank, I will be receive my credit card from your office. Trishul n Pawan had come bought our delivery they take back the delivery without calling us. We are waiting for that documents. They should have at least us before leaving. Have asked my neighbour to take the documents. This is very unprofessional just hate this thing. U people have our numbers still.. very bad service. Have never expected this from blue dart. Blue dart express have uploaded my mother in law personal number on their website for inquiry. every day there are massive call flow on her phone & she getting harassed due to this.

It's really sad to expect this kind o[censored]nprofessional service from blue dart.
I've ordered a product on eBay.in, it was to be delivered between 2-4th Jan2017.
As usual the product was not delivered on time other than that the product is been held at your CP facility mentioning the c'nee shifted from the given address.
The fact is the shipper never contacted me for the delivery of the product, & updated the status without the knowledge of the customer.
To add to it nobody at the BlueDart office is available on call to answer the query .
